Despite the noise from a group of like 50 people (sounds insane but it was) it was difficult for staff to handle but they handled it great. We had no complaints about noise. Friendly reception. Clean rooms. Rather small balcony. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, easy to get to the city centre (bus 1 and 20) and back (bus 6). Supermarket over the street. Short walk to the public beach. The best advantage were early breakfast hours (7-10). The pool was also nice, not many people there and suprisingly I couldn't hear the traffic from the street that much.

If your flight gets cancelled and you're reading this review, the hotel isn't all that bad. The staff were nice and so was the food. Be sure to take a trip to the supermarket opposite as they had some amazing cheap food. Check the fruit aisle! Mot much else around worth exploring.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and had a very positive experience. The location is 2 minutes walk to a big beach. Many delicious restaurants are within easy walking distance. The balcony was far too narrow, and there was only one folding chair that fit across the room, so it was impossible to chill on the balcony in the evening for two. The shower was very small and the water spilled out. Otherwise, everything was great. The staff was really friendly. Everything was close: a supermarket, a restaurant, and a café, and it was only about 3 minutes to the beach.

Nice hotel, room was pretty but the bathroom was far too small. Toilet impossible to use due to space. Owner is nice but cleaners talk about you behind your back. Breakfast poor quality all the food was cold.

We stayed here for 7 nights with my parents . The room was very clean and cozy . The staff it s very friendly , Marinos cooked the best moussaka ever ❤️❤️❤️. Stelios helped us with everything. Everything is fine. Clean rooms, cleaned every day. Hotel territory is neat and beautiful. There is enough food both in the morning and in the evening. The hotelowner and staff were very friendly. Breakfastbuffet in the morning was good, unfortunately there are always unsatisfied guests who do not see how much effort the staff makes. Our stay at Tsagarakis Beach was exactely what we were looking for. A family hotel directely at the beach with a nice swimmingpool. The hosts treated us like family members and really spoiled us! If you don`t need high end luxury but a superfriendly greek welcome atmosphere - that`s the place to go. The hotel is beachfront and the sandy beach is quiet. You can get free sunbeds and enjoy the beach without loud music. Nice pool, simple room but you get all essentials you need. The owner put a lot of heart into his family business. One can see many lovely traditional decorations and well maintained plants. This is not a luxurary hotel for parties but I find it very pleasent for family vacations...

A very good location, if you don't want to be staying in the center of Heraklio and want to be by the beach. Nice sea breeze from all of the rooms. A must, if you're a fun of the '70s, w antique furniture, and grate collection of old dolls. Very nice pool for when it's windy at the beach.

It was an awesome experience, they have really nice rooms, very kind staff and on top of that wonderful pool and beach where you can stay and enjoy your vacation.

Recommend getting the breakfast included option. It's worth it! Dining and pool are located in a hotel just 2 minutes to walk from the hotel, which is right next to the beach. Really good value for money, staff were really nice. Would stay here again. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

This is nice mini hotel located on the beach just a bit outside of city centre. Rooms 401 and 402 specious and well set up. Good to stay for weekend or a week. Recommend to try.

Beautiful environment and kind service. About 10 m long swimming pool. Rooms aren't brand new, but comfortable (wide bed, effective AC, TV, small safe, refrigerator). Bathroom is small and not too ergonomic. Breakfasts are buffet style until 9:30, you have some limited choice, but it's monotonous; not too many local Greek products. We had a really enjoyable holiday here at ideal accommodation for our needs as a family of three. The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchen area, bathroom with good hot water, two balconies and was excellent value for money. Nice place for a walk or seeing the beautiful river of Almyros

Prices much better than the supermarket in the hotel. The lady there was happy to split certain packs of things that we didn't need 5 of. Would be 5* if we didn't need to carry a buggy up a flight of stairs to get in.

The room is small, bath also. The view is in the hill, no view just 2m. The pool is on top of the hill and the stairs are recessed in hill. It is far f from down town with all history. And on the evening a lot of crickets-like singing loud.

This fantastic country hotel and the family who owns it is worth a stay. We dont want to go home and the term "hygge" is the definition of our holiday here.
