The best hotel in Ierapetra. Clean rooms , really helpful and polite staff , quite place. If you want to relax and have a good time this is the place to be.

Good rooms but the beds are not very soft and they hurt my back, but I like the rest of the room. The food is good and the service is also good. I didn't like the location, you don't have a good view since it's between buildings.

Excellent city hotel for business and leisure. Renovated lounging areas and rooms. One star short of perfect for the glass bathroom doors that offer limited privacy. A big plus the warm and friendly staff

Hotel at the edge of the center, directly at the beach/sea with public parking spots in front of the building. Room was very basic. The ones across the local basket court, comes with side view to the sea, but also faced the noise of the basket players shooting until late midnight. Breakfast buffet was good, so was the coffee and various fruit juices

The location ist absolutely great. Located at Ierapetra Paralia you reach most interesting spots in Ierapetra easily by foot. The new sand beach and the close located Waikiki beach is a huge upgrade for those who want to enjoy the Libyan Sea here.

I stayed for 4 nights in April 2023 and I feel this Hotel is good value for money, it is direct by the beach, town centre, boutiques, shops everything is close by. Fotini, the lady from Reception was ever so lovely, every morning we got greeted with a big, lovely greek smile and spoiled with delicious coffee outside and was very helpful and interested. Perfect holidays for families with small children. Loads of activities for the little ones. A small town 20 minute walk away. The beach is not great, but it is what it is. Wow. My family and I came to stay for 3 nights and couldn’t believe our eyes. This looks and feels like the hotels or resorts you see on Instagram, but for real. The only disadvantage is that it is not accommodating to people with disabilities, unless they are willing to pay tip for the go-cart ride to the top (the hotel is on a mountain and you must go up many stairs to reach your room at times)....

A few years ago It must have been really really beautiful place. Even now, besides the hotel is a little bit "worn out", it is beautiful place with very hospital crew. Food is very good and it is a lot! Beach is near by. Very nice and quiet around. The only disadvantage is that you have to climb a hill a few times a day.

Great loction well away from busy areas. Its quiet a drive from the airport so if travelling outside a package holiday check taxi fares. Beautiful views and you can hire cars really cheaply to explore other parts of the island of Crete.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for: the positive and friendly staff, the cuisine, the location, and the many facilities for guests (such as free sunbeds). There were many different activities and evening events that helped us have fun. We had the opportunity to try many local delicious dishes - definitely a point for which to stay at this hotel.

Amazing place. The pool and beach were spotless, staff were so friendly and accommodating. My sister and I are vegan and even managed to find a different dish every night we could eat, hot food as well as lots of salad and dips. Highly recommended :)
