Rooms are comfortable and adequate for the time of your holiday, there is plenty to do in the evening and many places to eat out, if you're confident enough, hire a car and go further afield, we had breakfast included and it was excellent.

The location is good and the beach in good (clean water) but mixture of sand and rocks. We were welcomed with info that there is no parking and they cannot help us. Being a small town with narrow roads it is pretty crowded and we ended up parking 150 meters from the hotel. The sunbeds are charged 10 Euro (20 or 25 for the first 2 rows) .

The location of the hotel is right next to the city center, near many shops and the promenade. The hotel is clean and quiet and ideal for a family holiday with children. Great hotel, especially for families. Location - right at the beach. It has three pools, a restaurant and a bar on the beachfront. They have their own sunbeds on their own part of the beach. Feels like home. Great food, drinks and tasty deserts. Rooms have all the necessities, though are a bit dated. 5-minute walk to the beach.

It is a normal hotel for Greece , almost good:) Only problem we have faced is that there is not park place at all.

Modern and beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped and clean. The pool is amazing and it has a bar from where you can buy refreshments and snacks while enjoying sunbathing or swimming. The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of Hanioti and 5 min walk from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in 2-6 min walking distance.

A beautiful piece of heaven. The hotel is located on a hilltop ( duh! ) overseeing the see and the entire village which gives you a spectacular view. Combine this with a splendid and well kept garden, the outdoor swimming pool and the most friendly and professional staff I have ever had the chance to encounter and I assure you that your stay will be perfect. Great hotel, very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Its location just outside Chanioti means it's quiet and there's usually a cool breeze from the mountain while maintaining beautiful views. Ideal for either weekend getaways or longer-term stays!

The hotel is very nice, with a very wonderful view. The bad part was that the cutlery was always dirty and there were no mosquitoes nets. I also enjoyed the cats. They are lovely. I am giving 5* for them.

I stayed here for 7 days for vacation, breakfast and dinner included.. The hotel and the personnel were extra friendly and nice, the rooms are kept clean on a daily basis. The guests have full freedom to sit and engage throughout the hotel balconies and shared areas. The food was extraordinary as well, home cooked and delicious!

We had a perfect one week stay at the hotel with a group of 10 friends. The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice to us. The bad reviews below are simply NOT TRUE. All of the rooms were clean, the AC was working and we had no problem during our breakfasts or with the parking. We’d love to go there again someday.

Good comfortable rooms. Pretty large as well. Nice view to the beach and is located on the main road. The food was decent, despite the breakfast being pretty much the same everyday. The only thing that was really sub par was the unusual cleaning schedule. Our room was only cleaned at 7 in the afternoon. We didn't have clean towels. No other complaints though.

In fact, it is one of the most beautiful places I have tried. There is great interest in the customer and the way of care is very beautiful. It is the best place for me.

Everithing is nearby: city center and the beach, but to be true, Chanioti is a small city so everything is on 5-10minutes walk. Nice place with great sea view.. easy access to the hotel through maps.fairly decent size rooms but with no hanger for swimwear and towels. Very friendly staff and happy to assist. They didnt clean the room at all the whole time coz they mentioned covid 19 which I found it weird. We were asking for towels etc or anything else we needed.. but it was more than fine for a long weekend

SimOtel Ermis is a small hotel in center of Hanioti, on main city square, just in front of fountain. The hotel is clean, all rooms have big balconies and staff is friendly. However, bathrooms in twin rooms are awfully small and inconvenient for a shower. Also, if you are expecting European 3 stars don't because it has just basic service of bad and breakfast and nothing else. You will need to use stairs...
