Fabulous hotel, great location, warm, friendly and attentive staff. Overall great value.

Its a 5 star hotel, no doubts that I will come again here. One thing tho, for Ultra All Inclusive package, for the period between 15:00 and 19:00, there should be some fruits, sweets, and something better than the sandwiches. Especially the youngest need this.

The location is beautiful since it has its own private beach with sunbeds.a wide variety of dishes and desserts.you really can't choose.it has a beautiful place with trees and a pool.but the most remarkable feature is its cleanliness and the politeness of staff

Wow! These are my emotions! A very welcoming atmosphere, well trained personnel, good food. The hotel has its own beach with is very close. The pool is very strategically placed - in the shadow - so kids can play all day around without getting sun burns. Rooms are clean, with air conditioning. The restaurant it is very good. The beach is full of large stones and the sea is also full of large and very sharp stones, even large rocks, so I didn't swim on that beach, but went to another one that I had to pay extra for.

I stayed here for 7 days for vacation, breakfast and dinner included.. The hotel and the personnel were extra friendly and nice, the rooms are kept clean on a daily basis. The guests have full freedom to sit and engage throughout the hotel balconies and shared areas. The food was extraordinary as well, home cooked and delicious!

This is probably the best customer service I have ever had in my life. But the hotel is old. Bed sheets are thorn or with stains. It is close to the beach. But again, everyone is so nice.

In general it is ok, but there are some issues. Biggest problem is the parking, there is not enough for all cars so they give you option to pay for reserved space but won't give it for free, instead they offer someone to park your car far away but won't bring it back when you need it, they will just tell you where it's parked. Great hotel with pleasant stuff especially lady at the reception. Rooms are cleaned every day with changing towels every other day. Breakfast was good with pretty much same meal choices, but food was well prepared and tasty. Maybe one thing to consider is getting a little better wifi signal in hotel rooms. Everithing is nearby: city center and the beach, but to be true, Chanioti is a small city so everything is on 5-10minutes walk.
