Rooms are very clean and bathroom shower has great shower pressure. Reception personnel are very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is quite a spread. Great selection. Hotel area is very convenient easy walk to old town Chania about 15 minutes. Two supermarket on either side of the hotel. Bakery ( Red Jane) is around the corner. I would like to mention the reception staff are awesome. Special mention to Samantha who helped us with navigating around Chania. Such a warm and kind person. I could not remember it was either Yannis or George- he worked the evening shift was also very helpful with booking our trip to Elafonisi. Overall, wonderful experience and definitely would book this hotel if I go back to Chania.
