We had an excellent stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service and friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was super delicious, and the on-site restaurant was excellent as well. The pool area was cozy, and the views of the caldera were perfect. Overall, it is a great hotel for anyone looking for a unique experience.

The hotel was wonderful, with a great view! The service was great and the staff was very helpful and polite. On our next visit to Santorini we will check their availability first and book our flight accordingly. Thank you for making our holiday great!

I don't write many reviews but my wife insisted I write one for this hotel! We had an amazing stay at this hotel for many reasons including the very friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely, clean and had a great view. This lovely team goes above and beyond to make us feel like we were friends or family. We booked 2 nights but stayed 4. They have their own limo that will take you to local attractions and restaurants at the most incredible prices. The breakfast and food were top notch and the service was top notch. If we return to Santorini I would happily stay here again!

Amazing experience at this hotel! Definitely exceeds the 5 star rating! Excellent service, amazing location and views! Staff is so helpful and kind. Food is great! Rooms are spacious and fully stocked and clean! So glad we chose this hotel for our honeymoon! 10/10 experience here!!!!

Incredible hotel with exceptional staff. From start to finish, the stay at Santorini Princess Spa was amazing. The location is perfect for exploring the island with stunning views to wake up to. The level of food in the hotel restaurant is also amazing. The staff made the whole stay so relaxing and enjoyable, taking care of everything for us - including booking restaurants, and excursions, providing information and suggestions. It was one of the best holiday experiences we've had and one I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini.

We loved our time at Santorini princess. It was our last stop on our honeymoon. The staff really makes this place- they are so kind, accommodating and helped arrange just about everything for us. Our room (honeymoon suite) was well worth it! Hot tub could have been warmer (however we did request it to be warmer which they did!) the breakfast is great as is the view!! Very very relaxing location and incredible sunset views. If you’re looking to be able to walk to bars/ restaurants easily, this isn’t the location for you. If you’re looking to feel pampered and truly relaxed, then this is it! The only reason we put 4 stars for the location is because we prefer to be able to walk and explore restaurants. Has nothing to do with the incredible placement/ view!

My experience at the Princess Luxury Spa Hotel was amazing. To start they have one of the most stunning views, to which you wake up every morning and the sunsets are priceless. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day of our 3 day stay. Every one in there staff was very cheery and very welcoming. The receptionist will take care of you like no other, they make you feel like everything is exclusive to your needs. Their restaurant menu is excellent, everything was delicious. The massage therapist was also just amazing. Truly a wonderful experience, everyone was very kind and attentive. We felt like royalty here at this hotel, highly recommend it. We will be staying here again when we return to Santorini.

Nice hotel. I'm starting with the positive part -
The hotel manager should give a raise to his employees. The staff was stunning at levels I had not encountered elsewhere. They waited for us outside the hotel to greet us, were smiling and nice and always happy to help.
In addition the hotel has a lovely view from the pool and dining room.
On the other hand-
I personally did not like the room. Although we were supposedly upgraded, we got a room I did not like (the bed was on the gallery floor). Plus the food was not particularly good, and has been priced at an unreasonable level. The highlight was that we ordered a room service of a Greek salad -and what we got (and I’m not exaggerating) some cherry tomatoes, a few pieces of olives, some onions, a few slices of cucumber. That's it, salad. Along with it came one chunk of feta cheese that was coated in sesame seeds (and it was very tasty). The salad cost 15 euros! It was not a salad, it really was tiny !!!!
Plus without us asking for, we got one pita that was into 4 parts, we thought it was at least one part
from the dish so that it is possible to have abundance from it, but no - without us asking we were charged another 2 euros. To me it is insulting.
The hotel's rating does not reach the 5 star hotel in TripAdvisor.
