The only thing I wouldn't rate with a strate 10 would be the measurements of the beach

It is quite small with just two rows of sunbeds but there are plenty around the pool so if that does not metter to you this is the perfect hotel to stay at. Near the city center but far enough to have your peace

The food options in the Topos Bar were quite limited, over-priced and generally the value for money balance was quite off. We did not try the dinner at the restaurant so can’t say anything about that

It is a normal hotel for Greece , almost good:) Only problem we have faced is that there is not park place at all.

The pool is a bit small but when you have a wonderful sea 15 m away I think you do not need a pool at wall. I have to say no typical greek food

By the end of our stay, we knew everyone by name! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were tidy, everything was in abundance – no queues at the bar, enough sunbeds for everyone, clean tablecloths and dishes in the restaurant

Great hospitality from everyone especially the waiters at the pool both Costa guys, Dimo the Ukrainian hard working guy and the bar tender man Roso made our stay very special. Overall the experience was very good

We were on vacation there from July 7 to 17 there. Let's start with the check-in, we had 4 suitcases and there was a boy who took them to the room. We checked in pretty quickly, the receptionist was pretty kind

Great place to stay with kids, very large and clean rooms, good pools, great food, friendly staf, close to the beach (50-70m no path but you dont need it), nice kids playground, good value for the money, only bad thing is bad wi-fi

It is the best place to relax and unwind. The pool has recently been renovated and is now shallower than before, which for me as a non swimmer was perfect as I could walk 50 lengths a day for exercise

the prices are good and the choice of meals is varied but all sound and taste very good. Hanioti village is only a 10 minute walk away and the square is full of restaurants offering food for all ages

All aspects of the hotel pool and gardens are kept to the highest standard. Breakfast is plentiful and bar food is cooked to order. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff in a wonderful setting

Pretty little town, September is not so hot and not so busy. The hotel is positioned on the beach front and seconds away from the small, but busy town centre.

A very good hotel. The location is excellent, first line, near the center, but at the same time, it is quiet next to the hotel. Rooms are small but very cozy. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly.

The air conditioning in the room is central, included in the price of accommodation, but it is focused on the beds, so sometimes it is annoying (The solution is to open the door of the terrace and the window in the toilet and turn off the air conditiong)

Rooms are comfortable and adequate for the time of your holiday, there is plenty to do in the evening and many places to eat out, if you're confident enough, hire a car and go further afield, we had breakfast included and it was excellent

Not too crowded, always sun beds available and enough space in the pool for our kids to play (8 and 10 years old) Not a huge variation in the breakfast buffet, but still a great deal to choose from, both hot and cold choices

This was marketed as a 3 star hotel and it is a 3 star hotel. Overall the main things that matter (the people, the facilities and the cleanliness) were good

Whilst basic, the rooms were very clean and the linens and bed were comfortable. Whilst towels etc were changed most days, we did feel that the cleaning of the rooms after arrival could have been better during the stay

Hygiene is at an impeccable level in the room and the bathroom, because the cleaners clean every day, wipe every piece of furniture, and if you leave scattered bedding and things in the room, they will stack and arrange! Bed linen is changed every 5th day

The hotel is on great location near to the beach and Xanioti Center. There is a parking and free Wi - Fi. The rooms are clean and spacious. Yorgos from the restaurant is very positive and cool person

It's 5 minutes to the sea and on the coast there is a choice with more expensive and less expensive sunbeds, there is an opportunity to lie down for free on your own towel/mat

This is our first time in this place, and we are pleasantly surprised! Excellent cuisine and very friendly people! Cozy and clean rooms! The sea is close, the sea is clean, the water is great! I want to highlight the kitchen and its manager, a man with an incredible smile!) George is also a bartender, he will make a delicious latte in the morning or a cocktail in the evening! The director or the owner...

In short, the hotel is great, almost the brightest (after the sea) memory of the vacation

Angeliki and Yorgo were great hosts. You can find great hotels, with great accommodations, but if the human tuch is missing, you are not going to have great vacation. Here, you will have great vacation guaranteed

As negative point we could note that the bed were short, so careful if you are tall ! Kitchen included pans, cutlery, salt etc but no oil, no sponge, so you know what to bring or buy :) The local towns are 15 and 30min walk respectively which was fine for us but may discourage others

I was several times there with my family and it was definitely a unique vacation. The service was on a top level, the atmosphere was quiet, the pool and bar were amazing! I strongly recommend it! :)

We spent a small week at BellaGrecia and I must admit the ratio quality/price was amazing. You get the beach just 2min down the road. The pool is nice (finished at 8pm though :( )

The hotel is located between Haniotis and Polychrono,so it's very easy to move by car in 5' both for beaches and night walks

Nice beach (with stones and rocks sea bed) with clear light green water. Nice music which is played all day long (and night). Not crowded (except on weekends). Nice small restaurant (a little overpriced though)

At dinner the staff was attentive to our needs. Hard to do with a group of 8 so…. Bravo! I made a reservation for the beach tomorrow and I’m sure it will be just as good. Looking forward to the rest of my stay

I just checked in today and it was smooth and fast. I was helped to my room, nice for a large family, the room is clean and beautiful. At the pool the bar and wait staff were perfect

This place is great for breakfast or lunch, not sure if they serve dinner. Beach front is lovely and clean, cocktails are great!

PS - my daughter says she really likes the golden puppies……
