Large Rooms for a small Price and very friendly owner, definitely worth a stay! But AirCon on the opposite side of the sleeping room, so it's hot inside.

This small family hotel is exceptional. The staff are first class and its small and intimate feel was ideal for us. My husband and I have a wonderful week at this hotel, the staff were AMAZING especially Maria who worked her socks of and produced great bar snacks with an infectious smile, Kevin the Barman was also great advising on some great local restaurants, the rooms where spotless and towels and sheet changed regularly. I really can’t find fault at all. I will return.

The hotel was very pleasant and an enjoyable stay was had by both of us. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty but unfortunately Cornflakes didn't taste like cornflakes like home . I was happy to stay in a budget hotel and expected it to be out dated and didn’t mind as it was just a base. The cleaners came every day which I was impressed by so although the room was shabby I knew it was clean! It’s what you’d expect from a 3 star I guess. Hard, uncomfortable beds, everything just barely works (fridge on full and barely chilling the contents) and ants all over (in the kitchen). As non residents i can't say anything about the rooms only that they looked good from outside. We spent all day everyday by the pool, on the sunbeds but we ate and drank here and it made our holiday. The rooms are OK, large with good TV, and AC . The sunbeds and umbrella are free ok charge. The only issue is with the free Wifi, that is very poor quality, and not have the possibility to pay for a better one.

I thought the Pylea Beach Hotel was a good price and I enjoyed my stay there. Nice and clean and private. Location is near to everything. Surroundings are not so nice but that does not bother on the pool. Food and drinks are good. Overall service is good. To be very honest for the cost, we experienced a small simple friendly and clean hotel with a lovely pool However there is not anything there after 7pm and you will be much better off hiring a vehicle as the walk into Ialysos is not ideal but all in all pretty good

This is literally one of the best hotels I have been to in my life. The breakfast was amazing, the location was perfect, the food in general was amazing and the pool had such an amazing temperature. The rooms were very big and we had a lovely balcony with the view of the pool. The employees were so personal and so nice we loved it. Definetely go to this place if you wanna go to Rhodes.

Some rooms are too noisy because of the main street. A-C costs 5 EUR per day. Bathroom is too small. Swimming pool is open only between 9-18. You should also open pool bar in the evening, now it closes at 17:30. Bus stop is so dirty. And pool for children is not for very small children.

Small, silent ideal relax place. with delicious foods and high quality services. We were on the same place for 10 times during last 15 years. So I think I feel there like home. The beach is small but clean the sea is with crystal blue water.

The food was on middle level. In the room wifi was working bad. And the room was opening bad. The staff was great and their service was on high level.

It's great to see a family run hotel providing a spot on service to their guests. Everything runs efficiently and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location, not far from town, and ideal for public transport. It's quite near to the beach so there was always a choice of places to sit around the pool. Go and enjoy!

Hotel was alright. Rooms were cleaned most days, but room service were always at our door so early. I think the earliest they knocked on our door was 10.30 am which is uncommon for room service. Breakfast was decent but it was free so that is good. We got false complaints from the hotel for being noisy and the bed sheets could have been changed more often.

The hotel is well located there is a supermarket just across the street and a lot of bar and restaurants nearby. As for the rooms the beds are not very comfortable the need to fix that issue. The pool area is nice and safe for kids (not to deep) and there is a bar with a variety of drinks and snacks.

A tired hotel just behind the beachfront that is at least a cheap place to lay your head and has helpful and English speaking staff. Hotel has I think 6 floors but only two tiny lifts that took an age to arrive. Bed wasn't comfortable and although it had a kettle the hotel doesn't provide tea, coffee or mineral water for your stay.

Ok, but staff a bit rude The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. The room was small but suitable for a 1 night stay. Staff on reception during check-in were not very friendly and charged me for the room, even though I had paid by using my saved vouchers. This was rectified later in the day by the manager. We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a good experience. The rooms were cleaned every day although at different times so hard to judge when to not be in the way. Our room had a nice sized balcony too with view of the pool. The only thing I would mention was the bathroom needed modernising but I believe they are in the process of modernising all of the rooms. Not a great experience. The first room we got was dirty, very small, and uncomfortable. The TV wasn't working. The second room was much cleaner. The breakfast was fine. The pool is nice, but the area around the pool is very small and it's hard to walk around. The location is the biggest plus of this hotel.

We were five adults traveling with two children, 5 and 8. Very nice hotel close to the sea. We stayed in the room before the renovation, but it had everything we needed. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed on average every two to three days. A good hotel with a great location, but a few things disappointed me. Firstly, the shower was really crappy because the curtain didn't reach the ground and water would spill everywhere no matter how careful I was. And there wasn't anything to clean up the water with. Another disappointment was that there were two single beds, with wheels on them so they would just roll around which was uncomfortable...

Great stay! The owner is so nice and helpful, gave us free rides to the beach and the city many times! Will definitely come back!

Really good hotel with good and nice people

Simple hotel located in a central point far from the crowd of Faliraki but near the main beaches of the area. The owner is very friendly, gives lots of practical advices especially about where to eat in the area.

Great place, clean, great staff and management. I’m definitely going back next year!

I booked one night here - as I always do, just to make sure its suitable - I ended up staying a further six nights, say no more. 😊 This post is from October 2020, so you can dismiss any previous negative comments regarding this hotel, oh yes, bear in mind it's a two star hotel, regardless to say, it was better that some of the top notch places I've stayed at. Very nice experience, my room was freshly new, staff is super friendly and the hotel is located near the beach and town centre.lots of restaurante around the hotel. Bed is very confortable and a good view of the the pool from the balcony .

A lovely stay. Quiet and immaculately clean with courteous staff. We had a room for 4 double and 2 singles with a dividing door (couple and 2 adult children)and found there was enough space, beds were comfortable and 2 balconies, 2 showers and 2 sinks and kitchen with kettle, oven/microwave. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Excellent aircon controlled separately in bedroom/lounge. Handy to shops, restaurants...

Nice quiet hotel with smooth closing hoteldoors en friendly personell. Also the rooms are very quiet We had only breakfast but is was delicious. The hotel is clean, nice en excellent for short and long stay . People are very friendly and close to beach, shops and old rhodos. Beds are nice to sleep. The hotel is a 3 star hotel but for us is 5 star

This has been a great holiday from start to finish. The rooms are cleaned daily and staff can’t be any more helpful. Breakfast was great lots of selection. The pool is small but we never used it as we went to the pebble beach which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff are friendly and very pleasant would highly recommended

We recently had a lovely stay at the Esperia City. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help with any situation. Our room was serviced daily to a good standard. The hotel is very centrally located for exploring Rhodes, particularly the Old Town and is very close to the bus station, port and beaches. We are looking forward to returning very soon.

The hotel is very central and you can walk almost everywhere. Our room got cleaned every Day and the berakfast was okay. The staff was very nice and always greeted us when we walked by. When we had questions we always got help and directions. The pool area is a bit small and is only in the sun for a small part of the day.

The most friendly hotel I have ever been to. All the stuff have made my few days the best experience. Defenitely I am coming back next year. Starting with welcome drink and nice little talk with manager finishing with good advice about local restaurants.
