Hotels with sauna in Ierapetra

Being able to top up your own water/juice at the dispenser was great and I I know that a review mentioned about rules but we very much support this as the Pool restaurant wants to maintain a high standard and we are in agreement! We loved that there was table service for drinks at the Pool restaurant as well

We're still listening to and dancing to the brilliant holiday songs at home! The Theatro pool bar/restaurant and Animation pool/stage are in the same area and there was where we spent most of our time - you could be in or out of the sun which was a great bonus

We even appreciated the quality of the sound and lighting at the Animation Stage - a lot of investment in the place. The programme/activities are well considered and implemented with high professionalism

The pizzas (lunch served here as well as the buffet and then 'pizza & desserts' late afternoon) are fantastic - and we have a pizza oven at home! The staff are incredibly hardworking and professional

The Club Eldorador team are multi-talented professionals with wonderful charisma and incredible skills in hosting. We knew we were booking a French hotel - which to be honest was part of the appeal

But for the first half of our stay we did feel at times a little invisible - if you don't book through Club Eldorador you get a different wristband and I would say this is a helpful tool for staff when engaging with guests

The animation team were brilliant, in fact the best I have encountered. Involving you in activities if you wanted to join in, making you feel very welcomed, but leaving you alone if you just wanted to chill by the pool

Lovely hotel covering a large area. Food was brilliant with numerous different options for all meals. There was also a large vegan option at all meal times even though I am not vegan myself

Additional couch let us drink coffe feeling like at home. Shower such big and comfortable that easily 3 people could shower at the same time. Rooms and bathroom were clean. The furniture and bath equipment looked good

In the last few days, after we noticed this, we chose to drink only bottled and purchased juice/water. That said, everything else was impeccable, so I don’t understand how those dispensers could be so dirty

In the evenings, there are various programs and live music, but it's calm enough so you can still have a conversation. The area itself doesn’t offer much. You can reach the town of Ierapetra in 10 minutes from the hotel

Rooms were adequate and comfortable all with free security boxes and air con. Rooms cleaned daily and cannot complain about cleanliness

Nice area with own beach, without extra cost for sunbeds. The food and beverage in the main restaurant very tasty. Rooms with equipment, simple but very causy. Very nice staff at Reception and very friendly

Our daughter enjoyed herself in the children´s tobogan pool and the kids club. Thank you very much for making our holidays wonderful. We will definetely come back to Blue Mare Sunshine Koutsounari

There was something different to try every night which we really enjoyed. The animation team are lovely, we didn’t miss a mini disco and they are so enthusiastic both day and night - I don’t know how they do it

Great location, friendly staff, very comfortable and clean family room, very very tasty food. We stayed from June 24 till July 1 and we were very happy with the hotel

The food was excellent and there was very friendly personel. The sea was very clean, there are little stones on the beach that´s why we think the sea is so clean. You don´t need any shoes to go to the sea

I was actually there in October 2023. The hotel is located near Lerapetra on the beach shore. There is a swimming pool for children. Only with all inclusive was the poor choice of alcoholic beverages

The place is wonderful from any aspect. The area is gorgeous, the beach is stunning, with little stones and right next to the pool. The restaurant served delicious food

Perfect family getaway with 2 adult sons. Breakfast buffet is unsurpassed. Dj and singers at the pool, on a different level. Even had an accompanying saxophonist one day

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. But what truly made the difference was the kindness and professionalism of the staff

We enjoyed a lot the spa, the wonderful greek products they are using and the extra care they put in order to make the experience enjoyable

Breakfast and dinner buffets had an endless variety of anything you can think of and the choices for lunch were also really nice

Together with my wife and two daughters we had holiday in begin of September. That was the best holiday we had. Atmosphere created by management and staff was outstanding

But big disappointment with our room conditions, we have dead flies, cockroaches

The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day

Water in the pools is filtered all the time and the guys playing the music know their businesses. Chillout after lunch and live music after dinner. Very kind and smiling you the guests

We enjoyed our stay in particular because the hotel is medium sized and very relaxing. In addition, the beach right in front of the door was beautiful and refreshing. Food and drinks were also varied and always tasty

We really enjoyed our stay here despite 40 degrees! The staff were very friendly. The restaurant team were unbelievable. (Rania the manager, Krystina and Sofia. ) They really made us feel at home

The pool and beach were spotless, staff were so friendly and accommodating. My sister and I are vegan and even managed to find a different dish every night we could eat, hot food as well as lots of salad and dips

Miss them already! Sometimes the room service forgot to replace things, but the receptionists were very helpful. The animateur wasn't very motivating

We booked adults only, there was also a sign on the beach, (only 16+,) but late afternoon there were families with children taking up the sunbeds
