The location of the hotel is very good, and the room you booked has a sea view as soon as you open the door, and the beach is just a few steps away. The only bad thing is that a lot of ants and bugs run into the room, and there is a very unpleasant smell behind the small refrigerator!

When you want to see Crete, I think it would be a good idea to stay here. Of course, you have to take a bus from Korea to get there, but it is a satisfactory place because all buses stop at the middle of the route, and the accommodations and breakfast are all the same. Of course, the price is also very satisfactory. If I come to Crete again next time, I definitely want to stay here again.

Amazing boutique hotel. Great service and very modern rooms. You can walk to Heraklion city center in about 10 minutes. Also, there is a free parking lot. The streets to get there are pretty narrow and the area around the hotel looks a bit shady at night (pretty dark alleys, abandoned houses). But in daylight you see that it is just a normal residential area.

Stayed for a couple nights and this place is great! Located within walking distance of the city center, with a lovely room with great amenities. The gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful on many occasions, even giving up his parking spot on a busy night. One thing to note though, Google maps will try to take you through impassible streets, so make sure you keep an eye out for the signs...

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

The hotel is in a great location in the city center, convenient for shopping and visiting museums. The sink is in the bedroom, and the bathroom contains both a toilet and shower. After showering, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. I suggest the hotel separate the shower and toilet areas with a full door.

We had a room in the annex - nice Seaview and the room was dated but clean. Reception area looked after well and nicely decorated, and the grounds round here are well kept. Unfortunately this is where the positives finish. The pool is dirty with mould on the edges, and the slides are so worn the paint is coming away. Me and my partner stayed here around a week ago. We arrived late at night and were greeted by smiling faces, they gave us a packed lunch and then were escorted by vehicle to the annex building with our luggage. The stay at this hotel was exceptional. The location is very beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff was super attentive, friendly and it felt like a family to us. We have been greeted by champagne and some sweets. Also we found some nice presents during our stay. We will recommend it to our friends.
