Ilisia Hotel

I booked this hotel for 3 nights because of its location. It's nearby the bus stops of HOHO bus and X95 that is an express bus to the international airport. The public area and breakfast were good. But the guest room we stayed was lack of maintenance. The telephone wasn't connected. It's fixed the next day. The watertank of the toilet was leaking. Thus it refilled the watertank every few minutes. The sound of refilling water was very loud. So I turned off the water valve in order to shut down the noise. It's not a street veiw room as describe on their website. It's overlooking an narrow alley facing the windows of an apartment. Therefor we didn't open the curtain for the sake of privacy. The sound proofing of the rooms was very poor. We could hear people walking and conversations on the aisle and the movement in the next door. Therefor we didn't have good sleeps.

Beautiful, classic hotel in a wonderful and quiet neighbourhood. The staff were very kind and helpful in giving me directions to get there. The information on Trip.com app is not accurate the hotel is NOT near Akropoli station , it is closer to Megaro Moussikis station. Stay on the blue line straight from the airport, no need to switch lines. Lovely stay. Will be choosing it again.

Staff was incredibly welcome, my room was clean. I enjoyed my delicious breakfast. Very convenient location.

Was put up here by an airline after a cancelled flight, so can’t really complain since I didn’t pay for this. But comfortable rooms, good facilities, and their version of room service is a great idea - a selection of local eateries offering some of their popular dishes available for delivery, with the reception calling you when it’s down there ready for pickup. Unfortunately, only down side is the walls are paper thin, so sounds from hallways and neighbouring rooms are clear as day. Good selection for (inclusive) breakfast, however mini bar options were pretty poor.

The location,decoration,cleanliness of the hotel are great.Delicious breakfast every morning.Especially Phaedra and her friends at the reception were very friendly and helpful We would like to thank each and every one of them.We will never forget the wonderful three days we had.We hope to see you again...

Fantastic location, good rooms and big balcony’s with a table and chairs. My room was very cosy with lots of wardrobe space, tv, desk with usb plugs. This hotel impressed me the most because the staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough for you.

The most comfortable hotel in Athens. There is a Starbucks next to it. It has free parking and a rich free buffet breakfast. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. I recommend it to everyone~

Highly recommend this hotel. Fantastic room, spotlessly clean, great staff and a lovely breakfast. Free mini bar and drink voucher for bar. Close to local amenities. Will be re booking next time we are in Athens

The service is good, but the room is still small. The space feels oppressive. But the style of breakfast seems to be more customary. Drinks from the minibar are also free. There are also cherry fruits. I guess all hotels in urban areas in Europe are this small.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ilisia Hotel. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive and always ready to assist, the rooms were very comfortable and tastefully decorated, the location is conveniently located at the heart of downtown. I recommend it, it’s a hidden gem that combines comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.
