This is a lovely and historic hotel. It shows it's age but that's part of the charm. The original lift (elevator) from 1930 is a so unique and a snapshot to the past. The guest book in the rooms shows attention to detail. Staff super helpful and considerate. Great location!

Great hotel right in the heart of the city. Surrounded by restaurants, markets and anything you could need. Metro station is very near too! Staff is super friendly and breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel in central Toulouse for city break, helpful staff and good Aircon, room a little small but sufficient. The location is ideal, train and metro nearby with a great market in the next street and in a lively neighborhood

This is not a 4 star experience, but more 2/3. Although rooms are clean, they feel basic and in need of renovation. The breakfast is ok, but nothing warm ie eggs.

DO NOT STAY HERE if you’re not from France. They completely scammed me. The man at the front desk said he would call me a taxi for the airport, and told me it was a “fixed price”. The uber was 16 euros and he called a “taxi” for me that charged me 40 euros. Completely scammed me and took advantage of the fact that I wasn’t a native speaker.

Rooms are small but serviceable, location can't be beat, and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Pricey compared o other similar hotels close by.

Very close to the city centre. Staff here were great, helped me find my way around the city and pointed out some great places to eat. My room was a perfect size, but basic but had everything you need. The hotel's decor is nice. Breakfast was an extra cost, and is a help yourself buffet. Really enjoyed my stay here, great location and great staff

No air con in November, you have to open the windows and then the light from the street is in your face
Breakfast is appalling. Cold options only. fine if this wasn’t a 4*
No coffee or tea, this would be fine if it was not advertised as a 4*
Not bathroom mirror for makeup and the light is bad. Something to be aware of as a woman travelling
Lift is very small. You would struggle to get two people and luggage.
Lack of toiletries, two small bottles which is to wash everything.
Just not worth the money

A bit outdated room, but the service and the location made up for that. Very helpful 24/7 reception who speaks fluently english.
Only 10-15 minute walk from the station and everything else was just so close by the hotel. Can recommend.

Very friendly staff and great service! The location is perfect too, as you have everything you need near the hotel. Sadly we didn't have a great view (not the hotels fault though), the shower was a bit broken and the sink drain was very loud sometimes. All in all we had an amazing stay and i definitely recommend this hotel!!
