Lovely hotel - literally ski in/ski out, with the slopes right outside the doorstep (and a helpful ski locker in the basement). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitiely recommended for an upmarket experience on the ski slopes!

Old shabby hotel, rooms need a renovation! The staff are so rude and hotel breakfast is HORRENDOUS. You have to do everything for yourself, cook your own eggs at breakfast, make the fire in the communal cheminee room, ask to get a drink not offered, no customer service, everything seems a bother to the staff and you need to clean up the spa area before you use it!! The steam room didn’t work the whole week and the music on the deck is FULL techno drum and bass 3-7pm Thursday to Sunday and we all had a headache!! If you are English, I do not advise you stay here, it is 3 star at the most. Not a luxury stay, and not worth the price!

The stay was fine and hotel in a good location. However following check-out, all parties were billed €30 for using the amenities (shampoo and conditioner). Such a shame that having spent €599 each night, the hotel is charging for use of the room toiletries!! Felt very cheap and borderline fraudulent.

Property is very clean and modern, room is decent size. I was worried I’ll hear the lobby party in my room - not even a bit! Plus party ends at reasonable hour, very thoughtful of guests who are tired after skiing.
Ski in and out is great, just make sure not to be like me and miss the last ski lift 😄 then it becomes an uphill walk to get to the hotel.
The best part of this property - staff. Everyone is smiling, welcoming, willing to help, even if they are overwhelmed by many requests from different guests at the same time. I’d want to come back and stay there again.

We visited the Fahrenheit 7 hotel during the Abode on the Snow festival. The hotel is in a great location, you can ski in and out and also rent your equipment from within the hotel. The hotel also has an amazing terrace bar which hosted many events during our stay which was fantastic. The good overall is great, however the breakfast wasn’t too impressive… Not much variety/choice and mostly cold, but it did the job. Lunch/dinner was a much better experience. This hotel doesn’t offer room service however you can get takeaways from the restaurants during their opening hours. The staff weren’t the most friendly, and service was extremely slow. Overall an ok stay, lovely interior design and amenities like the sauna/steam/jacuzzi. Wouldn’t rush back but was all round a good stay.

I came to France to ski and stayed here thinking it was the closest hotel to the cable car, but when I arrived I found out that it was above the cable car station and I had to ski down to the cable car station to get out. However, this hotel is indeed the largest hotel here and they said it also has the best restaurant.

We came multiple times with family during the last week of December to the restaurant in the hotel. We were always between 3 and 9 family members, and always got seated on a nice table inside (we found it too cold outside). The selection for lunch is good, service swift, and the staff friendly. Within an hour we had a real nice lunch, were warmed up, and were back to the slopes. Perfect.
