Beautiful hotel on top of hill over looking Lyon. Great amenities in the hotel and breakfast was excellent. We were nicely greeted by staff and staff was extremely helpful friendly and accommodating during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is stunning but, be aware there are 235 steps to get down to the old town. Both my husband and I had serious back surgeries last year and this was a real issue for us.
The staff were very helpful.
We had a drink in the bar and could have bought 3 bottles of wine in a local shop for the price of one glass of wine.

We decided to leave Chamonix early and head to Lyon. The best decision we could make. Villa Florentine made everything so wonderful the beautiful rooms, excellent beds, quiet, and the marvelous staff. We arrived later in the evening and the staff immediately helped with reservations for dinners, for the evening and the following night. The meals were excellent and the restaurants what we had requested.. I plan on returning to Lyon in warmer weather and I will plan my holiday around when I can book rooms at Villa Florentine.

Stayed two nights.
The room was very quiet, the view from the room was great giving a look over the city.
The employees where very happy to help and jump in anytime we needed anything.
They even called us to make sure we were able to eat despite our late arrival on day 1.
Do not hesitate this hotel is wonderful.

My husband and I loved our stay at Villa Florentine. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were helped with our bags all the time and greeted every time we passed the reception. The room was clean and we had a great view.

The hotel is located on a hill, giving it a great view of Lyon. The rooms are very nice and cleaned often. The staff are extremely courteous and always willing to help with any questions you may have. The concierge is very knowledgeable and able to give recommendations for great restaurants and then make reservations for you. The hotel's restaurant is pricey, but the food was exceptional. The stay has been great so far.
