Konstantinoupolis Mini-hotel

This hotel is located in the Old Port section of Corfu town. The hotel overlooks a bay and a marina. It is a charming older hotel with an elevator straight out of an Agatha Christie novel. The reception office is on the second floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful and someone is there 24/7. My bedroom on the 2nd floor was small, but had a beautiful view of the bay and the New Fort on the hill. The room was a little dated. The room has it's own heater and AC unit. The carpet was a bit worn and the bed could use a new comforter. There was a small mini fridge. The bathroom was rennovated and updated. Security might be an issue for some. The room locks and unlocks using an old key. I had to lock myself in at night using the key and then using a chain lock for an additional safety feature. No bolt locks. I left the key in the lock at night in case there was a fire. The hotel does not lock their doors at night so that might be an issue for some. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel because of it's old world charm and the location. It was an easy walk to the parks, the Old Fort, and the Museums. There are several restaurants nearby. There is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel which was very convenient. A taxi to the airport was €15
I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are looking for a step back in time and a reasonable rate. And of course that Old World Charm that reminds me of travel in a slower and different era.

Very clean. Good bedding. Nice shower. Outside noise could be an issue, but not controllable. Will stay again.

Don't believe any bad reviews about this historic hotel with an amazing spiral staircase & old fashioned decor. We were fortunate in that we had a balcony at the front with a view. The staff were super friendly & efficient including a free bottle of water on arrival. The room was superb with an ultra modern shower, comfortable bed, air conditioning & a really clean, spacious room.

This is a charming hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We came by ferry and it was around 10-15 mins walk from the port to the hotel. The reception is 1 level up from the ground floor and there is a lift. The lady manning the day reception was very sweet and helpful. She also provided kettle and cups when I requested 1 from her. We booked the harbour view so our room had a view. Room was spacious, clean and cosy and we were also provided a table with 2 chairs on the room. Wifi was strong. The toilet was newly renovated and it was cool! Around the area there were cafes and shops and the airport bus pickup is at the city centre which is around 10 - 15 mins walk away. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved this historic hotel. Easy walk to Old Town Corfu. Everything with in walking distance. Breakfast available at 8 am.

I spent 2 nights at this hotel and I highly recommend it. It's has this old-fashioned charm, full of beautiful details. The hotel is old and quirky, but it provides everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. It has a great location: within 10 min walk, you can get anywhere in the Old Town. There are great restaurants and cafes in the short walk distance:) I warmly recommend it!

Great stay, right in the old town. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. There is a room to store luggage pre/post check in. It is an old hotel so the carpet has obviously seen better days and is a bit uneven and wifi is slow, however the bathroom was renovated and I was given a huge upgrade from a single room to a double room with a balcony/view! Overall for the price I don't think you'd find better in the Old town area.
