Nice and comfortable - lovely and friendly service from the receptionists. The sheets were not extremely soft but the towels were lovely: the yardstick to judge a hotel by, in my opinion. Really good central location too, surrounded by the old town and lots of pubs, bars, restaurants.

It was great stay, location clean but no refrigerator in the room. Even though the area is busy, the room was quiet. Simple room and good service as well.

this hotel is certainly an… unforgettable experience. it’s designed to look like a children’s boarding school which i found creepy, picture black and white photos of children staring at you everywhere. the rooms were nice but pretty tiny. it’s located in a great location but just keep in mind the creepy vibe😂

2 nights at the College Hotel with a wonderful original location, location in Lyon and comfort. But it is above all the quality of the reception, the kindness and efficiency of the team that give this stay a very pleasant character. Breakfast on the terrace is not to be missed. Good hotel in a great location with strong hipster vibes. The rooms are bright and functional and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Would stay here again!

Our room had a shower over the bath which you couldn’t get under rendering it useless as a shower. Also there was no ‘rubber’ strip under the shower screen so the floor got soaked.

The check in very easy and the hotel has great bag hood service. The rooms are fine in an old school house sorta style (if that’s your thing?). They also have free water sparkling and still which is nice

Rooms are a little too small, but the location and service are great. I especially liked the water dispenser offering chilled, filtered water and sparkling water.

Stayed for two nights. They claim it's an old school college themed rooms, but it's essentially a hostel looking room with white walls, cement floor and a very budget decor. Bathrooms look even worse and you only get lukewarm water, not hot. Also, towel bar is right next to the toilet (literally touching the toilet). Service when checking out was awful. Front reception tried charge us again for the rooms when we already paid in full at the time of the booking. Had to show them the receipt and go through the receipt to show that we already paid for our stays in full. Only good thing this hotel had was the complimentary sparkling water in the lobby.
