It remains the most wonderful place I’ve stayed in Val Thorens, with very easy ski out/ski in service. Food was wonderful, and the entertainment every evening was filled with good music and good vibes. I look forward to coming back skiing again soon!

Went for dinner with my girlfriend on 7th of March. Never experienced such bad service in a restaurant before. Starters arrived in good time but took and additional 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive (after starters). Staff ignored us the entire meal we had to shout 2 members of staff down to ask for additional drinks and also took us ages to ask for the bill. Spoke to the manager at the end who told us if he knew earlier he could have done something about it. Honestly don’t waste your money or time. Far better places to eat in town with a lighter cost at the end

Great location, easy ski in/out. Rooms are clean but starting to feel tired, lifts worked but sometimes the doors would open for no reason. Front of house/reception staff are very polite and professional, some waiting staff were rude and extremely unhelpful.

We had dinner at the F7 rotisserie (restaurant).
The waiter was not friendly.
He also made mistakes, forgot our caraf of tap water, and was very late with part of the wine order.
There was not a smile on his face during the whole evening.
The acoustique in the restaurant is quite bad; it becomes very noisy when all tables are full of guests.
The food was good; although you should expect really high quality food at such prices.

Had a lovely time at this hotel, was not expecting the quality of this hotel to be so high. Good location, ski in ski out, good food and service. Will return here with my kids, but would ask for a room away for the bar and restaurants as it can get quite loud.

It’s a perfect location and one of the best ski in and out location of the resort. Hotel services are very good. Rooms, ski room and restaurant areas are very comfortable. Breakfast is a very nice open buffet full of everything. Sauna and hamam area is very clean and nice. Special dj parties are very good. The restaurant has a simple and nice menu to eat for lunch and dinner. Highly recommended to stay.

Had a very nice stay with my wife and our three-year-old. All the hotel staff are very helpful. They are willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. For example, it is hard to get a taxi here, the hotel shuttle bus is not usually available during 12-3pm (break time), but when the hotel manager learnt that we have too much ski equipment to bring back with the kid after our lessons, he was kind enough to offer us a ride three times in a row. Hotel room is nice, water for shower is hot, restaurant is good (with a nice view during lunch), hotel location is nice with a lot going on within 5 mins of walk. I would come back to this place next time at Val Thorens

Hotel is very good, satisfies 4 stars quite well. The only minus ski-in is from red slope not suitable for the beginners. Breakfast is excellent. But the restaurant for lunch is big disappointment! We took risotto, it was not cooked and pork chop dry inside, over-burned outside, full of fat, accompanied tasteless salad and potatoes. Service was good though.

exceptional staff service, in particular the ladies at the front desk Anne-Laure went above and beyond by booking restaurants and helped to organise a special birthday surprise for my girlfriend upon arrival at the hotel.
