This is an amazing hotel. Our hotel room was very spacious with a private pool overlooking the beautiful Creatian sea. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very neatly located at a hill very close to restaurants and bars. The sea and the beach are literally just a stone throw away. The food in the hotel restaurant is great. The hotel is definitely not crowded as it has a certain capacity to host guests. It’s adults only, so no kids. Simply put: great choice. 5 stars.

I visit my cousin who is working there and we had dinner with my friend at the restaurant. The view of Almyrida beach and the village from the restaurant was very beautiful and peaceful. Also the menu and the plates were very tasteful and in another level. The service very professional.

Just returned from our stay in Blue Elephant and would like to give kudos to all of the staff who helped to make it so memorable. Our room was perfect and we had the most amazing views! The hotel is clean, room was always cleaned daily and the food in the restaurant was so tasty. There is plenty of parking if you choose to hire a car. The hotel is not too busy, with plenty of sun beds available. The bottles of water are replenished daily for the room, and the staff at the pool bar always made sure we could have water by the pool. The walk to Almyrida where there are restaurants by the sea front and shops is only a couple of minutes but is a very steep hill up and down. We loved our stay overall and hopefully will see you again

Simply amazing! We stayed there for 2 weeks last September and we enjoyed it very very much. They gave us a room upgrade so we had a private pool to ourselves and a beautiful view over the ocean. Also, our room was so nice, modern and huge.
It’s a beautiful hotel, so well maintained, super clean, great service, great food.
The breakfast is plentiful and full of choices, the breakfast room has such a nice view.
Dinner is also amazing, colorful and almost artsy. You can always also order lunch, drinks throughout the day.
The staff is always helpful and so nice! They always have a smile on their faces. We went to the gym every day: super clean and they have got all the necessary equipment for a nice gym session.
Pools are always clean, you can enjoy your cocktails by the pool or the private pool.
We loved the size of the hotel: not too many rooms, I guess around 28. Also, the area of the hotel itself is so big, that it never ever feels crowded or full.
The village is close (5 minute walk) and you have got everything there: Many nice restaurants right by the beach with all kind of food. The village is small and even though it is a touristy place it never feels too full.
One does need a car to get around. We simply booked online in advance (check24) and picked and dropped it off at Chania airport. We had the car for the entire 2 weeks and we went on many trips across the island every day: lots of hiking, sightseeing, biking, etc.
We simply loved everything about the hotel and the vacation. We will be back some day 😍

Such a lovely hotel with really good sized rooms! Really kind and helpful staff which is always great. There a lots of restaurant nearby which are at the beach but it I would recommend also going further out to explore as there are lots of lovely beaches to visit. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and peaceful.

5 stars rating without doubt. One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The infinity pool and the room itself is amazing, stunning view... The only regret was I booked one with partial sea view, I would have booked another type of room to make my stay a flawless one...

Also, I would like to mention the lady in the pool bar - she took care us very well and truly knows what service should be(shame I didn't ask for her name). Thank you very much!

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean and our room had a wonderful view. Receptionist very helpful and accommodating to our requests.

One minor complaint we had is that we got woken up at 8am by the hedge trimmers and leaf blowers right underneath our window. They could do that a little later in the day.

This is one of the most beautiful and memorable stays I ever had. Not a big hotel, with new, modern and beautiful facilities, amazing breakfast, amazing and kind staff, breathtaking views of the sea, great pool, clean gym. We tried the sauna one day and it was a great experience. Beach is close by only minutes away and is a good beach, and many restaurants near by. I must say that Vaggelis one of the staff members made our stay so great! His kindness and hospitality really added value to the stay. Thank you for that!

Chania is 25-30minutes away with a car

Blue Elephant was such an amazing hotel! We stayed for two weeks and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The views? Gorgeous. The rooms? Spotless. But what really stole the show was the staff. They treated us like old friends, always had the best tips, and made our vacation super special. Shoutout to all staff at the hotel for making our travel the best. Thank you :) Can't wait to come back!
