Lovely hotel. Gorgeous views of the sea. Excellent cuisine.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment team are amazing. Bar staff, waitresses, and waiters are ignorant and rude, none of them seem to enjoy their jobs and go around with sad faces

Very good hotel, the staff that do the activities next to the pool need a raise they make it so much more enjoyable and fun, 100% recommend people to join the beach volleyball it’s really fun

Food was good, they have extra restaurants in the hotel if you don’t wanna eat at the main cafeteria and the restaurant near the pool had some of the best food I’ve ever had

Next are rooms got cleaned daily new towels sheets etc

Beach is sand and pebbles so remember to take foot wear suitable for swimming in or you will need to leave them close when entering exiting the sea. I am not much for entertainment but a lot of people were enjoying it

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of luxury and comfort, with beautiful views of the sea that took our breath away

There was so much extra effort for guests to get simple information. Spa is a nice area, the outdoor pool being the highlight and the steam room the disappointment

I am writing this review as we wait for our transfer to the airport after spending 10 incredible days at Rhodes Bay & Spa, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of our lives

This trip was particularly special as we were celebrating our late honeymoon alongside my wife's 40th birthday, and the hotel made it an unforgettable occasion

Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the all-inclusive buffet

The quality of the food was outstanding, with a diverse selection that catered to all tastes. Every meal felt like a feast, and we were always excited to see what delicious options awaited us

The hotel had a couple of clean and spacious pools and a beach front, with some sun-beds but could be crowded at times, however, we have always found a well located sun-bed

In the main restaurant all of the foods were delicious and they had a great variety. We tried the separate restaurant which is not included in the all inclusive plan. However, everything was frozen and not fresh

We ordered there octopus balls and greek gataifi and one of us got food poisoning. This came as a big surprise since everything else was perfect, from the main restaurant to the view and the entertainment

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, plus they also help you discover the island with transfers if you want. Our room was very comfortable and clean

The staff were amazing and very helpful with very respectful attitude. Overall a very pleasant experience

We spent weeks before our visit watching videos and reading reviews but arriving at the hotel late at night seeing it all lit up was breathtaking ( others on our coach would agree) The hotel is very well kept, the food had so much choice, I wasn't a fan of the theme night on the buffet but there was something for everyone

This was the most amazing hotel I think I've ever stayed in. The reception is so welcoming, even given drinks on your arrival while you check in. The staff were so helpful and the room was always cleaned to perfection

“It is what it is” The hotel is well located: not far from Rhodes Town and not far from the airport. In general, this is a very nice hotel where there is constant cleaning. The hotel has 3 swimming pools

The room itself was so spacious with a lovely view of the mountain

The amenities were fantastic, 3 restaurants in the hotel as well as the all inclusive buffet restaurant, mini golf on site and a roof top bar where you can go and watch some beautiful sunsets

Every day there are fresh sheets and towels (small, large and for pool or beach). The room is nice and sufficiently large, there is a sitting area and a terrace with sea view. The bed is rather on the narrow side

We went to Avra Beach Resort end June, not knowing where to go so based on reviews we made our choice. All I can say is that we never had any regrets. Is a kind of resort which you might not choose by the looks of it

Almost forgot: is a rule in the hotel that one guy is walking around the beach and remove all the towels left to keep the chaise longues occupied (around 8:00)

Very friendly staff, always with a smile on their faces, not showing that they are tired making us feel like kings. The drinks are a bit too sweet for my taste but you can make your own recipes for cocktails

My wife and I have been coming to Avra Beach Hotel since August 2020. We have made many friends there and love the staff and their amazing hospitality. We will continue to visit for the foreseeable future

Our stay in this hotel was amazing. Everyone who works there is amazing and caring. But there’s a special one, Anastasia from the bar, that was a super star. Always with a smile, polite and friendly

The older rooms are in the process of being updated, and the newer ones are lovely. The food is of a very high standard and is available for more hours than most hotels I've been to

There is plenty of options to choose from, and anyone can find 2-3 dishes to his liking. The pool is dedicated mostly for children, therefore it is limited to depth of 1

We have almost come to the end of our seven night holiday and I can honestly say this has been one of the best holidays we have ever had. All the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for you

A high rate of cleanliness in the hotel and pools. The hotel has its own beach, access with a very short walk through a tunnel under the road directly from the hotel

We didn't use the swimming pool. It was busy there, but there were enough sunbeds. For €9,- you can take a taxi to Rhodes town. Parking space across the street from the hotel. A few tips for possible improvements

Location to the medieval city and old town is very close, taxis, buses or hire a car. With traffic only about 10 minutes to get there. We effeminately will go back to this hotel

What an amazing place to go with your family. The staff are wonderful ,we experienced very good service throughout our stay. Food was varied enough , fresh and tasty. The pools are great ,always get a sunbed

The private villas with individual pools are perfect. Simply furnished, but with everything you need. Fresh bedding and towels every day

Great restaurant, 2 metres from the beach and a wonderful pool bar with a different DJ each night which creates a fabulous holiday atmosphere

Mediterranean cuisine and amazing wines...! George helped us to choose the best wine for the fishes and the lobster we took! Warm atmosphere and amazing place in front of the sea..

Excellent dinner, especially the seafood linguine. Very attentive staff and lovely view of the ocean. We could just see the sunset while we had pre-dinner cocktails. These were delicious and standard price for rhodes.

We have been here twice during our holiday. The cocktails have a special twist, but they have also the regular cocktails. We had a lovely dinner with great wine and delicious food

Friendly, good service, good pool area. The food and cocktails aren't that good. The rooms serve their purpose and the cleaning ladies do a good job every day

Pleasant and warm staff, from the welcome to the restaurant service. A rental service available at the reception with -10% for people who reside in the hotel, a very nice man. Swimming pool, deckchair, calm and rest

Room descriptions somewhat ambiguous online but ALL staff there so helpful in rectifying any concerns. The breakfast is huge and always interesting 😁. In these difficult times they really tried their best

All life is in full swing on a small patch around the pool and bar - at the moment it is almost the entire territory, but the hotel is developing and expanding and soon the owners plan to build a large pool on a wasteland between the buildings, as well as open a second restaurant (see diagram)

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the sea. Charming and serviceminded staff. The outdoor area was in good condition and so was the pool area

Only issue was the lack of towels on demand since they bring them every 2 days, but it was a great experience overall!

The shower hose was broken and the hairdryer cord was far too short. At the pool, many people put their towels down early and left them on the sunbeds all day, even though they were not present at the pool

Amazing Hotel, ignore all the bad reviews, the location is amazing as it's right next to a private beautiful beach with easy access and the restaurant is amazing, great sport bars and rooms but the only real minor issues are that there aren't any drawers for clothes in the rooms and the pool is very busy and crammed with sunbeds that are taken quickly

The pool was slippery and the water was not clear. The food was quite okay, but we were given the same thing to eat every day. The waiters often ask if you have finished eating or simply take your plate away

If you book in one of the theme restaurants, the food comes too quickly. A plus was that the beach was easily accessible, but besides that there was not much to do around the hotel

Reception were rude and abrupt, talk down at you. The restaurant staff were brilliant, couldn't fault them. Evening bar staff fantastic, very polite and accommodating

Many better options near the hotel or in the town Entertainment at night: Very poor Pools: Too many kids in the pools which were sometimes a bit dirty (best one on the 6th floor)

They should not allow children to play with huge floats. Also people were smoking and leaving cigarette buts on the floor near the pool plus other garbage

Starters and deserts are exactly the same we had in a regular restaurant in the evening. The hotel has a good private beach and swimming pools

We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with—they made us feel like family and ensured that everything went off without a hitch. We haven’t stopped talking about how wonderful everyone at the resort was

The hotel has three outdoors swimming pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, a private beach area and a kids club

First time visiting the Atrium Platinum and it certainly won’t be the last. We booked a luxury suite with personal pool and were blown away by the facilities

The waiters are super great, the food is really good, and the waiters are very fast with all requests, the pool service (exchanging towels and arranging sun-beds) is very lovely

It was the first Holliday with our baby (4 Month). What we will remember from this trip, how child friendly everyone has been. Everybody smiling at our baby was so lovely and cute! Thank you for a nice vacation

Even it’s crowded he always finds a place in the shadow. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The view from the room is stunning 🤩. Always a nice breeze even makes a hot day comfortable

Such a wonderful hotel with so much class and customer support that provides its guest with the perfect vacation. The best hotel I’ve stayed in for a very long time and I travel a lot for comparison

This hotel is awesome, because of the great service! I had my doubts, because of the architecture. Big 5 star hotel, not very personally and looked more like an Airport waiting lounge

Very hardworking staff, friendly and helpful. Great choice of food in the buffet restaurant. Both the Greek and Italian dinners were beautiful. Nice cocktails and good lager in the bars

Everything is at a high level, clean, luxurious. At the reception there are very nice employees who like to help and it is always important to them that you are satisfied

Mariana and Jordan always helped me when I needed, they were always helpful and very kind! The Italian restaurant at the hotel is really good and there is a woman there named Zane who helped us every day and was very nice

Only had to queue for drinks at the pool bar and then only 3 minutes max. The drinks are in plastic, good quality, generous sized glasses. The rooms were large with very comfy beds

Reception staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgable about the local area. The kids pool has a couple of slides and shallow water, perfect for my daughter

The hotel and the room we were in are pretty old and outdated. The food is pretty boring, but the staff is Nice, pools are OK, and the area is great

Was a nice hotel although a little dated in the family room we stayed in. The pools were great and was on the beach so a quick walk over the stone beach and you’re in the warm sea

This is a wonderful hotel on the beach. It us quiet , relaxing with lovely staff. The bungalows are light and spacious with a lovely terrace to sit in the evening to enjoy some Rodos wine.

Great big hotel, lovely large pools, staff are so friendly and helpful, staff are lovely people, Thomas a waiter is lovely such a kind, polite, friendly young man, food was very good and great price, not expensive

There are several places to eat, but we stuck to eating in the poolside Greek Restaurant evenings and Breakfast is done upstairs. Plenty of choice at both and good portions

All restaurants are great value for money and cheaper than the restaurants by the beach. The only disappointment was the beach and bars which has nothing to do with the hotel itself

I would recommend this hotel, just one small thing, the night entertainment was very quiet and unsure why

First impressions are good, big entrance, very polished reception area, the man on the day of arrival was hard work understanding, it sounded like there were set times for dinner but he was saying there was only two tables left to book on that evening

We had nothing but the best experience at this resort. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing, and the place was clean and organized. They let us check in early and upgraded us to a nicer room

69! Dance Babou! The rooms are very clean, lovely maids and beautiful views if you opt for a sea view option. The beach is right outside the hotel, be aware its stoney so bring swim shoes

The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. And the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay

Wow, a great hotel for the whole family, children and adults. Water aerobics every morning was the best way to start the day by the beautiful pool. There were plenty of activities

Great resort, good breakfast, neat pools and great staff! They're very kind and helpful and are here for you to make your holiday great!

Not a 4* rating our family room was a little outdated. Pool area had loose tiles, children’s pool area needed a lick of paint. Disappointed that you had to pay for a sun bed (€5) at the hotels beach

The kids had the opportunity to go into a playroom to draw and decorate stones. In the evenings, it was great to have entertainment on the stage with acrobatics and dancing, where the audience got involved in the show

Would just like to say I haven't been yet booked last minute and had a few queries the hotel has been great with speedy response. I will do another review when I'm back but I'm really glad we choose this hotel.

The pool was nice enough space, however need to maintain the rules in respect of putting towels down before 10am. Another idea if possible to have an outside gym to help burn those calories from the great food your serve

The hotel is nice and has a good atmosphere. Most of the staf are friendly. The sunbeds by the pool are free near the beach and grass area they charge 4 Euro a bed. Animation is basic but very fun

This hotel is great! Clean, spacious, good customer service, lovely selection of food, nice bar, swimming pool always clean, arcade/games area is great for both adults and children, the views are incredible and location is great to travel around

You can walk to the busy stop in under 10 minutes and get the bus to Rhodes town centres/old town and other locations, bus fare is cheap at around 2. 40€ single journey and you can also purchase a whole day ticket

All inclusive is definitely the way to go at this hotel! Food choice is amazing, cocktails are great, entertainment each night is really good, staff are friendly and helpful, everything is lovely and clean
