Our stay was very pleasant, the room was spacious for two and all the amenities you may want by a hotel where given to us. The bed was excellent, with the new air inverter made for a perfect temperature in the hot Cretan climate. The television had a wide variaty of European channels and the bathroom was very nice, only having the toilet and shower, while the trough was outside, for use after the toilet...

I stayed for 4 nights in April 2023 and I feel this Hotel is good value for money, it is direct by the beach, town centre, boutiques, shops everything is close by. Fotini, the lady from Reception was ever so lovely, every morning we got greeted with a big, lovely greek smile and spoiled with delicious coffee outside and was very helpful and interested. If I ever return to Lerapetra I would stay there...

It was the last moment booking, but the hotel responded very fast. The manager was very welcoming and helpful. Room was small, but with a spacious balcony.

This is what a 4-star hotel for children should look like. Everything was perfect. A small suggestion for the staff - a good practice would be to confiscate towels placed on sunbeds before 9 a.m.

Nice hotel with everything you need. Right place for you if prefer a holiday factory. Staff maybe not as attentive as in some smaller places. Some customers look like they are unhappy, maybe cannot relax as having to look after kids. All inclusive means you will not go hungry or thirsty. Not the most authentic experience but serves the purpose well. Perfect if you have small children.

Wow. My family and I came to stay for 3 nights and couldn’t believe our eyes. This looks and feels like the hotels or resorts you see on Instagram, but for real. The only disadvantage is that it is not accommodating to people with disabilities, unless they are willing to pay tip for the go-cart ride to the top (the hotel is on a mountain and you must go up many stairs to reach your room at times)....

Great loction well away from busy areas. Its quiet a drive from the airport so if travelling outside a package holiday check taxi fares. Beautiful views and you can hire cars really cheaply to explore other parts of the island of Crete.

This is a very old big hotel🌴 it must have been great back then .. today they keep it very clean ! The stuff is way too much polite and the food is good with a variety for a long stay. Kids have fun also but sport equipment needs to be replaced. Endless Greek summer🌴

This hotel didn't feel crowded which was great. There wasn't any vibe though which I missed and food was the same each day. There wasnt much variety with entertainment. Great swimming pools for kids. Just an FYI: no gym as advertised or other restaurants within the hotel.

The hotel is located in a great location in front of the sea. We had a sea view room and this was the best part of the place. The service and the people working there are amazing. The breakfast had a variety of choices. Highly recommend it.

The location is great right next to the beach, close walk to Ierapetra which is a lovely town - not too busy with tourists. The food is varied and excellent, and lots to do in the day at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for: the positive and friendly staff, the cuisine, the location, and the many facilities for guests (such as free sunbeds). There were many different activities and evening events that helped us have fun. We had the opportunity to try many local delicious dishes - definitely a point for which to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent and the location was wonderful.

Amazing place. The pool and beach were spotless, staff were so friendly and accommodating. My sister and I are vegan and even managed to find a different dish every night we could eat, hot food as well as lots of salad and dips. Highly recommended :)
