This was my first experience of an all inclusive beach resort (I'm more a city break kind of person) and I think the bar has been set high for future ventures - I'm sold! This resort was amazing on every level

The advantage of the hotel is that the accommodation is not in one central building but in many small houses located in a garden full of trees. Everyone has privacy and a pleasant environment on their terraces

When we arrived at the hotel before 10 am, we were invited to breakfast, which we were not yet entitled to, and a full table of postponed food was waiting for us, because breakfast time was already ending

At the end of the holiday, after the rooms were vacated, we were given a free room in the early evening after a whole day on the beach before leaving for the airport to shower and pack our luggage

Nice premium bungalows with plenty of space for 3 persons. Nice beach with free sunbeds and good service if you want to order drinks and snacks. All the staff were friendly and helpful

Very service-minded, and whenever we asked for something, we received a quick response. What we found slightly negative was the opportunities for working out

I really liked the people in the hotel, they are authentic and smiling with you every second while speaking, I felt at home, the pool is small but clean, my only concern is the location but you have public transportation and you can order freenow(app) as well, I really enjoyed the trip here in Crete

In relation price vesus quality we recommended this hotel. It is simple hotel but is quiet, have a pool and is near the beach (350m). Our room have a fridge and it is posible to have hot water to make a tea or coffee

The owners are giving their hearts to this business. They have the cutest dog also, who is very polite and silent. I feel like we have read so many bad comments which were undeserved for this place

Value for money! The location is very convenient, near airport, the city centre and the beach. There is a bus stop near the hotel, taking you to the centre free of charge

Very nice place with friendly and kind staff. Location a bit far from the center but close to Ammoudara beach and the highway. Parking right next to the hotel

It's located very close to the main attractions. The noise from the nearby airport isn't noticeable. My only complaint is that the shower is kind of open so water gets everywhere. A taxi from the airport costs about 18€

I stayed in the off season and got a room upgrade. The balcony of the superior room is huge and the sea is partly visible. The rooftop restaurant was closed because of the weather, it was extremely windy

Herbs Garden restaurant has the best staff and food is excellent. Portions are generous and the half board option has a good selection across the 3 courses offered

On top they have a restaurant, if not for dinner, it's worth going there for the views. Wi-Fi was very slow for me and not reliable. Elevator tired and "bumpy", we avoided it when possible

Location is great, close to all the attractions. Room is clean, bed is comfortable for a good sleep

An asset to the hotel was the friendly personnel, especially Maria at the reception. She showed professionally friendly attitude, very good smile and was ready to help with all questions. Certainly an asset to the team

Centered in old town Athens, this is a stunning hotel. The rooms were beautiful, the view from the rooftop bar were fabulous

It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day

The rooms are spacious and the sunlight is particularly beautiful! The bedside cushions are really thoughtful and are changed together with the bedding for each guest! There is also a turndown service at night, which is standard five-star

The staff at the front desk are very patient and considerate. They speak like actors in a drama, clear and slow, and their emotions pour out

The hotel is very good, just a dozen minutes walk from the museum! Hygiene: Very good! Environment: Comfortable! In the central city, there are dedicated parking spaces, which is very convenient for travel! The price-performance ratio of the room is also very high, and the breakfast is also very good!

The review is just so so and the pool is quite small. Location is great , easy to walk to the museum, central bus station and the old town area. Don't expect it as a 5 star hotel, then everything will be ok.

The hotel looks a bit dated but still okay. The staff are very nice and warm. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a wide variety. Room was clean and spacious.

When we checked in they had upgraded us which was a very pleasant surprise. We had already booked a harbour view room but room we got was bigger than expected still having that view. The only downside was the airport

The great service we experienced started as soon as we arrived with help getting luggage out and valet parking of hire car. This was very welcoming after having driven from Chania Airport to a strange place

This hotel is on the island and it can be said to be a very good living environment. The swimming pool is very beautiful, the breakfast is also very good, and the small bar in front of the door is full of atmosphere

Continues to the fun pool which is open from eight in the morning to eight in the evening, very convenient hours. Continues by saying that the hotel is sparkling clean and beautifully and elegantly designed

We were seven people in our group. We had an amazing stay over here very recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Though rooms are a bit small for our liking, they’re very nicely decorated

This was my first time in Heraklion. I stayed in this hotel for 11 days. My stay was very pleasant, the staff was extremely cordial, attentive and nice. Everyone was extremely helpful

we could not find a hotel in the southern crete, and luckly it is only one hour drive back to heraklion. this is the best hotel we could find in the souther area of keraklion.

I would only say one small criticism, that actually applies to may hotels I've visited in southern Europe, and that is that there wasn't a good enough fall on the floor of the shower to assist drainage

Great location close to the airport, easy to catch a bus into the centre or walking distance to lots of restraurants and shops around. Rennovated rooms which are very clean and friendly, helpful staff

I had to roll up the bath mat at the walk-in entrance to the shower, like a dam, to prevent the water from flooding the rest of the toilet. Apart from that I have no complaints

Yes, you hear airplanes but they stop when you are sleeping. The first night on our way into Crete we stayed in a tiny room for a family of 4

I requested a larger room at the end of we stayed again on our way out of Crete and got a brand new two story room that was way better

Th Castello Infinity Suites are located in the village of Agia Pelagia right on the seafront which has amazing views. The hotel has the most welcoming and hospitable team of staff who are so helpful

Our second stay at Castello Infinity. We both thought everything about the hotel was exceptional on our first stay and one always wonders whether a second visit would match the first

Plunge pool was heated and a joy once again, The resort itself small and friendly. Obviously busier in June than September - the sunbeds on the beach do get taken relatively early

Amazing stay!! Amazing stay at Seascapes, they were very accommodating to our requests and the staff was very tentative. The massage was 10/10! We would definitely recommend Seascapes!

They allow guests drop their bags and to remain in the pool area or elsewhere outside the hotel and shower after checkout. This was extremely convenient, as I had a later flight

Had a wonderful and relaxed time. The Apartments are well equipped and spacious. The small village has everything you need like supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

The property is huge with so much to do! There are many different pools to lay at, bars to get drinks from, a spa, convenience shop, different access points to beaches, and water sports

If it had a rating of 1000 I would give it to the staff. Cretan hospitality at its best!

We had an amazing experience at this resort from start to finish (11 days in October 2025, all-inclusive). The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation

Plenty of space at this hotel to find a quiet spot entertainment was brilliant. Nice walk down to the beautiful beach but catch the mini bus back as it's up hill. In all a wonderful hotel with great staff

Such a lovely stay! The staff were always professional and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room on the top floor, which made our stay even more comfortable

*We spend in this hotel 7 nights all inclusive. -Delicious food, big selection of meat from chicken, pork, beef, turkey to deer. Fresh salads, delicious types of any kind of cheese. Big choice of wines and other drinks

-Our friends in the beginning were not happy with their room but after conversation with receptionist we all received proposition of upgrade from 2 rooms to 1 room with jacuzzi - amazing ! The only small thing I would change was the “disco light” in jacuzzi - too strong and too flashy

The location is each to their own, we didn’t mind it. There’s a beach down the slope of the hotel, there’s restaurants there, very cheap and very friendly with beautiful food. A few shops, and water sports

The best solo trip I have been on. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way for you. Loved the 8am morning yoga sessions and the teachers were excellent. The pool and amenities were amazing

The property was absolutely breathtaking! It sat on the side of a cliff and was beyond beautiful. All the stuff were incredibly friendly. I've stayed in dozens of all inclusive resorts and this one takes the cake!

The manager found us on our last night and gave us a bottle of their own Prosecco, which was a very nice gesture. For anyone in the market for this kind of stay, I would definitely recommend this resort

Beautiful resort, amazing customer service. The Oceana restaurant (the only one with any availability the week we were there, one slot @8:30pm) was only ok, I think the buffet was better

The food was really nice with plenty of options. It was hard to get a reservation at the a la carte restaurants but we didn’t mind as much given that the main restaurant was really good
