The property needs complete renovation. The room although very large, needs serious attention. Dirty mattress with a topper, stained walls, exposed wires, bath panel broken, open and dangerous drain in bathroom. Would not stay here again.

Horrible experience (business trip).
1. Rooms are not as depicted in the photos, are way more decadent (3 stars would be honest)
2. Receptionist doesn't spesk english. Hello? 4-stars hotel?
3. The day after I checked in, at night I casually run into the receptionist, who in a rude manner asks me repeatedly "will you pay?". The whole reservation was arranged booked and paid by the travel agency, who provided the credit card details to charge the money. After 2 hours calling the agency and someone else from the hotel who could speak english I could solve the issue.

Art Styles hotel in Athens is not a suitable hotel. The hotel may be rated as a 4 Star Junior Suite but the ratings are completely unwarranted. It rates no Stars. The hotel obviously has not been properly cleaned for months. Toe nail clippings were lying on the balcony floor which hadn’t been swept for a long time. We tried to wipe down a balcony table with cleaning cloths and when it remained dirty after four attempts we gave up. Internal furniture was also disgusting. Curtains were badly stained and held together with sticky tape. Bathroom lacked decent cleaning. We arrived at the hotel after 9am; there was no access or staff on the premises. We had to rely on out taxi driver to make a phone call so that we could enter. The receptionist on duty later was less than friendly or particularly helpful. Air was stale and stuffy in reception area. My partner slept in her clothes, refused to shower, and couldn’t wait to leave the accommodation. She would have been happier to sleep on the airport floor as a cleaner alternative.

This could have been a great place to stay as the location was perfect and the room was big. However, the room was so dirty (mould on the toilet walls, dust everywhere, microwave and fridge were unclean). We have been bite marks every night and blamed it on mosquitoes but on out last night, we found bed bugs which made us leave the place a few hours than planned. The entire place including the pool needs deep cleaning and maintenance.

Abandoned hotel.. air conditioning ineffective or unavailable at 40 degrees, lamentable lighting, reception by uncommunicative staff, no breakfast offered except 10 minutes walk away... my worst experience in Athens in 40 years of stays. To be avoided
