The only thing I wouldn't rate with a strate 10 would be the measurements of the beach

It is quite small with just two rows of sunbeds but there are plenty around the pool so if that does not metter to you this is the perfect hotel to stay at. Near the city center but far enough to have your peace

The food options in the Topos Bar were quite limited, over-priced and generally the value for money balance was quite off. We did not try the dinner at the restaurant so can’t say anything about that

The prices at the pool bar are very affordable, and the pool itself is also excellent! While the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, could benefit from renovation, they aren't as bad as some reviews might suggest

if you want more luxury room you cant have that but you get comfortable bed for sleeping and nice meals is everything that you need because anyways you will spend more time on the beautiful beach

The pool is a bit small but when you have a wonderful sea 15 m away I think you do not need a pool at wall. I have to say no typical greek food

By the end of our stay, we knew everyone by name! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were tidy, everything was in abundance – no queues at the bar, enough sunbeds for everyone, clean tablecloths and dishes in the restaurant

Great hospitality from everyone especially the waiters at the pool both Costa guys, Dimo the Ukrainian hard working guy and the bar tender man Roso made our stay very special. Overall the experience was very good

We were on vacation there from July 7 to 17 there. Let's start with the check-in, we had 4 suitcases and there was a boy who took them to the room. We checked in pretty quickly, the receptionist was pretty kind

We stayed at the hotel from 16. It was the best vacation one could dream of! The professionalism of the staff was top-notch – from the receptionists and managers to the restaurant and bar staff

Hygiene is at an impeccable level in the room and the bathroom, because the cleaners clean every day, wipe every piece of furniture, and if you leave scattered bedding and things in the room, they will stack and arrange! Bed linen is changed every 5th day

The hotel is on great location near to the beach and Xanioti Center. There is a parking and free Wi - Fi. The rooms are clean and spacious. Yorgos from the restaurant is very positive and cool person

It's 5 minutes to the sea and on the coast there is a choice with more expensive and less expensive sunbeds, there is an opportunity to lie down for free on your own towel/mat

This is our first time in this place, and we are pleasantly surprised! Excellent cuisine and very friendly people! Cozy and clean rooms! The sea is close, the sea is clean, the water is great! I want to highlight the kitchen and its manager, a man with an incredible smile!) George is also a bartender, he will make a delicious latte in the morning or a cocktail in the evening! The director or the owner...

In short, the hotel is great, almost the brightest (after the sea) memory of the vacation

The hotel is very good and our visit was very satisfied. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room (family apartment) is enough for 4 persons. There is 1 king size bed and 2 single bed in the other room

What a way to spend my 70th birthday at the hotel we have been going to for many years. A big thank you to Bill, Kostas and all the staff for making it a great day. Once again the hotel does not fail to delight

It is the best place to relax and unwind. The pool has recently been renovated and is now shallower than before, which for me as a non swimmer was perfect as I could walk 50 lengths a day for exercise

the prices are good and the choice of meals is varied but all sound and taste very good. Hanioti village is only a 10 minute walk away and the square is full of restaurants offering food for all ages

All aspects of the hotel pool and gardens are kept to the highest standard. Breakfast is plentiful and bar food is cooked to order. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff in a wonderful setting

The main pool is adults only but no signs to say this and kids are not allowed to jump in any part of the pool, again you will be told to stop. When questioned we were told to take this up with who you booked it with

Room was cleaned every day and towels changed every other day. Was a quick walk to the beach and a short walk in to town. Wouldn't return as a young family want to be in the pool before 11 and a few other niggles

The beach has a few pebbles when you first get in, but our daughter was mostly enjoying the great pool. The place is also super close to the center; we parked the car at the hotel and didn't move it again

As negative point we could note that the bed were short, so careful if you are tall ! Kitchen included pans, cutlery, salt etc but no oil, no sponge, so you know what to bring or buy :) The local towns are 15 and 30min walk respectively which was fine for us but may discourage others

I was several times there with my family and it was definitely a unique vacation. The service was on a top level, the atmosphere was quiet, the pool and bar were amazing! I strongly recommend it! :)

We spent a small week at BellaGrecia and I must admit the ratio quality/price was amazing. You get the beach just 2min down the road. The pool is nice (finished at 8pm though :( )

There are 2 swimming pools, one is jacuzzi or small children can swim there another is bigger one - it has different depth - from around 100cm till 280cm so also a bit bigger children can swim there easily

Breakfast was served every day, a wide selection of hot and cold choices, they didn’t have oat milk when I asked, however the next day they had got it in! This hotel is run by really lovely family who can’t do enough for their guests

The hotel sits just outside Hanioti and is only a 10mins walk from the town & beach, it is in a lovely little area that makes you feel secluded even though you are just up the road from the busy town

My family and I stayed here in July 2022 and have to say it is a wonderful little gem of a hotel/apartment complex With only 25 rooms with a lovely pool area and excellent bar / dining area

The rooms were a good size with plenty of space for two girls who do not travel lightly! The pool area is really clean and well kept, and a beautiful sunny spot

We have just stayed for one week at Ampelia and it was absolutely lovely. An excellent location, just minutes from the main square and the beach
