Προσοχή στα χρηματα σας γι αυτο το ξενοδοχειο. Η διαμονή μου δεν πραγματοποιηθηκε εξαιτίας των δρομολογίων με το πλοιο που ακύρωσε η εταιρεία χωρίς λόγο άρα όχι δικής μου ευθύνης. Όσο απρόσωπη η μεγάλη ναυτιλιακή εταιρεία άλλο τόσο και το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο καθως μου κρατάει τα χρηματα της κράτησης χωρίς επιστροφή ούτε καν ένα μέρος αυτού, ητε να μπορω να χρησιμοποιησω αυτο το ποσο σε αλλη ημερομηνία διοτι δεν ήταν δικό της λάθος. Επειδή έχω συνεργαστεί και με άλλα ξενοδοχεία τόσο αυστηρή αντιμετώπιση με τον πελάτη δεν έχω ξαναδεί. Και προς απάντηση του ξενοδοχειου φυσικά και ακυρωσα 3 μέρες πριν καθώς τότε είχα την ενημέρωση από την εταιρεία του πλοίου. Δεν ήταν στη δική μου απόφαση αλλά μη πραγματοποίηση του δρομολογίου. Φυσικά και αντιλαμβάνομαι τη θέση σας. Αλλά τη θέση του καταναλωτή ποιος την αντιλαμβάνεται? Και πρέπει εμείς να πληρώνουμε συνέχεια και τα λάθη? Με ποιον τρόπο προστατευετε ο καταναλωτής και που ειναι τα δικά μου διακαιώματα σε όλη αυτή τη συνθήκη που ο μόνος που δεν ευθύνεται είμαι εγώ. Τέλος επειδή δε γνωριζα αν ήταν νόμιμο όλο αυτό ή όχι απευθύνθηκα στον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή όπου κατά επανάληψη μέσο email και τηλεφωνικά τους ζητήθηκαν έγγραφα τα οποία αφορούν αυτή την υπόθεση. Ποτέ μα ποτέ δεν απάντησαν. Έχω όλα τα έγγραφα από τον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή όποιος θέλει να τα δει του τα προωθώ.

Very nice and clean hotel with super friendly and responsible staff. The lady at the reception was so kind and helpful. One can reach the old city center on foot, following the short path described in the hotel guidebook (15-20 minute walk). The bus stops to many destinations are also located nearby. We really appreciated the detailed touristic guidebook prepared by the hotel, which was quite helpful.

The hotel staff are exceptional, friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile when we thought we lost a phone, giving us advice on bus timetables instead of using a taxi, opening the bar and garden when we came back after a days sightseeing and wanted a drink The breakfast options were lovely and contained a huge variety of food to choose from. We stayed at the start and end of our trip so had two different rooms and both were lovely. One had a balcony which was lovely although was facing the road which was a little noisy. The toiletries were a nice touch and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The only downside I would say was that the service options were a little basic in comparison to some of the other hotels we stayed at but considering the location we could survive without these..

Staff made this place a joy to stay in, super friendly whenever we walked past the front desk & had a nice chat with us before we left for our flights, good location fairly close to the old town, takes about 20 minutes to walk. Would recommend this place.

Πολύ ζεστή φιλοξενία. Απίστευτη καθαριότητα σε συνδυασμό με πολύ φιλόξενο πρσωπικό. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε όλους τους προορισμούς. Και το σημαντικό είναι ότι βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά και στην Παλιά Πόλη. Επίσης parking υπήρχε πάντα διαθέσιμο δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Hotel Galaxias.
I was welcomed by Anna at reception with an 8 page booklet of helpful information about Rhodes, included restaurants and things to do. This subsequently resulted in me dining in one of the restaurants (Kalammmakia) and visiting the Rodos Acropolis , both from their booklet and enjoyed them both! Anna was so helpful, organising the best way to get to the ferry port. Another reception staff gave me the verbal instructions to catch the bus to Lindos (something Google Maps couldn’t provide), which was key to me experiencing this pretty town.
The room I stayed in (delux room) was very comfortable, with tea making facilities and a stocked mini fridge with a price list. The large bed was so comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean. I love the decoration, especially the ceiling above the bed- see attached photo. The staff informed me this was one of their newly decorated rooms. I could tell, it was so well done.
As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe in this neighbourhood and in the hotel.
I can’t thank the staff enough- they made my stay stress free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend. Thank you!!

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are cleaned daily and everything is spotless. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely decor. Breakfast is delicious with a great variety. The reception staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended! ☺️

The receptionist people was so kind they helped me to make a taci reservation and aslo they have a guide paper they wrote how to go to old town fastly, places, restaurants etc. Helped me a lot thank you for everything . Room was clean, there is a elevator also that is nice

We didn't stay here, but we needed emergency bag storage services and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated it!

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, έχει κοντά ότι μαγαζί μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάνεις!!! Άψογη και φιλική εξυπηρέτηση απο το προσωπικό!παντα υπάρχει κάποιος στη reception!! Καθαρό σε όλους τους χώρους,με καθημερινή καθαριότητα των δωματίων!! Αρκετά πλούσιο πρωινό που το απολαμβάνεις στο ωραίο διαμορφωμένο κήπο!!Σας το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!
