Santa Helena Hotel

Hotel itself is not that bad. Rooms are spacious and clean though old fashioned, breakfast is ok, pool is equipped with enough sunbeds and umbrellas. But the location is very bad. It is outside touristic or residential area, literally in the middle of nowhere. Really dodgy.

Booked this hotel based on Google reviews and made a mistake. Pro: - the pool is quite big, clean and if you have kids is best option especially you are far away from the sea.
- rooms are quite big, equipped one double bed and one person bed
- cleaning every day

Other aspects: - old furniture and depreciate
- very hot in the top rooms, AC can be turned on only when you are in the room, and cannot leave the room without the key. Is impossible to cool the room in few hours when you are in the room before having a sleep.
- Owner attitude was very impolitely, when kindly tried to find a solution/ give us second key or help us cooling the rooms starting with 18.oo o'clock in the afternoon ... replied he will not do that, if we want this kind of service we are free to live immediately, only expensive hotels have AC at demand (but of course without refunding the money).
-due to this couldn't sleep every night till 2.00 AM, when in the room temperature cooled down a bit.
-AC dirty and uncleaned, old and with low efficiency
- breakfast basic level
- too many chemicals in the pool, swim suites are turning yellow after using the pool
-garden is not like in the pictures, nobody is taking care of it.

Sort version, we rented a car, had a lot of trips until 22.00 every day, but during the night was a nightmare.
