Our room was modern and cleaned every day with clean towels provided. There was a great choice of food in the restaurant and the food and staff were excellent. The reception staff were very helpful and polite

I am writing this review as we wait for our transfer to the airport after spending 10 incredible days at Rhodes Bay & Spa, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of our lives

We left with our hearts full and memories to last a lifetime. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to create unforgettable moments, whether for a honeymoon, birthday, or simply to escape and unwind

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of luxury and comfort, with beautiful views of the sea that took our breath away

All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful - reception, breakfast/lunch/dinner staff, cleaning ladies and pool/beach personnel. They were able to answer any question quickly and in an efficient manner

The quality of the food was outstanding, with a diverse selection that catered to all tastes. Every meal felt like a feast, and we were always excited to see what delicious options awaited us

Brilliant venue for a do nothing other than lazing about for a week in the sun. Fabulous staff, clean rooms, really good evening entertainment in the evening. All inclusive really meant all inclusive

Located close to the beach, and far enough away from Rhodes city, to offer a more relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was okay, not the best, but with a small variety every day

The food was very good and varied. A big minus unfortunately goes to pretty much all the alcoholic drinks. Far too strong and therefore not enjoyable

In the main restaurant all of the foods were delicious and they had a great variety. We tried the separate restaurant which is not included in the all inclusive plan. However, everything was frozen and not fresh

We ordered there octopus balls and greek gataifi and one of us got food poisoning. This came as a big surprise since everything else was perfect, from the main restaurant to the view and the entertainment

We spent weeks before our visit watching videos and reading reviews but arriving at the hotel late at night seeing it all lit up was breathtaking ( others on our coach would agree) The hotel is very well kept, the food had so much choice, I wasn't a fan of the theme night on the buffet but there was something for everyone

This was the most amazing hotel I think I've ever stayed in. The reception is so welcoming, even given drinks on your arrival while you check in. The staff were so helpful and the room was always cleaned to perfection

We were delighted with the room and all the other things in it. It was very spacious, clean, and best of all, a balcony with a sea view. The food in the restaurant was excellent, a great variety for everyone's taste

The room itself was so spacious with a lovely view of the mountain

The staff in the restaurant was fantastic. from the manager to the other staff. always there when it comes to the guests. Everything you need to have a great vacation in and around this hotel is at the highest level

The amenities were fantastic, 3 restaurants in the hotel as well as the all inclusive buffet restaurant, mini golf on site and a roof top bar where you can go and watch some beautiful sunsets

I can't express how good the food was, all seasoned well and you could tell the chefs put effort into the food, couldn't fault any of it

Friendly and helpful staff Kept clean and tidy throughout the day. Good choice of food throughout the day. Restaurant cleaned and tided regularly and never had to wait to be seated

The location is amazing if you love watching a sunset on the beach with a nice drink. This is the best hotel we visit in Europe

We went to Avra Beach Resort end June, not knowing where to go so based on reviews we made our choice. All I can say is that we never had any regrets. Is a kind of resort which you might not choose by the looks of it

Beautiful hotel! Stayed in a family room with a sea view as it was the only sea view room left, and it was perfect. Big size as expected, with modern features and a lovely view of the sea and Turkey across the water

The snack bar being open pretty much all day was great too, definitely made the most of it! The main restaurant aswell was great, a good selection of food, not massive compared to some hotels, but you don't need that

We have almost come to the end of our seven night holiday and I can honestly say this has been one of the best holidays we have ever had. All the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for you

A high rate of cleanliness in the hotel and pools. The hotel has its own beach, access with a very short walk through a tunnel under the road directly from the hotel

The selection of food and drink was excellent, and as observed in other reviews, the pizza from the pool bar was amazing. The pool was clean, but chilly (ok once you're submerged!)

Location to the medieval city and old town is very close, taxis, buses or hire a car. With traffic only about 10 minutes to get there. We effeminately will go back to this hotel

A special mention for Filippo from the animation team, he was very friendly and enthusiastic, and his positive energy during aqua-zumba really made our holiday! A great hotel

Excellent dinner, especially the seafood linguine. Very attentive staff and lovely view of the ocean. We could just see the sunset while we had pre-dinner cocktails. These were delicious and standard price for rhodes.

Mediterranean cuisine and amazing wines...! George helped us to choose the best wine for the fishes and the lobster we took! Warm atmosphere and amazing place in front of the sea..

What a restaurant? We took fresh fishes, lobster and greek salad combined with a local white wine Argyros estate Monsignori! Chef, Manolis is one of the best! See you next year!!

Amazing restaurant with super-b food. Exceptional services. Lovely chill pool with good music. Absolutely adorable and one of my fav places in Rhodes.

We have been here twice during our holiday. The cocktails have a special twist, but they have also the regular cocktails. We had a lovely dinner with great wine and delicious food

Spent 4 days at the hotel in September 2023. It was after top season, and it showed - less crowded, no kids. The rooms were spacious and clean and had all the amenities, and a cool balcony

There's a beautiful terrace where you can watch the sunset, and we've arrived before the check in so we waited there, and they already gave us the All Inclusive bracelets so we got all the drinks we wanted

Loved the variety of food in the main restaurant, but my personal favourite were the gyros and pizza and iced coffee at one of the pool bars, it truly was amazing

The beach is private, very easy tunnel access, and a bar that serves cold water bottles, but the winds were very strong, but that's not the hotel's fault

There's a large luggage storage room, and bathrooms in the lobby where you can change

Amazing Hotel, ignore all the bad reviews, the location is amazing as it's right next to a private beautiful beach with easy access and the restaurant is amazing, great sport bars and rooms but the only real minor issues are that there aren't any drawers for clothes in the rooms and the pool is very busy and crammed with sunbeds that are taken quickly

The staff at Sheraton Rhodes Resort was absolutely INCREDIBLE and made our wedding day, as well as the days leading up to it, so seamless. Their kindness and helpfulness truly made it the best day ever

Many better options near the hotel or in the town Entertainment at night: Very poor Pools: Too many kids in the pools which were sometimes a bit dirty (best one on the 6th floor)

We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with—they made us feel like family and ensured that everything went off without a hitch. We haven’t stopped talking about how wonderful everyone at the resort was

They should not allow children to play with huge floats. Also people were smoking and leaving cigarette buts on the floor near the pool plus other garbage

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort! The service was excellent and the people were very nice!! Very convienent location, especially if you are going to venture out to the Old Town, a medieval historic town, which we loved

The waiters are super great, the food is really good, and the waiters are very fast with all requests, the pool service (exchanging towels and arranging sun-beds) is very lovely

It was the first Holliday with our baby (4 Month). What we will remember from this trip, how child friendly everyone has been. Everybody smiling at our baby was so lovely and cute! Thank you for a nice vacation

Even it’s crowded he always finds a place in the shadow. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The view from the room is stunning 🤩. Always a nice breeze even makes a hot day comfortable

This hotel is awesome, because of the great service! I had my doubts, because of the architecture. Big 5 star hotel, not very personally and looked more like an Airport waiting lounge

Mariana and Jordan always helped me when I needed, they were always helpful and very kind! The Italian restaurant at the hotel is really good and there is a woman there named Zane who helped us every day and was very nice

If I could give 10 stars I would, as definitely was one of the best hotels I ever bin. Everything just perfect! Excellent service!!!! Great food. Nice swimming pool area with the cousy lounges

The evening shows were also excellent, providing great entertainment after a day full of activities. Overall, Electra Palace gave us an amazing experience with its top-notch activities, food, and shows

so much space and amazing views all staff so friendly and welcoming. food was lovely and so much to choice from. Billy who ran the entertainment was brilliant with all the children and got everyone involved

(Especially main pool and kids pool, new towels and umbrellas are needed, the reception looks quite old😅)The room was very good but only because we got a family one in the renovated area of the hotel

We came to the sunshine hotel for our holiday, me, my parents and my 4yr old daughter. The rooms were lovely and spacious and cleaned daily by the staff

Was a nice hotel although a little dated in the family room we stayed in. The pools were great and was on the beach so a quick walk over the stone beach and you’re in the warm sea

I give 4 stars because it was a cheap booking and we did find some value for our money. Also the beach is great and clean. But they don't have enough beach beds, so you better get one early

This is a wonderful hotel on the beach. It us quiet , relaxing with lovely staff. The bungalows are light and spacious with a lovely terrace to sit in the evening to enjoy some Rodos wine.

Great big hotel, lovely large pools, staff are so friendly and helpful, staff are lovely people, Thomas a waiter is lovely such a kind, polite, friendly young man, food was very good and great price, not expensive

First impressions are good, big entrance, very polished reception area, the man on the day of arrival was hard work understanding, it sounded like there were set times for dinner but he was saying there was only two tables left to book on that evening

There are several places to eat, but we stuck to eating in the poolside Greek Restaurant evenings and Breakfast is done upstairs. Plenty of choice at both and good portions

All restaurants are great value for money and cheaper than the restaurants by the beach. The only disappointment was the beach and bars which has nothing to do with the hotel itself

I would recommend this hotel, just one small thing, the night entertainment was very quiet and unsure why

We had nothing but the best experience at this resort. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing, and the place was clean and organized. They let us check in early and upgraded us to a nicer room

Reading some reviews before our visit now seemed quite harsh, particularly regarding the food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was generally good considering the volume of people being served

Everything is very good, a 10/10, in my opinion. Especially the managers at the restaurant and at the bar Micheal and George. The staff was excellent at the hotel. The room was very nice and clean

Wow, a great hotel for the whole family, children and adults. Water aerobics every morning was the best way to start the day by the beautiful pool. There were plenty of activities

The kids had the opportunity to go into a playroom to draw and decorate stones. In the evenings, it was great to have entertainment on the stage with acrobatics and dancing, where the audience got involved in the show

Overall, it was a great hotel for the whole family. We opted for breakfast only, not all-inclusive

Cleaned every day with replacement of towels, including beach. The food is excellent, every evening a themed. best Greek! The beach is pebbly, I recommend Slippers

Best hotel I’ve been to in Greece, William, Maria, Pedro all were outstanding in their customer service. Great food from the kitchen, breakfast and dinner. Then cafe on the beach was fantastic

Staff very helpful and friendly, entertainment during the day for children and adults. Evening entertainment very good, Benny, head of entertainment does an excellent job at entertaining everyone

This hotel is great! Clean, spacious, good customer service, lovely selection of food, nice bar, swimming pool always clean, arcade/games area is great for both adults and children, the views are incredible and location is great to travel around

The hotel is nice and has a good atmosphere. Most of the staf are friendly. The sunbeds by the pool are free near the beach and grass area they charge 4 Euro a bed. Animation is basic but very fun

The staff and food was great on site we only ate there for lunch. Breakfast great choice of foods only thing lacking was tea, it was hard to find and but you don’t see much tea on the island it’s all coffee

The location was brilliant 5 mins from airport we were first drop off and last to be collect. You are close to Alyssa’s town which is 20 mins walk and there are plenty of bars and restaurants

My husband and I visited for a few days our first holiday without the kids. We upgraded to plunge pool which was lovely. The pool was cold great for morning dip to wake you up

There was a terrace overlooking the main pool you literally walk down 3 steps and you are at the pool. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to chill and relax but I have a feeling in high season it’s a party one

We went to reception at check out to be moved and the room they allocated us wasn’t ready so again they moved us to another that was ready. This was pool view room and again it was very spacious and luxury

A very good hotel for leisure with an all-inclusive option. Friendly employees. Right in front of the sea with an out-door pool.

The meals are ok, with a good variety of options. The pool and apartments were very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and we had a pleasant stay

But for us was good, that hotel had more older people that young

We found the hotel to be a little dated but I'm sure that's a personal thing and everyone will be differnet. Food was of good quality, always plentiful however I personally found choice was limited

These places are what they are, hotels for the masses and the multicultural International. The Belair is clean and the staff very friendly. The food is plentiful but same old same old every day
