Hotel in an excellent location, far from the noise and chaos. Located in a quiet and pleasant area with an amazing view and stunning sunsets. Excellent service, good staff with an excellent level of service. The rooms are large but not decorated, the bed is not so comfortable. I got room number 102, I recommend that you make sure that they don't give you rooms 102 and 103. These are rooms at the entrance of the hotel next to the reception, there is constantly noise from the guests who sit outside and from the employees who sit at night until late and it is disturbing. The room we got was disappointing, the cleanliness was also not at a high level, for example the coffee cups and the kettle were dirty and had stains and it was necessary to ask for a replacement, the drawers were dusty and dirty and it seems that they are not cleaned well. Overall, this is a good hotel with an amazing view and excellent service, just pay attention to which room you book.

Spectacular views from the west side rooms, restaurant, pool. Great location on the Fira-Oia trail. no need to go to Oia for sunset ;)

Some of the west side rooms have a bit of a lesser view with respect to others on the same side. choose the southern ones if possible, they are better.

What can I say? We could see the sunrise over the sea in the morning from our patio, then we could go to the pool/bar area to enjoy the sunset...wow! Breathtaking!

The staff were all welcoming and super helpful. The location is such that one can get to Fira for shopping and dinner by the sea or go to Oia to take photos of the famed blue domed Churches and more shopping.

It's a great mix of serenity and if desired a more energetic vibe.

The space was wonderful too, bed, bathroom, medium sized "living room" just inside the door.

The most incredible place we have stayed in a long time, incredible views and amazing staff. Maria, Thomas and Dina were all absolutely amazing, helped with every request we had without any trouble to make sure everything was smoothly handled for us! We got married at the venue next door, Le Ciel and the team at Xenones Filotera could not have made our experience any better.

The view from the pool and bar area was sensational and we are so glad we chose this as the hotel for our stay. We will definitely be back and we would once again like to make a special thanks to Maria, Thomas and Dina for making our stay so perfect!

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful rooms and lovely staff. We were looked after during our stay here and couldn’t fault anything. The hotel helped us organise a quad bike and also recommended activities to do on the island. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the incredible caldera scenery.

Have had the most amazing week staying at this hotel. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Great location between Fira (30 min) and Oia (1,5h) by foot. You have a lot of privacy compared to other hotels as it it elevated from the road. Reception was very good, rooms clean. Pool was OK (infinity Pool would be awesome there), but there was not enough sun protection. So staying at the pool was a bit complicated . View is great and you can enjoy the evening sun. Breakfast was also good and has a lot of differthings to choose including a real coffee machine has cappuccino!

Just when we stepped on their property we were greeted by the front desk receptionist. We knew we were early since it was only 11 am. She told us to grab some lunch and our room will be ready. They even opened up lunch early for us. The kitchen service was fast and large portions for what it is worth. The servers were also very friendly. They told us once we finished lunch we can go to our unit. The unit was very spacious and impressed with the veranda and TVs in our units. Lots of figs and olive trees in front of our yard. The pool was maintained very well and we used it daily. The servers in the evening were so nice too they paid extra attention when we came in for dinner daily. It was one of our friend's birthday the day we left they made it so memorable they brought in after breakfast baklavas and plums. We devoured it. That is from the morning staff. After breakfast, we went on a tour of the island that was recommended by the front desk. It was the best. Nikos, the guide had such a personal flair for explaining the history of the places. When we came back it was dinner time and now the evening staff gave a chocolate mousse cake with sparklers. It was such a delight and it happens to be a full moon. The scenery was magnificent as the reflection on the sea. My friend's daughter found two crushes Jabby and Augustine the barkeeps. She absolutely loves them. Christos the afternoon reception was also helpful to us. Telling us about oregano, olives, and figs that we were surrounded with. Also, he almost got hurt because our shower door went off track and he tried to fix it himself. It shattered in front of him and luckily he was not hurt. The cleaners were so hard working to clean up the glass The manager came out and handled this issue efficiently. Thanks, Xenones Filotera staff you made the best vacation we had in years. I am sure I will be coming back.

Beautiful location!!! Away from hustle bustle of crowded Thera / Oia locations yet close enough to reach within few minutes of drive. The views are excellent on both sides and also the trail that goes right behind alongside the mountain cliffs that overlooks the ocean. We loved our suite. It was nicely kept with fresh flowers filling the room with fragrance. The hotel crew is extremely kind and courteous. The breakfast has lots of varieties in addition to the beautiful views while enjoying breakfast. I would highly recommend this to everyone who is looking for comfortable, peaceful stay in Santorini! Will go here again!!!

From my point of view I made the best choice. The reception was sensational, Yorgos is super friendly and always at your disposal, a dreamy landscape and a lot of peace. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, the jacuzzi which was not clean and the breakfast, which was not exactly right. However, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
