Very nice hotel, quiet, far from the noise of the city but still close to the beach (15 minutes on foot), very friendly stuff. Breakfast could be more diverse but it's ok.

A beautiful piece of heaven. The hotel is located on a hilltop ( duh! ) overseeing the see and the entire village which gives you a spectacular view. Combine this with a splendid and well kept garden, the outdoor swimming pool and the most friendly and professional staff I have ever had the chance to encounter and I assure you that your stay will be perfect. We will definitely return to Hilltop...

Great hotel, very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Its location just outside Chanioti means it's quiet and there's usually a cool breeze from the mountain while maintaining beautiful views. Ideal for either weekend getaways or longer-term stays!

The hotel is very nice, with a very wonderful view. The bad part was that the cutlery was always dirty and there were no mosquitoes nets. I also enjoyed the cats. They are lovely. I am giving 5* for them.

Modern and beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped and clean. The pool is amazing and it has a bar from where you can buy refreshments and snacks while enjoying sunbathing or swimming. The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of Hanioti and 5 min walk from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in 2-6 min walking distance.

Everithing is nearby: city center and the beach, but to be true, Chanioti is a small city so everything is on 5-10minutes walk. They didnt clean the room at all the whole time coz they mentioned covid 19 which I found it weird. We had a perfect one week stay at the hotel with a group of 10 friends. The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice to us. The bad reviews below are simply NOT TRUE. All of the rooms were clean, the AC was working and we had no problem during our breakfasts or with the parking. We’d love to go there again someday.

Rooms are comfortable and adequate for the time of your holiday, there is plenty to do in the evening and many places to eat out, if you're confident enough, hire a car and go further afield, we had breakfast included and it was excellent.

The location is good and the beach in good (clean water) but mixture of sand and rocks. We were welcomed with info that there is no parking and they cannot help us. Being a small town with narrow roads it is pretty crowded and we ended up parking 150 meters from the hotel. The sunbeds are charged 10 Euro (20 or 25 for the first 2 rows) .

Considering price that i have paid for accomodation and servise and food that i have gotten, I have to say that is very good hotel with amazing food and friendly stuff.

The room was good, we had a room for 2 adults and 2 kids was ok. But the bathroom to small and old, The air conditioner was old and after 2 day's broken. . . The breakfast was ok, but missing the vegetables. The dinner was ok. For the price, was a good value 8/10

I stayed here for 7 days for vacation, breakfast and dinner included.. The hotel and the personnel were extra friendly and nice, the rooms are kept clean on a daily basis. The suite we had was spacious. Large balcony. The downside to be aware of is the very busy noisy road the hotel is next to. Not relaxing by the pool either as very loud music played all day probably trying to drown out road noise. Breakfast buffet selection good but at busy times difficult to obtain your selection as breakfast room very small. The staff are all friendly.

SimOtel Ermis is a small hotel in center of Hanioti, on main city square, just in front of fountain. The hotel is clean, all rooms have big balconies and staff is friendly. However, bathrooms in twin rooms are awfully small and inconvenient for a shower. Also, if you are expecting European 3 stars don't because it has just basic service of bad and breakfast and nothing else. You will need to use stairs...
