Nice hotel, we spent two weeks there, it's a quiet and comfortable place for a holiday. There is a pool on-site and the beach nearby, they provide simple breakfast as well. Water pressure in the bathroom was poor, but enough to take a shower.

Nice, quite simple hotel for a short-term stay, good location (not so full of people as in the areas close to the city center). But no kettles, no kitchen, no plates/glasses. Lovely staff (a family, I assume :)), good service.

Familiar place. Very lovely and calm place. In relation price vesus quality we recommended this hotel. It is simple hotel but is quiet, have a pool and is near the beach (350m). Our room have a fridge and it is posible to have hot water to make a tea or coffee.

The owners are giving their hearts to this business. They have the cutest dog also, who is very polite and silent. I feel like we have read so many bad comments which were undeserved for this place. You get correct value for the amount you pay, and they are not treating you less politely just because it is a 2 star place.

I really liked the people in the hotel, they are authentic and smiling with you every second while speaking, I felt at home, the pool is small but clean, my only concern is the location but you have public transportation and you can order freenow(app) as well, I really enjoyed the trip here in Crete

The room is located at the city center. It is very hard to park in this area, it is best to avoid it if you come by car. However, if coming by public transportation it is very convenient. It was clean and nice and the receptionist was very friendly. The only issues we found were the mattress being too soft and the lack of support to hang the shower while bathing.

It was conveniently located near the ferry terminal and the city center. The building was old, but the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. I was satisfied with my stay.

Due to a mix up, we ended up being changed to this hotel at the last minute, which turned out to be a good choice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but functional. Due to jet lag, we missed the buffet but that was ok, we were in a good location and found a great spot nearby for a coffee and pastry combo.

We arrive Heraklion at 6:00 and they allowed os to leave the luggage and make the check in at 10:30. Very close to the center (10’ walking), quiet area, absolutely cleaned rooms, no luxuries but you will not missing a thing. I cannot fault the service at this hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night having had our flight home cancelled and they could not have been more accommodating. Our rooms and bathrooms were spotless and having only been there half a night they offered to have our luggage for the day so we could spend the day in town. Such lovely staff made what was already a difficult time so much better.

The location was excellent and the rooms clean, however the breakfast was very disappointing. It mainly consisted of 2 different types of bread and an egg. We wanted a place to stay over for catching the ferry to santorini the next day. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is pretty small and the beds are ok. It's a good deal for the price and proximity to the Port. We reached the Port walking in 10 minutes. Wifi is good, very helpful people.

Lovely family run hotel only 20 minute walk from the city centre. Good, clean, spacious air conditioned and with storage galore this little hotel is a great place to stay. With warning: it is under the heraklion flight path, but then everywhere in heraklion centre is. I lived under heathrow, so it actually helped me sleep haha

If you want lux, go and pay 100€ per day. This is nice for what it cost, 35€ per day for 2 persons. Staff was pleasant, they found us a room right away, in a middle of a seasson. If you need a place to sleep, and you're on a budget, this is the right place.

The hotel is a 25 minute walk to the city centre. The rooms are clean and very cheap. From 8 am to 12 pm there are a lot of airplane starts which can get really loud. Great place to chill and relax! My apartment (studio) was very comfortable, great bed and very clean with air con, fridge, couple of electric hobs, toaster and kettle - all you need to for your stay. Good size patio / balcony outside the room with chairs and tables, and even a drying rack for your clothes! They also have a pool (child friendly!) and a bar serving snacks, drinks and good cocktails...

Very clean and comfortable hotel at the beach, have been here 7 times and always very pleased. Can recommend this hotel to couples and families with children. The pool is nice and at the restaurant you can enjoy drinks and snack food. We will be back in August.

Friendly reception. Clean rooms. Rather small balcony. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, easy to get to the city centre (bus 1 and 20) and back (bus 6). Supermarket over the street. Short walk to the public beach. The best advantage were early breakfast hours (7-10). The balcony was far too narrow, and there was only one folding chair that fit across the room, so it was impossible to chill on the balcony in the evening for two. Prices much better than the supermarket in the hotel. The lady there was happy to split certain packs of things that we didn't need 5 of. Would be 5* if we didn't need to carry a buggy up a flight of stairs to get in.

The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

This fantastic country hotel and the family who owns it is worth a stay. We dont want to go home and the term "hygge" is the definition of our holiday here.
