One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The rooms are clean and comfortable, 5 minute walk to a metro station, they offer free coffee and snacks all day and the staff is genuinely nice. Special thanks to Ryan and Lucas at reception for giving me such a warm welcome, and Eshan in the restaurant for being so lovely and offering me some daily special bites, again free of charge. I’ll definitely book again if I’m ever back in Paris. Thanks guys. 😊

I have been on a tour of Europe for my honeymoon and I can honestly say that this hotel has been by far my favorite, solely due to the wonderful staff. Everyone has been so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I would not want to stay anywhere else while visiting France. We had an amazing experience here with the front desk staff and specifically Salima and Fatima at the lounge area. They were such genuinely kind and caring people. Love it here!

Very welcoming! We arrived a few hours early and just wanted to confirm our reservation. Our room was ready and they let us check in. They walked us around the facilities. We were celebrating our anniversary and a nice handwritten note and bottle of champagne was waiting for us. Loved the club room and being able to go in there to get a snack, coffee, water, tea 24 hours was a huge bonus. Every employee was helpful and always smiling. We loved the area this hotel was in, not in an overly touristy area and public transportation to the popular sites was quick and easy. There were many bars and restaurants very close. The river was about a 15 minute walk to the hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights which costed us approx 600 Euros. The room itself is good but lacks a proper wardrobe so you always need to pack stuff in / out of your bag. There is a small shelf section and few hangers to make up for it though. I felt the AC was also under powered as the room always felt humid & warm. Location is accessible but not closer to any famous sites.
Service & cleanliness was good. Staff was also polite & always available.
Overall it lacked on the value for money factor for me.

Pros: I had great service throughout my stay, the staff was always welcoming. It was also quiet. The hotel is located very close to a subway and there is plenty of restaurants and bakeries around. They have snacks available 24/7 close to the lobby, which was nice.
Cons: The room that I had needed to be refreshed. The bedframe was in bad shape and the paint was chipped. The bathroom was okay, but every time I took a shower, there was water all over the floor, in the bathroom and the room as the drained was probably clogged and there was nothing to stop the water from flowing out of the shower. I had to put towels on the floor to slow down the water getting out of the shower.
Overall, I believe it is an okay choice.

We had a memorable night in this hotel, it was great!
The club and restaurant atmosphere is really pleasant,
The quality of breakfast was excellent.
The receptionists were so nice,
You can enjoy the snack bar for free 24 hours a day 😍

When we are trying to figure out our way to Nice, France, Khouloud and Manon very kindly and quickly helped us to rebook our tickets. The stay is overall amazing and they have the perfect lounge.

Stayed here on business and it was lovely. Great staff. MANON was the most amazing and professional member of the staff. She made sure to always engage in conversation and to ensure everything was going well. She always offered to help and provide tips for getting around. She always had a smile on her face and got to know the guests. She interacted not only with me but also the other guests. Truly an employee who.cared about my experience and went beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional!!! A BIG THANK YOU to Manon ..you are very special and should be training everyone at the front desk!!
The only negative part was the restaurant..the breakfast was good however tried having dinner one night and it was awful!! The service that night as well was really bad. The waiter had me waiting 25 minutes and when I called him and told him he said that it was my job to let him that I had arrived. There were many tables complaining that night.
