I arrived hotel late that’s why I just slept 4 hours. Despite l slept very short time, l felt so energetic when l woke up, because it was silence, good bed and pillow, bathroom was so nice. Breakfast is amazing thanks for everything 🙏

Wet booked for a night because it is 10 minutes walk from the airport and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the quality of the rooms.

Great location, near the airport, for those of us exploring not just Ioannina but the rest of the region. Modern spacious rooms, interesting decor. Free parking. We had dinner at the hotel on our first night, and the food was delicious, especially the garlic pesto kritharoto.
Staff are very nice. Breakfast is good - but not amazing.
The hotel will probably need an update soon, it's starting to look a bit tired. The hotel gym needs new equipment too. Our room smelled a little bit of cigarette smoke when we checked in - we spoke to reception but they were fully booked at the time.

A very beautiful and cozy hotel, for its price rating. Modern and clean, the rooms are all accommodating, and the (in our case, included) breakfast was of high quality and kept our energy up for several hours. The staff was very helpful, polite, and available at all times.
The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is the fact that the heating is automated per season. We had a chilly night during June and, unfortunately, we didn't have the option to use heating; only cold a/c.
That said, I definitely recommend it for your visit in Ioannina!

Well..first of all I can’t understand how it can be 4 stars hotel..
The people that work there they r not helping at all..the only one person that knows his job and so helpful is a barman..
So terrible food.. fried oily potatoes and sweets 3 days in a row from breakfast that none were eating.. I got so upset that I payed extra money for the dinner..((((
Meat that I was eating was so so dry.. vegetables are not tasty at all….
Breakfast without comments.. not even a French coffee.. full of water omelette…
U eat in completely silence .. everyone don’t speak because the rest of the people will hear all
No place to make clothes dry after coming back from the trips
No tables at the balcony
No parking space
Smelling bathroom
Swimming pool water is dirty and the stairs are BROKEN it’s not safe to step on them!!!
I am so much disappointed.. 3 stars hotels are much better that I was before

The blue lights in the room are not closing just with the card to close all electricity … so u sleep in blue room all night or u take card out… first time I meet such hotel…

Nice hotel close to Ioannina. We stayed here in mid-July for 4 nights to explore the very beautiful region.
The check-in, although it was at 5am (late arrival) was smooth and professional. The breakfast was high quality and contained everything we wished for, sweet and savoury pastries, fruit, yoghourt, fruit juices, coffee, tea and more. The check-out process was also smooth.
The facilities offered by the hotel are good; safe, fridge with water on arrival, swimming pool.
Finally, an extra shout-out to the friendly, helpful and solution-oriented staff. Due to family circumstances we were not sure if we could leave for Greece but this hotel was looking for solutions and offered different kinds of solutions, so 5+ for us!

Excellent hotel. Very clean and very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Location is ok if you are driving a car. Very close to the local airport. Plenty of parking space. Highly recommended when visiting Ioannina.

Great hotel. Very clean, very comfortable, and the staff are second to none! Location is very quiet and close to all attractions by car. Only a four star review because this place needs a pool. With a pool, this hotel would be perfection!
