All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car). Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu. Overall an excellent place!

The hotel and the room we were in are pretty old and outdated. The food is pretty boring, but the staff is Nice, pools are OK, and the area is great. I give 4 stars because it was a cheap booking and we did find some value for our money. Also the beach is great and clean. But they don't have enough beach beds, so you better get one early. Nice quiet location, reception staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful and listen to everything you asked them. The cleaning staff are so polite always speak to you when passing and do a fabulous job and notice a lot of them do other jobs in the hotel throughout the day and evening

Hotel is clean a lot if food options especially if you are a fussy eater like me.The entertainment make the hotel more enjoyable where you can easily just stay in the resort all day and night. They were great with everyone. Plus right on beach so you don't have trek worth all your stuff.

Reading some reviews before our visit now seemed quite harsh, particularly regarding the food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was generally good considering the volume of people being served. The room was OK, albeit maybe in need of redecoration. Directly underneath flight path. No communication between the holiday company and the hotel meant 2 days of high stress, annoyance and not getting what we paid a LOT of money for. This is a lovely, family run, hotel. It's low rise, has lifts to upstairs rooms. Great breakfast, plenty of choice. Lovely pool area, the grass is looked after every day. We could not fault the staff, they really couldn't do enough for you. We had the best welcome ever when we arrived even though it was late, even kept the bar open for a late drink, thank you Costa. The staff was really helpful, friendly, polite... They even changed our room after we complained about a noise in our room. The food was SO tasty - fruits,pastries, yoghurt... everything. We had an evening with the Greek food, music, and dance that was perfect . Not far from the beach, with a nice pool and garden. Thanks ,we had a wonderful holiday here.

Just arrived late 11.30 hoping to have a coffee or tea & something to eat. It's a no. I am tea total & there's no tea no coffee severed after a certain time had to buy water to take medication. There are people who don't drink alcohol or fizzy drinks juice drinks etc. There is a kettle in room with cups but no coffee/tea you have to buy your own. Theres also added tax. Sorry don't think I'll be here...

Lovely friendly hotel family run, staff lovely, 2 mins from beach rooms clean food good would have liked a little more variety. Definitely go back.

Lovely stay at matoula Beach Hotel. Staff are great, rooms clean and tidy. Bus takes you from the hotel into town for only 8 euros each, just book it at reception. Lots to do around the hotel. Not really for kids, but I would definitely recommend it for couples or families with older children.

I recommend the place to people who do not want to spend time in the hotel, it is a good place to stay overnight. A huge advantage is very nice and clean pool and available for free sunbeds by the pool. Our room was very clean and regularly cleaned. The staff were available and helpful. Loved our 2 week stay here recently. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Nice pool. A few bars and restaurants were nearby or a 15 minute walk to the busier area.

Nice clean spacious apartment. Hot water a bit lacking, had to be quick to get any in the evening as only small tank serving a few rooms. Bit of a walk (20 mins) to most of the local restaurants, but convenience store and a couple of restaurants very close by
