Amazing boutique hotel. Great service and very modern rooms. You can walk to Heraklion city center in about 10 minutes. Also, there is a free parking lot. The streets to get there are pretty narrow and the area around the hotel looks a bit shady at night (pretty dark alleys, abandoned houses). But in daylight you see that it is just a normal residential area.

Stayed for a couple nights and this place is great! Located within walking distance of the city center, with a lovely room with great amenities. The gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful on many occasions, even giving up his parking spot on a busy night. At the ibis Styles hotel I booked a room for one night. The check-in was friendly and done quickly. I thought, that the room was clean and very spacious, but the bed wasn’t too comfortable for me, nevertheless I could sleep quite well. And unfortunately it was not too soundproof as you especially could hear the motorcycles from outside on the streets. Despite this I would stay here again.

We arrived late at night and were greeted by smiling faces, they gave us a packed lunch and then were escorted by vehicle to the annex building with our luggage. Rooms are dated. Food is unbelievable. Entertainment is good. Pool area is brilliant. Nothing around for young couples You can not come here with a wheel chair. The amount of steps you have to climb back upto our room from the pool is madness. The walk to the sea is alright but walking back is unbearable in the heat. Had a fantastic holiday at Blue Bay Resort! Everywhere is extremely clean and well looked after. The staff are all friendly and very helpful! The food was the best I have had at an All Inclusive hotel - loads of choice at every meal and really good quality! We very rarely return to the same hotel for another holiday as usually prefer to try somewhere new but I think we will make an exception with this...

Just left this hotel had fabulous week here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tony in the main bar is so welcoming and chatty and Antonio in the annex bar is charming. Great food choice and desserts too good. Spa was good. And views amazing. Plenty of space at this hotel to find a quiet spot entertainment was brilliant. Nice walk down to the beautiful beach but catch the mini bus back as it's up hill...

I have just recently landed this morning from staying at blue bay hotel. I would love to begin by praising the staff. Each and every person from the bar staff, reception, restaurant, cleaners, entertainment team, men who rode the mini bus and took our luggage to the room was all outstanding . So lovely, smiley and friendly . Furthermore, A bar staff with black hair glasses around 20- the most lovely...

The staff were great, the small touches like delivering afternoon sweets to our door. It was clean, had great views and loved the hot tub. Very peaceful visit.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting with amazing views. Very friendly staff, particular the manager who was extremely understanding and accomadating. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

The entire staff was really amazing. I felt very welcome and everybody was super nice. The facilities are well kept and are beautiful. I stayed there two days/ one night. The stay at this hotel was exceptional. The location is very beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff was super attentive, friendly and it felt like a family to us. We have been greeted by champagne and some sweets. Also we found some nice presents during our stay. We will recommend it to our friends.
