Lovely little place in a quiet part of Athens.
Didn't meet the owner but they seemed nice and friendly as they messaged me to see when I was arriving and left the key out.
Really close to the beach which was empty apart from one local fishing on the rocks. The whole neighbourhood seemed really quiet and I maybe saw two people out. It was a Friday night so if you're looking for activities you'll need to travel.
My only complaint is completely out of the owners control and that's the bloody cats outside making an obscene amount of noise and neighbours letting their dogs bark at them non stop all through the night.

I don't see any advantages, apart from the price, we were there in July 2023
Everything in the house is old and as if no one had been there before us, stuffy inside and a strange smell. The house would be nice if it was well-kept, but at the moment it's obvious that no one cares... which is a pity.
The bathroom was dirty and there were a lot of spiders and there were strange bugs in the kitchen, I don't know what they were. I definitely do not recommend it, it is better to pay extra and be in normal conditions.

2. bus stop in front of the house
3. quiet neighborhood
4.center 1.8km
5. big house
6. air conditioning in the bedroom and living room
And now the cons:
1. dirty, neglected garden
2.dirty shelves with pots
3.dirty shelves and old bottles
4. no hot water in the kitchen
5.Disgusting large cockroaches turned out to be a big surprise in the house
6. contact with the owner only through booking
7.the entrance smelled musty
Please think carefully before booking this house. Unless you want to chase cockroaches at night, the owner claims that there are cockroaches everywhere on the ground floor...

Super nice house clean and comfortable, cheap and worth it. Pity no basic needs available such toilet paper, milk etc. Owners very friendly.
