Hotel Mirabeau Eiffel in Paris

DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are disgusting. We were expecting a cheap hotel experience, but this place was a joke. We asked to switch rooms because our first room was full of hair in the bed and shower. The second room was even worse. When talking to the one staff member on site about how it is ridiculous that two rooms are dirty, he pretended to no longer know English. He then begged me not to leave a bad review as “his boss would do bad things to him”. The place is a joke and do not stay here under any circumstance.

This was by far the worst hotel booking experience I've ever had. The hotel was advertised as clean, renovated, and well-serviced, but in reality, I couldn’t even stand staying in the room for more than 10 minutes.
The property is severely understaffed and clearly not renovated. The walls and floors are deteriorating, making every step feel like walking on a rocking wooden bridge. The carpets are stained throughout, and the noise level is unbearable, you can hear everything from your neighbors’ conversations to burping, farting and whole phone conversations.
The elevator is in poor condition, with a broken floor, and although it claims to hold three people, it struggles with just one person and a suitcase. The front desk staff had no authority to review or refund the booking, stating that only the owner or manager (who apparently is rarely present) and can make such decisions.
We left within an hour and booked another hotel nearby, yet the hotel refused to issue a refund, including the taxes we had already paid. We had to pay them again at the new property. If they do not process the refund of the stay and the taxes, we will be filing the fraud claim we prepared.
THIS PLACE IS MORE LIKE A RUNDOWN HIGHWAY MOTEL THAN A PROPER HOTEL. IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING STAYING HERE, EXPECT THE WORST. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

We were given the wrong room and the room was dirty, food on the sofas and hairs in the bathroom. They did try to move us to the room we originally booked for but were put in an even smaller room that looked nothing like what was advertised on their site, sink was broken, led lights didn't work & room was not cleaned well. The walls are extremely thin so you will hear people, wi-fi is terrible but location is great for a quick trip.

Would not recommend this hotel at all. The service is incredibly unfriendly!! Rooms are not cleaned and were dirty at the beginning. The best was the check out. On my invoice there was the breakfast from different people and I had to pay for them because it was "not "their" fault that they forget their breakfast. I will never ever come back.
