Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

Very nice and helpful staff. They allow guests drop their bags and to remain in the pool area or elsewhere outside the hotel and shower after checkout. It was a nice surprise! We were upgraded to a family suite with a large balcony and seaview, this made us very comfortable. Room was clean, A/C worked well, water was provided. Food in the buffet was varied and mostly good. Parking was a challenge for a first day. One of the beaches is not owned by hotel, so they require payment, a bummer!

We had a great few days here with family. Such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing views. All inclusive food was great, a good variety that changed daily. The included "cocktails" were not good, really rough so we just stuck to the beer and wine which were good. Staff were great, very helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable. The stay at this hotel was exceptional. The location is very beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff was super attentive, friendly and it felt like a family to us.
