All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car). Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu. Overall an excellent place!

More of a 3 stars than a 4 star. Some aspects are dated, but the public areas, pools, gardens and beach is kept immaculate they take real pride in that, staff are great. Food is a bit below par but has a variety and the drinks are quite poor for an all inclusive unless you like beer. Great location and is ideal for a quiet get away, if you want to explore the island you need to rent a vehicle.

The hotel and the room we were in are pretty old and outdated. The food is pretty boring, but the staff is Nice, pools are OK, and the area is great. I give 4 stars because it was a cheap booking and we did find some value for our money. Also the beach is great and clean. But they don't have enough beach beds, so you better get one early. Recommend it if you are looking for an all-inclusive, on budget...

Nice quiet location, reception staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful and listen to everything you asked them. The cleaning staff are so polite always speak to you when passing and do a fabulous job and notice a lot of them do other jobs in the hotel throughout the day and evening

The Dionysos Hotel is located just off the main road along the seafront. Hotel is clean a lot if food options especially if you are a fussy eater like me.The entertainment make the hotel more enjoyable where you can easily just stay in the resort all day and night. They were great with everyone. Plus right on beach so you don't have trek worth all your stuff.

Reading some reviews before our visit now seemed quite harsh, particularly regarding the food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was generally good considering the volume of people being served. The room was OK, albeit maybe in need of redecoration. Directly underneath flight path. Best hotel I’ve been to in Greece, William, Maria, Pedro all were outstanding in their customer service. Great food from the kitchen, breakfast and dinner. Then cafe on the beach was fantastic. The pool was nice enough space, however need to maintain the rules in respect of putting towels down before 10am. Just arrived late 11.30 hoping to have a coffee or tea & something to eat. It's a no. I am tea total & there's no tea no coffee severed after a certain time had to buy water to take medication. There are people who don't drink alcohol or fizzy drinks juice drinks etc. There is a kettle in room with cups but no coffee/tea you have to buy your own. Theres also added tax. We had such a great time. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the food was delicious and lots of choice. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are absolutely fantastic, always helpful and friendly - especially Anita in the restaurant. Also really enjoyed the entertainment and dancing. Must mention the friendly comedy bird (crow?) who comes and hangs out in the sun lounger garden...

Check in and check out was easy and the staff were very helpful. The location is nice only around 15 minutes from old town by taxi. The hotel staff can organise taxis from reception for you. The food had a nice variety with the occasional repeat at each meal. Cocktails could occasionally be a bit strong but good value for money overall. Our rooms were new this year and they were fantastic. It was certainly worth the extra to secure your own sunbeds. The rooms themselves were set out well with lots of hanging space and extras such as hair dryer and safe. The hotel is well placed and not far from the airport.
