Great hotel and excellent service.

Feels like home. Great food, drinks and tasty deserts. Rooms have all the necessities, though are a bit dated. 5-minute walk to the beach.

It is a normal hotel for Greece , almost good:) Only problem we have faced is that there is not park place at all.

Just back from a fantastic 2 week holiday in the wonderful Hilltop Hotel. Bill Kostas and all the staff are courteous, kind and nothing is too much trouble with all requests taken care of. What a way to spend my 70th birthday at the hotel we have been going to for many years. A big thank you to Bill, Kostas and all the staff for making it a great day. Once again the hotel does not fail to delight. It is the best place to relax and unwind. Our annual trip to this stunning hotel. The views from the Hilltop are my favourite views ever. The hotel has a real family feel. Breakfast has lots of choice for everyone - both cooked continental. We stayed at hotel last month. It is good hotel very clean close to town hanioti. Reception was great very friendly good check in and lots information. Staff in hotel nice and friendly. Sunbeds you pay for at beach sometimes hard to get one and boy can be rude . We booked half board . Breakfast is ok much better than dinner. The dinner is terrible. For us traveling as a grown up family and on a package deal for the first time ever this hotel was perfect. Not too big not too small. The rooms were exactly as shown and spotless. Stayed here for a week from 18th of June after jet2 cancelled our original hotel.on arrival our booked apartment wasn't available and we were given a studio until the following lunchtime which wasn't the best of starts to the holliday we were given a pass to get free sunbeds for the week as a compensation The hotel is kept immaculate..our room 120 was cleaned daily to a high standard sheets towels...

A rather up-market hotel for the normal holiday stay. All staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms serviced every day. We had a perfect one week stay at the hotel with a group of 10 friends. The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice to us. The bad reviews below are simply NOT TRUE. All of the rooms were clean, the AC was working and we had no problem during our breakfasts or with the parking. We’d love to go there again someday.

SimOtel Ermis is a small hotel in center of Hanioti, on main city square, just in front of fountain. The hotel is clean, all rooms have big balconies and staff is friendly. However, bathrooms in twin rooms are awfully small and inconvenient for a shower. Modern and beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped and clean. The pool is amazing and it has a bar from where you can buy refreshments and snacks while enjoying sunbathing or swimming.
