Great hotel. Friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and well appointed room.
In the hallway leading to our room there where ceiling tiles, rolls of carpet and other building material leaning up against the wall - very unprofessional.
In addition, the breakfast was mediocre and the exuberant additional charge to use the swimming pool (which is the size of a plunge pool) was ridiculous.
I raised the concerns about the standard of the room immediately upon check in and was told there is nothing they could do apart from placing towels at the base of the toilet.
I asked if I could check out as it was not hygienic and they said they would not refund any money as the rate I booked was non-refundable.
Terrible room, coupled with terrible service - I paid 900EUR for 4 night stay which I lost - it was so bad that I left and went to another hotel.
Avoid this hotel - there are many better options in Athens that provide both good service and cleanliness for the price.
This is definitely NOT a four star hotel.
The next time we were put up in a better room. The staff at the reception was very helpful.
The break fast was excellent. Wonder why we need reservation for the pool even when no guests were in. Ofcourse the pool was very small.
Overall our stay was very good so thanks to the team. Appreciated eco-friendly water dispenser.
