We stayed for 11 nights at the beginning of July as a family of 3 and we had a wonderful stay. All the beaming reviews are correct in saying how beautiful the place is. It is very well designed with active/family friendly and Adult only areas and the finishes and quality of the furniture and structures are spectacular and luxurious. Everything was perfect. Especially the rooms. New towels every day, perfect cleaning and the best part is that we had a the fridge that actually cooled the things in it to really cold. The food in every restaurant/diners was very great also. We have visited this hotel a few times and we are most certainly gonna visit Ostria again.

The whole stay was great, I recommend this resort to anyone. The only thing I want to pin point is that the pools could be more clean, For sea lovers, the sea here is great, nice warm and clean. And finally one tip for adventurous teavellers, there is nothing in the near vicinity of the resort. You have to rent a car and travel a bit. I was actually there in October 2023. The hotel is located near Lerapetra on the beach shore. The rooms are in order. There is a swimming pool for children. The food is delicious. Only with all inclusive was the poor choice of alcoholic beverages. Next to it are several souvenir shops, car rental points. You need to drive to the sights of Crete (they are all further). Perfect family getaway with 2 adult sons. Breakfast buffet is unsurpassed. Dj and singers at the pool, on a different level. Even had an accompanying saxophonist one day. The hotel is incredible if you want a laid back wellness holiday, it encourages you to leave your phone and be present which I find amazing. There are so many activities to do like the outdoor cinema which was the best!!! Also the food was probably the best I have ever had. Genuinely so happy I went there and cannot wait to go back, and stay forever!

This hotel didn't feel crowded which was great. There wasn't any vibe though which I missed and food was the same each day. There wasnt much variety with entertainment. Great swimming pools for kids. Just an FYI: no gym as advertised or other restaurants within the hotel.

Great loction well away from busy areas. Its quiet a drive from the airport so if travelling outside a package holiday check taxi fares. Beautiful views and you can hire cars really cheaply to explore other parts of the island of Crete.

The rooms are good, with nice airconditioning, a nice view and a spacious bathroom. The staff is very helpfull, exept the restaurant personnel. The food is mediocre at best. Quite far from the beach.

The hotel is located in a great location in front of the sea. We had a sea view room and this was the best part of the place. The service and the people working there are amazing. The breakfast had a variety of choices. Highly recommend it.

We really loved our stay here! The staff are all SO friendly, it really makes a difference so thank you. The location is great right next to the beach, close walk to Ierapetra which is a lovely town - not too busy with tourists. The food is varied and excellent, and lots to do in the day at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for: the positive and friendly staff, the cuisine, the location, and the many facilities for guests (such as free sunbeds). There were many different activities and evening events that helped us have fun. We had the opportunity to try many local delicious dishes - definitely a point for which to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent and the location was wonderful.

Amazing place. The pool and beach were spotless, staff were so friendly and accommodating. My sister and I are vegan and even managed to find a different dish every night we could eat, hot food as well as lots of salad and dips. Highly recommended :)
