Food was very diversified - everybody could find something delicious to eat. Beautiful place with well-kept gardens and swimming pools. I'd a lovely, bright and big apartment with impressing view

We are happy that we choose this Hotel. It's true this is French hotel but if you are searching for a hotel you have to get before some information about place you wanna visit

Mostly French but they can communicate in English also, we had a beautiful room close with garden view and close to the swimming pools/bar (only if you want to go to sleep early you can be awake from the little party's they do at the evening)

Animation team is very polite and they do many things so you can always join anything, they also have one person to watch the kids if you want that, it looked very nice for the kids

I'd an opportunity to visit this hotel two years ago and I can say that I was absolutely contented. Staff always wanted to help but in the meantime they weren't intrusive

We also got the spa & swedish massage and it was very very good! No cheap hotel but it's worth it! Greets!

Perfect holidays for families with small children. Loads of activities for the little ones. A small town 20 minute walk away. The beach is not great, but it is what it is. The pool is good with astunning view

Beach if partly sand partly stones, there are big stones in water along the beach making it a little uncomfortable to enter the water, but its worth it, water is crystal clear and there is a little bit of sea life for those, who like snorkeling

The food is great, with loads of variety. Staff is really nice apart from one annoying guy that wants to take pictures of you. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay in Petra mare

It wasn’t a true separation, which might be a consideration for some families. Our room was on the roadside, which was very windy, and we experienced items being blown off the balcony multiple times

Grocery Stores: The hotel has its own grocery store with reasonable prices. Plus, there are additional grocery stores nearby within 100m where you can pick up toys, snacks, and other essentials

AN excellent ALL INCLUSIVE FAMILY HOTEL. Offering fun , lots of activities if you want , great food in the restaurant. Really friendly staff in all areas. Amazing sea, beach and swimming pools

We asked for a sea-view room but we could barely see the sea as it was mostly hidden by other buildings which was not so big issue at the end as we did not spend much time in the room anyway

We loved the movie nights and the dinner buffet was delicious and had so many healthy options!! Especially big shoutout to the woman working the front desk at the spa who helped me when I was having a low day

We had the most amazing stay here. We stay at a lot of hotels, and this has been one of our favorites. The check in process was so smooth, the staff is beyond kind

If you are a noise sensitive bring ear plugs! Though the staff is very friendly they could do with slightly better training and coordination within the team

Fotis makes great cocktails, Vasiliki always there to bring us everything we need, Miltos welcomed us with a big smile, Aggelos at the restaurant always helpful and kind and Fay at the Spa really helped with our relaxation

In Crete not all 5 stars hotels are on Europeans standards, but in this case , as far as I am concerned, this is the most beautiful place I have been, the people there treat us like we were vip, the location is just stunning, the beach is exceptional as well as the amenities

The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day

Water in the pools is filtered all the time and the guys playing the music know their businesses. Chillout after lunch and live music after dinner. Very kind and smiling you the guests

We enjoyed our stay in particular because the hotel is medium sized and very relaxing. In addition, the beach right in front of the door was beautiful and refreshing. Food and drinks were also varied and always tasty

The pool and beach were spotless, staff were so friendly and accommodating. My sister and I are vegan and even managed to find a different dish every night we could eat, hot food as well as lots of salad and dips

The only disadvantage is the quite busy road that separates the hotel directly from the beach, it was somethimes a problem to cross it and sometimes the noise could be heard on the beach during the busy times

We really enjoyed our stay here despite 40 degrees! The staff were very friendly. The restaurant team were unbelievable. (Rania the manager, Krystina and Sofia. ) They really made us feel at home

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for: the positive and friendly staff, the cuisine, the location, and the many facilities for guests (such as free sunbeds)

The all inclusive food was delicious and different every day, there is a little less choice than in the big resorts, but we've never had a problem to choose

The only disadvantage is that it is not accommodating to people with disabilities, unless they are willing to pay tip for the go-cart ride to the top (the hotel is on a mountain and you must go up many stairs to reach your room at times)
