Great hotel with great location

They use multiple fragrances throughout the hotel which were far too strong and immediately made me feel ill. My friend said exactly the same and in hotel I asked other guests what they thought to which they all replied it was a bit much. Honestly, I couldn't care how good the hotel is if you use that much toxic synthetic fragrances it's cheap as its clear you're covering up other smells which just means cleaning standard is not effective. Unnecessary and I hope this makes management rethink the unsustainable practice of polluting the air more than it already is.

Stayed here for a night and will definitely be coming back! So worth the money to get a room with a view of the Acropolis. My husband and I sat on our balcony at night and drank wine and looked at the scenery. Absolutely beautiful. The food at the restaurant was delicious as well. This hotel is also in a great area, next to all the best shopping! I’d definitely stay here again and will recommend friends and family to stay here as well.

This is definitely a good hotel to stay at in Athens. Nice, clean, and in a great location close to Athens's best food, shopping, bars and entertainment. It's a reasonable walk to all of the major archeological sites as well, I never needed to pay for transportation once. It's rooftop restaurant and bar also has by far the best view of the Acropolis and Parthenon. The food was amazing,
including the breakfast buffet. Rooftop bars with an Acropolis view are a major marketing point for bars and hotels in Athens, but most have mediocre, and unimpressive views due to their positioning in relation to the monument. That is not the case with this property. My only complaint about this place, was how small the shower was. It was a minor inconvenience though, and I was able to work with it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, It is my go-to hotel in Athens for sure.

We stayed for one night at this hotel in Athens and had a wonderful experience. The location is central and very accessible, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, spacious, and we had a room with a lovely balcony. The service was excellent, and we felt well taken care of. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. Nice facilities and clean. Came here and booked last minute and walked in and got 2 rooms. Centre location in Athens. Lovely staff. Nice breakfast options and a good view of the acropolis at breakfast. Cost 187 for a room for a night. See below for the view from breakfast.

In the heart of the city so we had immediate access to the main street for shopping, multiple excellent brunch/cafe shops, and even a street party of young adults. The staff was consistently very courteous and attentive. My wife has mobility challenges which are very hard to navigate in Athens but these folks had a stair glide for accessing the elevators. I highly recommend this business.

Our first trip to Greece was made so much better by the great accommodations and helpful staff at your hotel. The room was modern and exquisite. The restaurant was fantastic and gave us free delicious watermelon. The staff graciously arranged transportation for us and helped direct us around the City. I would recommend your hotel to others without hesitation.

My husband and I had a great stay at Elia Ermou :) The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the location was excellent for someone trying to see the main sites of Athens, the room was nice and clean (and the air conditioner was literally a life saver).
The staff were very helpful even before we arrived helping to arrange transfers and anything else we needed.
The rooftop restaurant was also excellent and you can't beat the acropolis view! If we ever return to Athens, we would stay here again.

Our room was presented beautifully and very clean. There was a very nice sitting area. Our luggage was brought up to our room. The mattress and pillow could be more comfortable, but overall was very pleasant. Bathroom and shower were impeccably clean.
The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff at breakfast could have been more pleasant and attentive. We felt like we were inconveniencing them. The breakfast selection was excellent and the view of the Acropolis from the restaurant was amazing.
