Friendly reception. Clean rooms. Rather small balcony. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, easy to get to the city centre (bus 1 and 20) and back (bus 6). Supermarket over the street. Short walk to the public beach. The best advantage were early breakfast hours (7-10). The pool was also nice, not many people there and suprisingly I couldn't hear the traffic from the street that much.

If your flight gets cancelled and you're reading this review, the hotel isn't all that bad. The staff were nice and so was the food. Be sure to take a trip to the supermarket opposite as they had some amazing cheap food. Check the fruit aisle! Mot much else around worth exploring.

We was last year 2024, all was ok special the food , the rooms was clean, but the furniture was outdated and the bathroom with the open shower wasn't very good. We only had breakfast, which is very ok. They have their own tavern, they do everything for very good food . It was very good for us.

Our stay at Tsagarakis Beach was exactely what we were looking for. A family hotel directely at the beach with a nice swimmingpool. The hosts treated us like family members and really spoiled us! The hotel is beachfront and the sandy beach is quiet. You can get free sunbeds and enjoy the beach without loud music. Nice pool, simple room but you get all essentials you need. The owner put a lot of heart into his family business. One can see many lovely traditional decorations and well maintained plants. This is nice mini hotel located on the beach just a bit outside of city centre. Rooms 401 and 402 specious and well set up. Good to stay for weekend or a week. Recommend to try.

The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

The Hotel Irakion is right in the centre of te Cretan capital. Excellent position to visit all attractions, museum, Lion Square etc or to just wander around taking in the atmosphere. When entering the room, the power should have turned on when the room key was inserted into the holder. However, it was later revealed to be a contact failure, yet they irresponsibly blamed it on a regional power supply issue.

I loved this property. Nice breakfast offered and a comfortable room with a big king bed. The shower and toilet are in two separate closet type areas at the foot of the bed with the sink and vanity between them. A bit weird, but it works. Wonderful modern hotel with responsive 24/7 staff. Rooms are perfectly clean, well-designed, roomy for 2 people, great water pressure in the bathroom, and quite a luxurious feel for the price. We stayed in the top floor so we had direct access to the roof deck. Easily walkable from center City and the main attractions in Heraklion. 18€ taxi from the airport. Lovely hotel at a fine location nearby the town centre. There are restaurants, grocery stores and shopping districts in walking distance. I arrived to the city via the bus from Chania and left the city via ferry via the harbour. although not exactly short distance but they are walkable. it is a relatively busy city and many popular restaurants are very occupied during the weekend.

Very nice place and very modern not to mention the great breakfast. My wife and stayed there for 2 nights and we needed a place close to everything and this was. I want to thank Helena for all her help and answering our daily 100 questions about where to go and what to do.

The hotel entrance is not easy to find, but the island itself is not big, and it is very convenient to go anywhere in the city. You can find the entrance by asking. It is very cost-effective and the transportation is also very convenient.

We had all family a comfortable stay with kind hostesses. The breakfast with high quality products for all tastes. And the surprise of us was the jazz bar 1866. We suggested for a nice visit on this city because you could approach the market on foot and do walks all day and night!

Great localization, near to the most important spots od Heraklion, room was spacious, everything was very clean. It was great that we could leave our luggage when we checked out and were going to Knossos.

I was staying at this hotel as my husband was ill in hospital. He later passed away and the hotel staff were all exceptional.

The location is in front of the port, so you can walk there after getting off at the port. The airport will call you a taxi for 15 euros, and there is no coffee pot in the room.

The room is relatively simple but clean, including disposable slippers. The breakfast on the 6th floor is also relatively simple, but the view is excellent. You can see the Venetian Castle on the seaside of Heraklion. It is also very close to various attractions.

The Marin Hotel is located near the ruins of the ancient city, close to the city center, and has excellent accommodation. It is very convenient to eat and shop nearby. The owner is also warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich and there is an unparalleled sea view.

There is a parking lot and it is clean and nice, but the walls are too thin so there is no soundproofing at all.

No 2 bus stops outside and goes to Knossos and back into town to the Archeological Museum. Nice restaurant is part of the property, and its staff are very helpful when you are unable to access your room. But there is no "Reception" to greet you, and if you haven`t caught up with your emails you are unable to get in. When you sit down and search for an email you find it says your booking is no longer...

Good choice to stop for one night

There is no better place as a hotel to be closer to the airport. Take any bus infront of the hotel and in two minutes you are there. Same thing for v.v. The Hotel is a three stars but everything works to your convinience. It's an Airport Hotel that cloce that you may also walk there. I have been coming here for several years and always found the same warm welcome. Not to speak of the super convenient location not far from the airport for overnight stays. The recent refurbishment is a welcome upgrade too. My only regret is that the snack bar has given in to the regrettable requirement for. Pizza and burgers instead of Greek food. But I still enjoyed a delicious salad.

We arrived at diana appt in agia pelagia, and then Heleni received us as if we were old friends. The studios give an incredible view at 30m from the sea with a feeling of being alone in the world. Then the studios, functional but with all the necessary and very clean. But the cherry on top of the cake is that Heleni and her son Georgios and his partner, invite you for a BBQ unexpectedly. We visit this hotel with my friend next week and we had a wonderful time. The service was perfect with friendly staff and rooms are very big with seaview . I was with my family in Aquarius Hotel in 2019 in Juni. Now is everything different. This year we were in July. Its no more apartaments! Its real Hotel! . For me is more than 3 stars.
