I recently stayed at Diana Palace in Zakynthos with my brother and his girlfriend. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with well-kept, lovely rooms. We had one of the top rooms. Couldn't fault it. Food was nice and plenty of choice. We ate far too much because we wanted to try everything. They had nice tea but tiny cups. Bring a mug. All inclusive food, drink and ice-cream for the kids. The pool was cleaned daily and everything was clean and tidy.

Great overall experience! The location of the hotel was great and includes a car park. Also can’t complain about the food or the rooms. What stood out the most was the service we received from Christos, who always greeted us with a big smile and made us feel very welcome from day one. Good service. Our room, towards the street, was not very well ventilated. That’s also the sunny side, in the mornings. So mind that! :) But the daily cleaning was impeccable. Make sure to call your taxi early enough. They tend to be 20+ mins late.

Very nice and modern hotel in a very good location. Many restaurants right around the corner and just a great spot to be in on the island. Room was clean and modern, shower and bed were good. Breakfast was good too. Only downside is that they make you pay €10 per night extra for airconditioning, and the pool had so much chlorine in it that it made our skin yellow. Overall great stay!

The rooms were decent but basic. The bed was big and the mattress was reasonably comfortable. The pillows were too big and very uncomfortable. Well positioned in the centre of the town, not too much noise of an evening. Bottom pool needs some TLC. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were the best bit of the hotel, welcoming and friendly. This is NOT a kid friendly hotel, although they tried to make it so, other guests made it clear that they want a quiet and uneventful day by the pool.

First of all this hotel is located right at the beach and shares the swimming pool with hotel paradise next to it. View from balcony is great when you have sea view. I've stayed in several hotels in Argassi. It had the most comfortable beds! We had wonderful stay! So great, that I organised my camp there. Everyone was over the moon and back. I think it is great value for your money. Yes the aircon is to be paid separately just like all other hotels in Zakynthos. The rooms have a big fridge included as well, cleaned every day. I'm sorry to say that I did not learn the name of the lady who works at the front desk during the day, but she was the absolute best and did everything she could to make things more pleasant for us. We have stayed in this hotel for a week with our 1 yo daughter. An early check in was prepared for us, as well as cot in the room. We have stayed at the Semes hotel twice now. The first time was October 2023, (end of the season). The 2nd was May 2024(beginning of the season). We had a fantastic time on both occasions. Rooms and grounds immaculately cleaned. The breakfast is cooked and prepared by the lovely ladies. There is always something to eat ,people have to remember, they cater for all nationalities, not just British guests...

So Zante is a lovely place Argassi is nice but you get the general feeling from the place that by October they have had enough of the tourists. The semes hotel is nice. My room is lovely. The bed which is one of the most important things is really comfortable. 10 euros a night for air conditioning is expensive and 15 euros for a safe key is ridiculous when this is something which should be given freely...

The owners are incredibly nice, the localisation is good as it's close to the beach, the rooms themselves are very good-looking, there's a pool here, a garden, you can pay and have delicious breakfast and other meals here... in general, if you're still hesitating whether to pick this hotel or not, please do, you'll be more than satisfied.

Very cool! Although it is not in the town, it takes about half an hour to walk to this hotel, but it is also on the pick-up route for each group. The hotel certainly needs a refresh but it has many positive aspects in its favor: the strategic location, the not small swimming pool, the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. Incessant noise. The hotel is on the road. Incessant traffic noise and smog (cars, trucks, pullman, moto, quads). The nice pool is equally plagued. I had to use air conditioning at night to shelter from the noise. Do not stay there without a car or scooter. I can recommend staying in this hotel, as the rooms are all clean and have an amazing view on the sea. The location is perfect, it's only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Argassi. There are also private parking spaces available, which was perfect cause we had a rental car. We ( a couple, no kids) just spent one week @ Alas. Nikos was an amazing host, very available, helpful & with good advice (and great olive oil!). It was great staying here. The location is great, it is right at the sea. There's not really a beach but you can just swim in the sea or chill at the pool. The staff is very, very friendly. I have to eat glutenfree and they made sure I had a very tasty breakfast. Argrasi is a great town as well, we liked it here. Would definitely recommend.
