Splendour Resort

Maybe not the same standard of other 5-star hotels on the island, but the location and the staff attentiveness raise the stakes higher. Kudos to the front desk employees for their efficiency to accommodate big group needs as well as individual travellers. Surprisingly good chef, their dishes are mouthwatering. A very big shout-out to the restaurant manager and his team for running a spot on bar and restaurant service. Thank you all for a lovely stay.

Nice hotel, though it looks towards the other side of the sunset. Front desk was very nice, and the person that helped with our bags (Mevlan, from Albania) was very serviceable and a nice person.
Breakfast was OK. We had private pools, but the water was very cold. The room was very nice and kept clean. Price is too high for what you get, though.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had both doubles and triples and both were equally spacious. They had such a fun pool area with a delicious breakfast and drinks. The location was perfect as it was in a very central location. The main shopping/eating area was within walking distance. The staff was able to help us set up many activities, rides, and recommend restaurants as well. All of their recommendations were fantastic! I would highly recommend staying here for a fun, clean, and exciting stay.

This is my husband and I’s first time visiting Greece, with Santorini being our first stop! Our travel agent highly suggested this resort and I’m so glad we came here - even our driver from the airport was speaking so highly of the resort. The staff are so attentive and respectful. We have been travelling already for 4 weeks at this point, and our experiences in other countries have not been like this one. They were so kind and looked after us the minute we stepped foot on their premises, offered us a welcome drink and allowed us to be around the premises/pool prior to check-in (we were 5 hours early for check-in and it was beyond hot). It’s true when they say kindness goes a long way, and it’s also free. These staff, including the manager, were just so kind! We were also offered an upgrade (at a cost - which we were happy to pay) due to being on our honeymoon, and for the staff to be so kind and consider us to be upgraded just makes the already fantastic experience 1,000x more fantastic! We highly recommend Splendour Resort - it’s like being home and that’s what hubby and I needed after being away for so long. 100% will be back to Santorini just for the resort. Thank you!

Clean, quite and close to Their centre. Breakfast is perfect, although quite crowded on July vacations. We enjoyed staying there, recommending for your next trip to Santorini.

Great resort, very pretty and friendly staff. The pool area is fantastic. The view is over the beach side of the island which is nice. The only issue we had was with the WiFi. The quality of the WiFi isn't great and rarely worked. Otherwise great place to stay!

Staff here are great, place is in a very good location also, literally 1 minute from breathtaking views of the caldera. BIG praise to the cleaning staff as our room was spotless and smelling superb by the time we got back from our daily exploits. Only reason star is removed is for the lackluster drinks and food on offer at breakfast and the hotel bar. Overall loved our stay here 👌🧐
