Great place for families, surrounded by blessed Greek nature and carefully selected flowers! Clean and neat residences, very close to nearby villages and, of course, the sea! Highly recommended!

The property was quiet and spacious, with beautiful outside areas, which were modern, clean and well-kept. We were a family of 5 and it was a comfortable fit. The corner plot is spacious, with nice views of the sea, especially from the top-floor balcony’s.

Loved it here! We recommend it for a trip with family or friends, as they are villas with 3-4 rooms.

I was been there for a week with my friends and it was perfect. The view is amazing and the place is very quite. Every day there was cleaning for our villa as well as for the pool every day.

I cannot stress how impressive this is. We came here and even though we didn't know anyone, it immediately felt like we were welcomed into a family. Since then we have come back around 3 times and have built so many good relations with the staff. They are so friendly and I guess that is what makes Sunny different- the family/community closeness. Beautiful villas on the hillside above Hanioti. The villas are modern and luxurious and have a great view. We had a very warm welcome from the owners who are always ready to answer any of your questions at the reception of the villas. We would definitely recommend going here.

Very nice villas (small two bedroom houses) with small backyard and a swimming pool. It is couple hundreds meters above Hanioti village with a relaxing sea view. Going to the village and back on foot is not recommended :)

Wonderful villas! We stayed in the Royal Villa for 10 days and it was a great experience overall. The villas are renovated fully from the last time we visited, great beds and mattresses, WiFi was super and the service from the Halkidikibnb crew was excellent. Great, brand new, housing with all the kitchen appliances, huge living space and a cozy garden with a nice outdoor sweet water swimming pool. The only annoyance was the continuous presence of the maintenance staff. Excellent views of Toroneos gulf ang the Toroni Peninsula. Nearby shopping and entertainment places. Great food and sundy beaches with see sports and bird watching capabilities.

We loved this place. Had a fantastic stay with our family there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the new and beautiful house, the pool, but best of all was the fantastic view over the blue water... one minus point goes for the mattresses which were too soft for our taste. Looks great both on the inside and on the outside; right next to the beach. Perfect for a group of friends or for families. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Problems with the water boiler in the last two days. The water was not ice cold, but it still wasn't warm.

This is our second home! After returning to W Villas for 3 consecutive years, I decided that it's time to share my and my family's view on this wonderful place. We have always chosen our accommodations very carefully, as we are a big family with children and finding a place to feel comfort, joy, serenity and trust at the same time was always difficult, especially when you also put into the equation...

Lovely pool, always quiet and clean. Drinks extremely expensive 4.50 for a small can of Heineken was too much when the mini markets sell the same for around 1.50 Euro. No service either, had to walk to the bar across the road. They used to have a bell service, its a shame thats no longer available or maybe just this year. Anyway the place generally is extremely nice for families.

We went there off season, so maybe that was the reason but the place is poorly maintained. The cleaning ladies came every day and that was great but a lot of stuff was just not good quality. The mosquito net in the door, the cushions in the outside area, the pool seat, the shower head (no place to put the shower head so you have to hold it when you shower). Electrical problem, water pressure problem...

I was impressed by the friendly staff who gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival. They were very helpful during our stay and made it a pleasant experience. The villa has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for families I would say, because of the great location near the beach.

Im impressed however our villa had floods.The stuff reacted immediately and moved us to a better villa .More modern and with extra bedroom for the kids.The swimming pool was clean, the sea clean and the area not so busy.Good place to relax with family but not for young people looking for night clubs.

Hospitality from all staff made our stay even more special.Nothing asked for was ever too much for them to do without a smile.The villa we had was fantastic.We felt at home with the hot weather we had each day of our stay.Will definitely return for another family holiday.
