Reviews
The property has some of the best views on the island and it is maintained beautifully.
Exceptional breakfast with a view. All other food and drinks are also amazing.
Thank you to Julia, Christina and the rest of the team, we will be sure to book here again whenever we are back to Santorini!
P.S. whilst we were there, there was a very rude group whose stay overlapped with ours - they verbally abused staff constantly, had ridiculous requests and then proceeded to leave horrible and untrue reviews from multiple accounts… please don’t believe these reviews
Our room was spotless and very comfortable.
Every morning we enjoyed a peaceful breakfast overlooking the caldera pure magic.
The team was professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile.
We especially appreciated the quiet and relaxing atmosphere exactly what we needed for a proper getaway.
We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!
From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease.
The hotel is not only beautiful but it also has a peaceful atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you’re in the right place to unwind.
The staff deserves a special mention always warm, respectful, and helpful. A special thank to Julia and Christina, always with a smile. They clearly care about the guests’ comfort, and everything runs with a sense of calm professionalism.
We especially appreciated how quiet the nights were, something we value a lot when traveling.
It’s the kind of place where you actually get to rest.
Breakfast was lovely and fresh, and the whole setting around the pool and garden is just magical. It’s a place for people who appreciate beauty, serenity, and a more refined vibe.
I honestly couldn’t recommend it more, it was one of the highlights of our trip.
If you’re looking for a respectful, relaxing, and high-quality stay in Santorini, this is the place.
I stayed at the hotel during the same period as the family who wrote the negative reviews below, and I feel genuinely compelled to speak up — because what they wrote is not just exaggerated, it's simply untrue.
The real problem was not the hotel — it was this family.
They were unbelievably loud, rude, and inconsiderate to everyone around them. They screamed around the pool at 10pm, well past quiet hours, jumped into the water like it was a public park, and let their kids kick a football against the wall of our room — and we had an 8-month-old baby trying to sleep.
They didn’t just disturb us. They disrespected the entire hotel, its rules, and every guest trying to enjoy a peaceful stay. To make it worse, they even brought a dog, despite the hotel clearly stating pets are not allowed. And yet somehow, they still had the nerve to complain about imaginary issues and insult the staff, who remained calm and professional under pressure.
Honestly, I’m disappointed and shocked by their behavior. Their reviews are completely misleading and unfair, clearly written with the intention to harm the hotel after they were confronted for disturbing others. This hotel is a quiet, clean, family-run place — the kind that respects peace and privacy. It’s not a playground, and it’s certainly not a place to act out and then blame others when called out.
If you're looking for a respectful, relaxing holiday in Santorini, this is a great place. But guests like them should not be allowed to ruin it for the rest of us.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Spotless clean
Nice choice of breakfast buffet and until late (11h00), always refilled.
Great cocktails
Some (minor) noise from preparing the resto/breakfast in the morning (7h30)
Some of the west side rooms have a bit of a lesser view with respect to others on the same side. choose the southern ones if possible, they are better.
The staff were all welcoming and super helpful. The location is such that one can get to Fira for shopping and dinner by the sea or go to Oia to take photos of the famed blue domed Churches and more shopping.
It's a great mix of serenity and if desired a more energetic vibe.
The space was wonderful too, bed, bathroom, medium sized "living room" just inside the door.
The view from the pool and bar area was sensational and we are so glad we chose this as the hotel for our stay. We will definitely be back and we would once again like to make a special thanks to Maria, Thomas and Dina for making our stay so perfect!
