It is quite small with just two rows of sunbeds but there are plenty around the pool so if that does not metter to you this is the perfect hotel to stay at. Near the city center but far enough to have your peace

The food options in the Topos Bar were quite limited, over-priced and generally the value for money balance was quite off. We did not try the dinner at the restaurant so can’t say anything about that

It is a normal hotel for Greece , almost good:) Only problem we have faced is that there is not park place at all.

One thing tho, for Ultra All Inclusive package, for the period between 15:00 and 19:00, there should be some fruits, sweets, and something better than the sandwiches. Especially the youngest need this

Great hospitality from everyone especially the waiters at the pool both Costa guys, Dimo the Ukrainian hard working guy and the bar tender man Roso made our stay very special. Overall the experience was very good

The pool is a bit small but when you have a wonderful sea 15 m away I think you do not need a pool at wall. I have to say no typical greek food

Great hotel, very clean, beautiful pool, tasty breakfast. Possibly more suitable for couples then families with kids as there are no doors into the bathroom. Also the beach in the town was very dirty when we arrived

Great place to stay with kids, very large and clean rooms, good pools, great food, friendly staf, close to the beach (50-70m no path but you dont need it), nice kids playground, good value for the money, only bad thing is bad wi-fi

Amazing Stay at Hotel Lesse I recently stayed at Hotel Lesse and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery and just a short walk from the beach

Hotel Lesse really fulfilled my expectations. A kids friendly hotel, very clean and beautiful, spacious rooms and a terace. The food was delicious, every day different delicacies, the staff was polite and kind

You pay 10 eur deposit for tv remote control, like I'm gonna steal it. At 10 pm starts the quiet hours, but the bar plays loud music and kids screaming at the pool by midnight and no one cares

This Hotel is amazing very clean very tidy and it has great amenities the pool is big and clean it's child friendly it's not very deep the rooms are amazing and the breakfast is great big parking for all guests the staff is also very friendly and helpfull always smiling and make you feel very welcome i will stay again for sure

It is the best place to relax and unwind. The pool has recently been renovated and is now shallower than before, which for me as a non swimmer was perfect as I could walk 50 lengths a day for exercise

All aspects of the hotel pool and gardens are kept to the highest standard. Breakfast is plentiful and bar food is cooked to order. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff in a wonderful setting

The hotel is spotlessly clean and linen and towels are changed regularly. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice including a hot option or cereal, yogurt, fruit, cheese, hams etc

Pool and pool area is so peaceful and well kept. We have nearly another week left after coming to celebrate for my husbands 60th. We will definitely be returning in the future

Large rooms but not necessarily cleaned to the standard I would expect from a 4star hotel. Beautiful pool, lovely buffet breakfast. A walk to both the town and the beach which with restricted mobility was not always easy

Hotel is nicely orientated, with great pool area and restaurant is spacious and cozy. Breakfast menu is almost the same every day,but it is well prepared, nicely arranged and well organized

Hotel itself has very good breakfast, room service (being cleaned up daily, very clean rooms) , has a nice balcony and small kitchenette

The bar's Music selection was great, as were the snacks and lunch options. I recommend the club sandwiches. The pool was large and clean, we swam a lot. The location is quiet, yet not far from the town center

The location is not that pleasant, its located in a place called Hanioti, a small village , you will have to drive to find a proper place to swim and eat (mostly in Afytos area) hotel does not have its own parking, you need to find a place to park in street

The hotel is old, the pool looks old even in the pictures, 80 meters from the sea, but you have to pay for umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach

The rooms are acceptable, the food is about the same at breakfast, very little diversified. A plus of this hotel is the swimming pool, which is clean and positioned in such a way that the sun beats until almost sunset.

The room was great, Had a beautiful view of the sea. It had a very nice bed, great TV and the balcony was very big. The staff is very nice and won't bother you. The location is simply great, everything is very close

To the people who rate give it a 1-2 star rating, please remember that it is a TWO star hotel, so stop expecting a luxurious room and the best breakfast in the universe

If you eanted something better, you should have gone to a 4 or 5 star hotel. You have free WiFi that is great and you can also use the safe for FREE

Everything was great the pool the outside the food great, except for the rooms the rooms were great but the sink can close but not open the shower head at first it only popped and it was like a hose but then it fully popped off then it was really like a hose

They were always happy to help and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped — we especially appreciated the cozy bed and the peaceful atmosphere

From outside the hotel looks very good with private pool. The bathroom is very small, the toilet is behind the door. The shower is not good maintained

Some rooms have a lack of sockets, but this is not a big problem either. The cleaners regularly clean the rooms, we posted a sign "not to enter" 3 times, because there is no logic in changing towels so often

if you want more luxury room you cant have that but you get comfortable bed for sleeping and nice meals is everything that you need because anyways you will spend more time on the beautiful beach

The air conditioning in the room is central, included in the price of accommodation, but it is focused on the beds, so sometimes it is annoying (The solution is to open the door of the terrace and the window in the toilet and turn off the air conditiong)

Kostas, a great and helpful guy, welcomes you at the entrance to the restaurant. When he had free time, he gave tips for beaches in the surrounding areas as well as other tips (5+ stars)

The room was good, we had a room for 2 adults and 2 kids was ok. But the bathroom to small and old, The air conditioner was old and after 2 day's broken. The breakfast was ok, but missing the vegetables

I stayed here for 7 days for vacation, breakfast and dinner included. The hotel and the personnel were extra friendly and nice, the rooms are kept clean on a daily basis

Considering price that i have paid for accomodation and servise and food that i have gotten, I have to say that is very good hotel with amazing food and friendly stuff.

The guests have full freedom to sit and engage throughout the hotel balconies and shared areas. The food was extraordinary as well, home cooked and delicious!

Hotel is greath ,our room was really good ,big with greath bads ,aircondition and wifi for free. Food was very delicious and lot of choice for eat. They clean rooms every day and change towels

Excellent hotel for that price

Being a small town with narrow roads it is pretty crowded and we ended up parking 150 meters from the hotel. The sunbeds are charged 10 Euro (20 or 25 for the first 2 rows)

We enjoyed stunning views and easy access to the beach, which made our vacation even more memorable. The pool was another fantastic feature of this hotel

Rooms are comfortable and adequate for the time of your holiday, there is plenty to do in the evening and many places to eat out, if you're confident enough, hire a car and go further afield, we had breakfast included and it was excellent

They have playground for kids at the beach and pool which was not so clean, but anyway we enjoyed our day

The location of the hotel is right next to the city center, near many shops and the promenade. The hotel is clean and quiet and ideal for a family holiday with children

Breakfast is fresh with a nice verity of hot and cold foods for all nationalities. The manager Yannis is a joy to be around and is very helpful. The two boys who look after the pool and bar area , can’t do enough for you

The downside to be aware of is the very busy noisy road the hotel is next to. Not relaxing by the pool either as very loud music played all day probably trying to drown out road noise

Whilst basic, the rooms were very clean and the linens and bed were comfortable. Whilst towels etc were changed most days, we did feel that the cleaning of the rooms after arrival could have been better during the stay

Rooms and apartments are decorated with a modern design that will beautify your everyday stay, and look identical to the pictures from the site, as well as the bathroom, where everything is in marble and in pleasant shades with adjustable LED lighting

The hotel is on great location near to the beach and Xanioti Center. There is a parking and free Wi - Fi. The rooms are clean and spacious. Yorgos from the restaurant is very positive and cool person

It's 5 minutes to the sea and on the coast there is a choice with more expensive and less expensive sunbeds, there is an opportunity to lie down for free on your own towel/mat

This is our first time in this place, and we are pleasantly surprised! Excellent cuisine and very friendly people! Cozy and clean rooms! The sea is close, the sea is clean, the water is great! I want to highlight the kitchen and its manager, a man with an incredible smile!) George is also a bartender, he will make a delicious latte in the morning or a cocktail in the evening! The hotel is very good and our visit was very satisfied. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room (family apartment) is enough for 4 persons. There is 1 king size bed and 2 single bed in the other room
