The hotel is built in traditional Greek style and offers excellent cuisine, bright, cosy accommodation and professional service with friendly staff. Green well-kept area and beach near the hotel contributes to a good rest.

Located in Amoudara, 6 km from the centre of Heraklion, 14 km from the village of Agia Pelagia, 8 km from the airport of Heraklion.
Total 212 rooms.
It consists of three 3-4 storey buildings.
Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee. The beach is 1 km away.

Pets are not allowed.
The hotel offers a food on system "all inclusive": (23:00) Breakfast, lunch, dinner – Swedish table, Soft and alcoholic local drinks – during the day. From 16:00 to 17:00 – coffee, tea, cakes and biscuits.

Food and drinks are disastrous. I am trying to survive. Dear hotel manager it is much better to have less food and drinks and to deliver more high quality food and drinks. If you would like to loose the taste for food and drinks you are most welcomed to visit this hotel.

Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon for 10 days and it was great! Lovely friendly staff and a great location, big swimming pool and a good choice of activities. Food was also good and my wife took a particular liking to the rustic sausages at breakfast. We both enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend.

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The hotel sells rooms to multiple people at the same time. When we arrived, the superior rooms we had booked were not available. Instead, we were placed in the basement or budget eco rooms. The basement room even had red ants on the bed and under the pillow. We had paid extra during booking to ensure we wouldn’t be on the first floor, but this was not honored. They eventually changed 2 out of the 3 rooms after a day, and the last room was changed after two days. However, the negative impression remained. The food and drinks were decent, and the beach was very good.

The pros and cons about this hotel. Pros : the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is good, close to shops, restaurants and the beach a 4 minutes walk. The service is good, they pay attention at the guests. The hotel pool is nice also.
Cons : variety of food is poor. Especially the breakfast. The beverages are also low quality, the coke, the cocktails, even the water had a bad taste. Although it's an all inclusive hotel there is no free ice cream for children at the pool bar(other 4 star hotels they have it). We stayed in a family suit with 2 bedrooms, we had enough space but the furniture was old and smelled horrible and the bathroom doesn't match for a 4 star hotel.
On the last day the biggest surprise was that we had to pay an extra 40 euros!!!, so we can stay in the room for 3 more hours with a 2 year old child until the transfer bus arrived at the hotel to take us to the airport. This is not professional!
Overall we spent a nice 7 days with family in Crete, this hotel is definitely not 4 star, a solid 3 probably.

Pros + : Clean hotel, big buffet (breakfast & dinner), they had a lot of vegetarian options! Big pool, friendly staff
Cons - : the location is 1 hour and 15 minutes on foot away from Herakleion center, it's a tourist area there and there are not many things to do. Taxi from there to Herakleion is 14€. Also, they have some cats on the terrace which seemed to be sick. It would be nice if the cats were taken care of, because they climb on the tables.

Everything was super. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Wide variety of food. Well-kept area. Excellent location. Nearby there is a taxi rank and a bunch of different shops. The only negative that is not related to the hotel is the path to the beach. It would not be bad if If only someone would clean it up)

we were at your place for a week. Amazing! Especially the staff! Always polite and cheerful. Great memories. My daughter just fell in love with one girl :). I recommend you to everyone.
