2nd time was disappointed. Room was loud due to pool cleaning machine beside the room. Pool wasn’t family friendly due to ignorant smokers. Restaurant was excellent. Food was better than 1st time.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty, however, the variety is not wide. Almost the same every day. There is a beautiful view from the dining area. The pool area is very nice and a variety of food and drinks can be purchased, The beach nearby is not great.

Stay was amazing!!! They spoiled us immensely. My fiance and I got engaged in Greece and we told the staff. The following day, they surprised us 🥰 We WILL be coming again!

+ hotel is located right next to the sea, has private beach with free sun beds + good views from the balcony + suite was okay, but reconstruction needed + nice hotel workers - breakfasts was awful, everyday! It should be illegal to feed people this way - suits located above the road could be very noisy - 10 euro/day for air conditioning is wild!

If you use the hotel only to sleep and not stay in the room, then ok, if you are going to spend time here, I do not recommend it. Rooms facing the road very noisy, moldy bathrooms, cleanliness very bad. Simple breakfast. Very good location, beautiful view. For undemanding

First of all this hotel is located right at the beach and shares the swimming pool with hotel paradise next to it. View from balcony is great when you have sea view. Breakfast was ok, just the coffee was not that great, my girlfriend was missing some kind of sausage all week, I would have liked to see some scrambled eggs. I've stayed in several hotels in Argassi. It had the most comfortable beds! We had wonderful stay! So great, that I organised my camp there. Everyone was over the moon and back. I think it is great value for your money. Yes the aircon is to be paid separately just like all other hotels in Zakynthos. The rooms have a big fridge included as well, cleaned every day. That is clearly stated in advance....

Location is very good near the see.(5 - 10 m. Room have old furniture but clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was average. Air condition not iincluded n price of room. You must extra paid

I had a wonderful stay at the Ion Hill Hotel. The whole staff did a great job but Angeleta especially stood out. She was so welcoming and caring and went for the extra mile. Thank you !

During my six-night stay at this hotel, everything was perfect, and I give it five stars without hesitation. The magnificent view from the room amazed me every day. The rooms were decent but basic. The bed was big and the mattress was reasonably comfortable. The pillows were too big and very uncomfortable. You only had some very sheer sheets to cover up, while some blanket sheets would have been much more adequate. Cleanliness was fine and the staff was kind and helpful. This hotel was great, we stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time during our stay. We had a sea view room and it was spectacular, we fell asleep to the waves every night. Great hotel with fantastic, friendly staff, had to pay extra for air con, along with a small venue/tourist tax which we did not appreciate, though the blame could be put on our tour operator for giving the impression that such things were included. Decent Hotel. The studios are slightly dated, but fully functional. The pool was deliciously hot all summer, and the view from the balcony was great. Well positioned in the centre of the town, not too much noise of an evening. Bottom pool needs some TLC. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were the best bit of the hotel, welcoming and friendly. This is NOT a kid friendly hotel, although they tried to make it so, other guests made it clear that they want a quiet and uneventful day by the pool.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, beds were large and very comfortable. Absolutely spotless, fantastic pools and pool bar. The location was great, with plenty of shops, bars, eateries, tourists activities shops on every street. And the bus stops at the end of the road. Just perfect.

Meridien is in the central of Argassi mading it easy to meet old friends and make new. I had a small batroom problem with the hot water. It was delt with within the hour. That's what I would call efficient.

Very nice and cute hotel, nice hospitality and amazing views if the sea. Nice bar beside the pool, where you can relax and have a cold beer. Super clean and all rooms have a small kitchen and a fridge. The only negative you can hear some noises from thr room beside you, if the guests are a bit loud.

Been staying here four years does what it says on tin but don't Expect too much. Has a pool and in the middle of Argassi and close to airport taxi cost is €20 and takes 20 mins of not less.

The staff here are amazing. I'm sorry to say that I did not learn the name of the lady who works at the front desk during the day, but she was the absolute best and did everything she could to make things more pleasant for us. The rooms are outdated needing a renovation, but they are clean at least. The breakfast is not a big deal but it's okayish. The location of the hotel is perfect, being the only aspect which deserves 5 stars. Now the negative points: There is no staff present during the night, if something happens, who to ask for help??? My wife and I have all inclusive holidays 5 or 6 times a year, and have done so since we both retired 10 years ago. Stayed at this hotel in October this year (2024). It has got to be one of the best we have stayed at. Super nice! There hasn't been a single type of food for breakfast or dinner, that wasn't great. People that work here all have personal approach and you feel like staying with friends.

The hotel itself is great, always cleaned and very friendly service.  Delicious food, lots of space and big pool. But our beloved Eleni did the greatest job here, she kept us busy throughout our time. Not only the atmosphere with her was wonderful, but only for her I wanted to leave the room.  To sum up, I highly recommend this place, especially darts with Eleni

Incessant noise. The hotel is on the road. Incessant traffic noise and smog (cars, trucks, pullman, moto, quads). The nice pool is equally plagued. I had to use air conditioning at night to shelter from the noise. Do not stay there without a car or scooter. Very nice and modern hotel in a very good location. Many restaurants right around the corner and just a great spot to be in on the island. Room was clean and modern, shower and bed were good. Breakfast was good too. Only downside is that they make you pay €10 per night extra for airconditioning, and the pool had so much chlorine in it that it made our skin yellow. Overall great stay!

We have been going to the Castello for some years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Argassi. The location is excellent and because my husband has walking difficulties they always provide a apartment on the ground floor. The staff are amazing always friendly and nothing you ask is any problem to them. Certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.
