Very nice resort with very good service. The people are well taken care of , the food tastes good, the staff is very nice and will meet everything in sight. If you don't want to swim in the sea you can use the pool or lots of fun games. I recommend and warm regards.

Very nice hotel, old but well kept. The staff is wonderful and always smiling, and the rooms on the ground floor with a garden are a paradise for children. the highest praise for the pirates animation team, our twins enjoyed their time. We really enjoyed our holidays at the Sunshine Crete Beach Hotel. We have stayed in a semi-separate apartment out of the main building. It was clean and quiet. We asked for a sea-view room but we could barely see the sea as it was mostly hidden by other buildings which was not so big issue at the end as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. Boli sme 15 ty krát v tomto hoteli, veľmi nás nemalo čo prekvapiť. Vždy tam bola mizerná komunikácia na recepcii, oproti posledným návštevám sa to ale zlepšilo. Čistota izieb, bazénov v poriadku, navarené vždy chutne, v baroch obsluha výborná.

Positive: Very clean, nice structures, very good food and friendly staffing. Modern rooms, working AC. Negative: Mainly french guests, and everything is catered towards them. Dont expect too much English, and if only with heavy accents. Also the room cleaners completely ignored the „do not disturb“ throughout our stay, which was extremely annoying.

We are happy that we choose this Hotel. Good rooms, personel perfect. The food is delicious. It's true this is French hotel but if you are searching for a hotel you have to get before some information about place you wanna visit. For us it wasn't problem.

This is what a 4-star hotel for children should look like. Everything was perfect. A small suggestion for the staff - a good practice would be to confiscate towels placed on sunbeds before 9 a.m.

Nice hotel with everything you need. Right place for you if prefer a holiday factory. Staff maybe not as attentive as in some smaller places. Some customers look like they are unhappy, maybe cannot relax as having to look after kids. All inclusive means you will not go hungry or thirsty. Wow. My family and I came to stay for 3 nights and couldn’t believe our eyes. This looks and feels like the hotels or resorts you see on Instagram, but for real. The only disadvantage is that it is not accommodating to people with disabilities, unless they are willing to pay tip for the go-cart ride to the top (the hotel is on a mountain and you must go up many stairs to reach your room at times)....

Great loction well away from busy areas. Its quiet a drive from the airport so if travelling outside a package holiday check taxi fares. Beautiful views and you can hire cars really cheaply to explore other parts of the island of Crete.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for: the positive and friendly staff, the cuisine, the location, and the many facilities for guests (such as free sunbeds). There were many different activities and evening events that helped us have fun. We had the opportunity to try many local delicious dishes - definitely a point for which to stay at this hotel.

Amazing place. The pool and beach were spotless, staff were so friendly and accommodating. My sister and I are vegan and even managed to find a different dish every night we could eat, hot food as well as lots of salad and dips. Highly recommended :)
