All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car). Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu. Overall an excellent place!

More of a 3 stars than a 4 star. Some aspects are dated, but the public areas, pools, gardens and beach is kept immaculate they take real pride in that, staff are great. Food is a bit below par but has a variety and the drinks are quite poor for an all inclusive unless you like beer. The hotel and the room we were in are pretty old and outdated. The food is pretty boring, but the staff is Nice, pools are OK, and the area is great. I give 4 stars because it was a cheap booking and we did find some value for our money. Also the beach is great and clean. But they don't have enough beach beds, so you better get one early. Recommend it if you are looking for an all-inclusive, on budget...

Nice quiet location, reception staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful and listen to everything you asked them. The cleaning staff are so polite always speak to you when passing and do a fabulous job and notice a lot of them do other jobs in the hotel throughout the day and evening

We stayed at Sol by Meliá Cosmopolitan as a group of 14 – family and friends – and had a fantastic time! The hotel offers great service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. The hotel had a lot to do, with plenty of facilities and activities for guests, which many will appreciate. However, it just wasn’t quite my style. The overall vibe felt very package holiday, and the rooms looked a bit dated, which took away from the experience for me. Don’t use EasyJet holidays to go here. 2 wasted holiday days due to the incompetence of this company. No communication between the holiday company and the hotel meant 2 days of high stress, annoyance and not getting what we paid a LOT of money for. I think this hotel is amazing, modern and the staff are so friendly! To get the bad things out of the way. Only issue is the location. My husband and I went to Matoula Beach hotel for 2 weeks holiday and couldn't find fault with anything. Check in and check out was easy and the staff were very helpful. The location is nice only around 15 minutes from old town by taxi. The hotel staff can organise taxis from reception for you. Our rooms were new this year and they were fantastic. It was certainly worth the extra to secure your own sunbeds. The rooms themselves were set out well with lots of hanging space and extras such as hair dryer and safe. The hotel is well placed and not far from the airport. I recommend the place to people who do not want to spend time in the hotel, it is a good place to stay overnight. Loved our 2 week stay here recently. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Nice pool. A few bars and restaurants were nearby or a 15 minute walk to the busier area.

Nice clean spacious apartment. Hot water a bit lacking, had to be quick to get any in the evening as only small tank serving a few rooms. Bit of a walk (20 mins) to most of the local restaurants, but convenience store and a couple of restaurants very close by
