Hotel Lesse really fulfilled my expectations. A kids friendly hotel, very clean and beautiful, spacious rooms and a terace. The food was delicious, every day different delicacies, the staff was polite and kind. I would come back next year for sure.We had a wonderful time.

This is probably the best customer service I have ever had in my life. But the hotel is old. Bed sheets are thorn or with stains. It is close to the beach. But again, everyone is so nice.

In general it is ok, but there are some issues. Biggest problem is the parking, there is not enough for all cars so they give you option to pay for reserved space but won't give it for free, instead they offer someone to park your car far away but won't bring it back when you need it, they will just tell you where it's parked. Very clean, spacious rooms. Beds are comfy and a good size. The receptionist, a blond lady, was amazing. So helpful and polite. We went on our holiday and we were staying for 5 days. Going to start with Reception -staff great customer service they were helpful and you can get all the information if you needed. Room - it was really hot and humid aircon, split system needs to be replaced with new one as the current one is out dated and also they has to be clean as not cleaned properly. The rooms look much better in the pictures than in reality (lizards and cockroaches present also ). Although they clean the room daily, they don't change the sheets very often. Very nice place, feels like home when we are there. No animation, no beat music, just nature and birds that wake you up.. short walk to beach or by elevator. Food is fine although lots of changes and decreased offer from the corona period. Prices at the beach are ok. All in all, I love this place and will sure be there again.
