Apologies for the late review, but I just had to share what an incredible experience we had during our stay in Crete last October!
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome by the friendly staff. The level of service was outstanding - everyone went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their warmth truly made our stay special / reception, bar, restaurat, chefs, cleaning ladies etc. were just lovely.

A special thank you to Zuzanna and Pat for
going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Your kindness attention to detail, and exceptional service truly made our stay unforgettable.

Apologies if l've gotten the name wrong or misspelled it - I'm not entirely sure I remember it correctly! ;)

The hotel itself was beautiful with a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean comfortable and well-equipped. We also loved the delicious local food and the overall vibe of the place. It was the perfect escape, and we can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Crete. We'll definitely be back!

My experience at Sofia Resort Luxury Suites exceeded expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean and wonderful decorated. Great location near to the sea!

We had an amazing stay at the Sofia Hotel in Crete! The rooms are beautifully designed, with attention to every detail, making them feel both cozy and elegant. The shower was especially spacious, which made our stay all the more comfortable. One of our favorite parts was the rooftop bar—it’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the view.

Dinner each night was a real highlight, with a variety of dishes that kept things exciting and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed; they were incredibly friendly and quick to fulfill any request.

The hotel has their own parking spot, which is convenient, and there are plenty of attractions nearby for day trips. The grounds are thoughtfully landscaped, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We spent a lovely week at Sofia resort. Very comfortable rooms have been cleaned every day and all hotel areas were kept very clean. A tasty food in restaurant with polite and always smiling staff. Receptionists welcoming and willing to help. Very quiet peaceful place, we liked it was not overcrowded. The boss is very friendly, chatting with guests. The bar over the pool with a sea view is amazing! The pool area was comfortable, clean and quiet,  only thing I would recommend - water in the pool could be a bit warmer.
On the way to the beach, which is in nice walk distance, there are markets, bus stops and local train stations, where you can book a variety of trips.
We had an amazing time and wish to come back again!

The Hotel it's new and very modern. At the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was always many choices and very tasty food. At the rooftop bar has an amazing view and great cocktails. Another top thing to mentioned it's the staff from the reception, services and the cleaning ladies are always with a smile and very eager to help you with everything you ask. If you are looking for a new Hotel and to relax this one it's for you then !! Many thanks to all the team we will definitely we will come back

We booked through Love Holidays and were slightly sceptical that the computer generated pictures would not reflect the reality. We were wrong. The resort is beautifully designed. Very modern with stylish features inside and out. We had a lovely room with plunge pool. Room cleaned daily. Resort very well maintained. Buffet for both breakfast and evening meals. Good variety. Staff are friendly, polite and efficient. Peaceful. Set slightly uphill away from sea, but good views from pool, restaurant and some rooms. Some lovely beaches nearby. **We would mention that some photographs of the resort are very dated and that today's reality is very different. Also that the hotel is closer to Kouda than Georgiopoulis. Car hire is recommended, as Crete is spectacular inland and on the coast. (Car hire is available close by as well as at airport, as are shops.)

The hotel its renovated this year. The style of the rooms and the hotel it's fantastic. Top rooftop bar and cocktails. The staff were always polite and smiling to us and try to please any needs we had. For sure they need to improve some small details!!
We can't wait to come back next year.

A better hotel my wife and I couldn't imagine! The hotel is build with small sweet streets and almost every room or apartment is different, which makes it look like a small Greek village. The swimming pool is beautiful and it's nice swimming there. The food in the restaurant is great and always fresh. The staff is more than friendly and work hard, to keep everything clean. The beach is beautiful, surrounded by the see and impressive mountains. It takes less than a kilometer to reach this beach.
We're driving home now and already miss our honeymoon at Sofia Resort! We hope to get back there soon.

Pleasant Hotel. Housing clean and well-kept. Really cool by Greek standards. Unfortunately, breakfasts and dinners are very monotonous ... Still the same ...
