Very nice hotel with a lot of character - the design is impeccable and the rooms spacious. Check their hotel website when booking, they have some nice deals from time to time. Some downside is no water or coffee/ tea in the room, but I think this is by design to spend less time cleaning. I would have loved to see more hospitality from the staff. Overall a nice place to stay.

The bedding and slippers were nice, with a hip-hop style, but the cleanliness was average. There's an Italian restaurant on the eighth floor, which was quite crowded, so I recommend trying it. It's a bit far from the subway, a 12-minute walk. It's convenient for visiting the exhibition next door, but I wouldn't recommend heading to the center to see the Louvre and the Musee d'Orsay, as the journey takes time. The breakfast is good, and you can squeeze your own juice. The service level of the staff is average.

Ok this hotel actually fits the vibe of a quick business trip or a weekend getaway! The rooms are actually styled well and comfortable and the hotel itself has good amenities for the purpose. Staff seem friendly enough, just the location wasn’t that great! But it’s fit for purpose

The room is small but has a nice design. The restaurant is great. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. This is a hotel with a great atmosphere. There is **** to see. The terrace has a view of the Eiffel Tower.

I had a great stay at Mama Shelter Paris West. The rooms were very comfortable, the temperature and ventilation were just right, and everything felt clean and well-maintained.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location was perfect for me, as I was attending an event at the nearby Porte de Versailles Convention Center — just a short walk away.

In addition to that, the hotel offers easy access to public transport: metro, tram, bus, and even bike stations are all nearby, making it simple to move around the city.

Overall, it’s a great option for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a cool, relaxed atmosphere.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The rooms were modernly decorated. The room service was excellent. The front desk was also very efficient when I needed help! Overall, the stay was a pleasant one. Transportation was also very convenient.

Nice hotel used several times, close to the place I am visiting, only too expensive for a three star hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are compact but well oriented and very comfortable. We ate and drank at the rooftop restaurant and really enjoyed it. Just note that if you’re arriving from the metro, it’s an uphill walk. The staff also went out of their way to help me store an ice pack needed for my medication!

The location is great for exhibitions. The room cost €162 a night which was ok for the location. The room was clean but lacked all the basic things. No kettle for a brew, no coffee machine, no water in the fridge, and no cups or glasses for any drinks at all (these are standard in a chain). After a long trip from the airport sitting in traffic trying to get into Paris then you want a drink when you get to your room (well I do. Normally a tea but will have a coffee if that's what's available). Check in was easy and relatively quick The staff are great, the food is good, the main thing is the lack of basic amenities in the room. Oh, the beds are comfy so you get a decent night's sleep. Just hope you don't wake up for a drink. The second time I've stayed here for business. I think it's the last time. Not great value for money.

Cool hotel at accessible location. Big public parking next door. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Not too excited about bathroom. Showerhead blocked entirely by scaling. Nice restaurant upstairs with very good Napoli style pizza !
