Best Hotels in Ierapetra

Being able to top up your own water/juice at the dispenser was great and I I know that a review mentioned about rules but we very much support this as the Pool restaurant wants to maintain a high standard and we are in agreement! We loved that there was table service for drinks at the Pool restaurant as well

We're still listening to and dancing to the brilliant holiday songs at home! The Theatro pool bar/restaurant and Animation pool/stage are in the same area and there was where we spent most of our time - you could be in or out of the sun which was a great bonus

We even appreciated the quality of the sound and lighting at the Animation Stage - a lot of investment in the place. The programme/activities are well considered and implemented with high professionalism

The pizzas (lunch served here as well as the buffet and then 'pizza & desserts' late afternoon) are fantastic - and we have a pizza oven at home! The staff are incredibly hardworking and professional

The Club Eldorador team are multi-talented professionals with wonderful charisma and incredible skills in hosting. We knew we were booking a French hotel - which to be honest was part of the appeal

But for the first half of our stay we did feel at times a little invisible - if you don't book through Club Eldorador you get a different wristband and I would say this is a helpful tool for staff when engaging with guests

The children’s pool is also well designed, with many fun attractions and activities that keep kids entertained for hours. The animation program for kids is excellent — one of the best we’ve seen

Petra Mare is a very good place for a relaxing family holiday. The food quality is above average, and although it’s prepared in small batches (which sometimes means a short wait), everything is fresh and tasty

The dessert bar is a bit limited, but the salad and side dish options are very good. The restaurant is well organized — there are always available tables, and the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful

Hotel is great, food is amazing, staff is very kind and helpful. Pool is great and sea is clean and many free sunbeds with umbrellas. Drinks at bars are good and strong. Only downside for me are kids

There was all day entertainment, but the evenings are mainly about children so there is not a lot for adults. We had one fire and LED evening during the two weeks which was good

I don’t mind kids, but in dining area was like 30 kids screaming all at once it’s crazy, similar problem is loud rooms. i would make 1 hour eating time only for adults. Otherwise everything about hotel is on the peak

We had the half board and the food was great with plenty of choice. The pool bar food was also delicious. We had an evening meal in their al carte restaurant which was excellent

My husband and I stayed here for one week in mid October. The hotel is stunning and so amazing to be on the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel is immaculate and very clean

Perfect hotel, truly deserving of its 5 stars — if not more! We got the chance to be upgraded to the best suite, which was huge, with a massive terrace and private pool

Breakfast and dinner were excellent; I especially recommend the MENOA Restaurant (tip: make a reservation in advance!)

From the first second we felt very welcomed by everyone: from the security lady at the entrance and the person who takes care of your bags, to the lovely colleagues at the reception and the guest experience team

The location is great right next to the beach, close walk to Ierapetra which is a lovely town - not too busy with tourists. The food is varied and excellent, and lots to do in the day at the hotel

This is a modest hotel with very high quality service. Very good staff, very friendly and obviously not window dressing like most in Turkey and other competitors

The only disadvantage is the quite busy road that separates the hotel directly from the beach, it was somethimes a problem to cross it and sometimes the noise could be heard on the beach during the busy times

We really enjoyed our stay here despite 40 degrees! The staff were very friendly. The restaurant team were unbelievable. (Rania the manager, Krystina and Sofia. ) They really made us feel at home

There were many different activities and evening events that helped us have fun. We had the opportunity to try many local delicious dishes - definitely a point for which to stay at this hotel

We had half board: the breakfast was very good, with local dishes (absolutely to try the dakos with tomatoes and feta and the yogurt with nuts and fruit preserve) and the dinner also tasty

City hotel the best on the city of ierapetra

The ones across the local basket court, comes with side view to the sea, but also faced the noise of the basket players shooting until late midnight. Breakfast buffet was good, so was the coffee and various fruit juices

It's a place you go to, if you love a quiet stay. Within a couple of minutes walk from the seaside and the beach, almost in the middle of the town. Very friendly and helpful people (we had to leave at 5

30 am and they made up some breakfast for us, although it was really early). Our room was very spacious, with three beds in two separate rooms and we had a huge balcony with side sea view

Good communication with hotel for organising parking and a later checkout on our last day. Parking at the hotel was close by. Check in was smooth and all staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful

The location is excellent, just on the harbor, very close to where the boat to chrysi departs from. The breakfast is 5 stars, a big variety of food and you can refill your plate

we were a family of 4 (2 teens). We had breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel is steps away from the beach. The sea view we had was gorgeous. Lots of stores and shops within walking distance

We spent a night on our honeymoon in El Greco and we really enjoyed it! Thank you for all the surprises that made our stay really special! Try the milk rice and the greek pastry for breakfast!

Lovely large room with balcony and sea view. Our room was clean and tidy with a large comfy bed, air con, fridge, hairdryer, towels, robes, slippers and toiletries in the bathroom

Breakfast was included in the price and very good. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay

I NEED to highlight the two Barkeepers “Stelios” and “Panos” they were my personal highlight at this hotel! Those two gentleman’s are so amazing. Friendly, Helpfull, always in a good mood

The rooms are good, with nice airconditioning, a nice view and a spacious bathroom. The staff is very helpfull, exept the restaurant personnel. The food is mediocre at best. Quite far from the beach.

Water in the pools is filtered all the time and the guys playing the music know their businesses. Chillout after lunch and live music after dinner. Very kind and smiling you the guests

Good rooms but the beds are not very soft and they hurt my back, but I like the rest of the room. The food is good and the service is also good

Excellent city hotel for business and leisure. Renovated lounging areas and rooms. One star short of perfect for the glass bathroom doors that offer limited privacy. A big plus the warm and friendly staff

Fotini, the lady from Reception was ever so lovely, every morning we got greeted with a big, lovely greek smile and spoiled with delicious coffee outside and was very helpful and interested

Hosts are very kind and have sense for details (dolphin mozaic in the pool, arrangement od flowers and rooms. ) Breakfasts were likes from mediaeval feasts and very tasty

It is beautiful and hot in the august month. It is very beautiful and quiet with no one to distract you or annoy you. It is the perfect paradise.
