Familiar place. Very lovely and calm place. In relation price vesus quality we recommended this hotel. It is simple hotel but is quiet, have a pool and is near the beach (350m). Our room have a fridge and it is posible to have hot water to make a tea or coffee.

The owners are giving their hearts to this business. They have the cutest dog also, who is very polite and silent. I feel like we have read so many bad comments which were undeserved for this place. You get correct value for the amount you pay, and they are not treating you less politely just because it is a 2 star place.

I really liked the people in the hotel, they are authentic and smiling with you every second while speaking, I felt at home, the pool is small but clean, my only concern is the location but you have public transportation and you can order freenow(app) as well, I really enjoyed the trip here in Crete

The room is located at the city center. It is very hard to park in this area, it is best to avoid it if you come by car. However, if coming by public transportation it is very convenient. It was clean and nice and the receptionist was very friendly. The only issues we found were the mattress being too soft and the lack of support to hang the shower while bathing.

It was conveniently located near the ferry terminal and the city center. The building was old, but the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. I was satisfied with my stay.

Due to a mix up, we ended up being changed to this hotel at the last minute, which turned out to be a good choice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but functional. Due to jet lag, we missed the buffet but that was ok, we were in a good location and found a great spot nearby for a coffee and pastry combo.

The location couldn't be better, the breakfast doesn't have much variety but it is very good and the staff is super nice.

Budget hotel. Clean, central for Heraklion Town. Bit noisy at night, but it can't be helped as you are smack in the centre of town.Good value for money.

There was little friendliness and service from the first man we met at reception. There was another one later that was a little more pleasant, but overall a hotel I will avoid the next time.

The best option if you wish to spend a few days in the center of Heraklion. Next to many restaurants, cafés and the sea side. Many payed parking options around. Value for money.

The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Location is minutes away from the harbor and from the center where all the shops and restaurants are. Yanis was very courteous and helpful with answering questions. Check- in after hours is very easy and facilitated by hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price and location it’s great! The rooms are simple, bathroom is small, but it’s all clean and the bed is comfortable, the room has AC, clean towels, and the staff is very nice. We did the self check-in late at night and it also worked great. Only the WiFi has been a little unstable. Would recommend as a budget friendly option :)

Great location, very near the port, the main street and lots of restaurants and the supermarket. Service is great too. However, there could be more power sockets in the room, and the shower space was way too tiny - just turning on the shower already blows the shower curtain away, which leaves the washroom all wet. Also, the WiFi isn't very reliable

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and great location!

I cannot fault the service at this hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night having had our flight home cancelled and they could not have been more accommodating. Our rooms and bathrooms were spotless and having only been there half a night they offered to have our luggage for the day so we could spend the day in town. Such lovely staff made what was already a difficult time so much better.

Very basic amenities but a very friendly friend desk who helped us with various issues we had and found space for us in the night when we were stranded at the airport! Fairly cheap, clean, close to the airport, no complaints at all!

The location was excellent and the rooms clean, however the breakfast was very disappointing. It mainly consisted of 2 different types of bread and an egg. Having said that, the view was great, the restaurant just next door is excellent, and the value for money for a short stay just before or after a ferry is pretty good (just skip the breakfast as it's €5 of bread...)

We wanted a place to stay over for catching the ferry to santorini the next day. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is pretty small and the beds are ok. It's a good deal for the price and proximity to the Port. We reached the Port walking in 10 minutes. Wifi is good, very helpful people.

Lovely family run hotel only 20 minute walk from the city centre. Good, clean, spacious air conditioned and with storage galore this little hotel is a great place to stay. With warning: it is under the heraklion flight path, but then everywhere in heraklion centre is. I lived under heathrow, so it actually helped me sleep haha

The hotel is located relatively close to the airport and very close to the main city road. Rooms are spacious and there is air conditioning. Spacious bathroom. Can be difficult to get a deep night rest due to hearing the aircraft very close. The beds are regular in terms of comfort.

If you want lux, go and pay 100€ per day. This is nice for what it cost, 35€ per day for 2 persons. Staff was pleasant, they found us a room right away, in a middle of a seasson. If you need a place to sleep, and you're on a budget, this is the right place.

The hotel is a 25 minute walk to the city centre. The rooms are clean and very cheap. From 8 am to 12 pm there are a lot of airplane starts which can get really loud. Depending on what you expect you can love or hate that place :) because it's best advantage is also the biggest disadvantage -location very close to airport. Friendly reception. Clean rooms. Rather small balcony. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, easy to get to the city centre (bus 1 and 20) and back (bus 6). Supermarket over the street. Short walk to the public beach. The best advantage were early breakfast hours (7-10). We was last year 2024, all was ok special the food , the rooms was clean, but the furniture was outdated and the bathroom with the open shower wasn't very good. We only had breakfast, which is very ok. They have their own tavern, they do everything for very good food . It was very good for us.

Our stay at Tsagarakis Beach was exactely what we were looking for. A family hotel directely at the beach with a nice swimmingpool. The hosts treated us like family members and really spoiled us! The hotel is beachfront and the sandy beach is quiet. You can get free sunbeds and enjoy the beach without loud music. Nice pool, simple room but you get all essentials you need. The owner put a lot of heart into his family business. One can see many lovely traditional decorations and well maintained plants. This is not a luxurary hotel for parties but I find it very pleasent for family vacations...

Nice place for short or medium stays. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff and good location on the main strip, just 200m easy acces to beach. Breakfast basic but plenty and good quality food. Room shower is a average. Good pool but no bar really. Best to hire a car to get around as its so central you must travel out an about.

This is nice mini hotel located on the beach just a bit outside of city centre. Rooms 401 and 402 specious and well set up. Good to stay for weekend or a week. Recommend to try.

The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.
