This is a really beautiful resort! We went in the end of the season, few days before the hotel closure, yet they managed to provide the full experience! The room is specious, views are nice, very clean, pools are wonderful, but the only problem is that they were cold for October. The stay was for my honeymoon, and I was surprised with the great welcoming and preparation for a romantic stay in our room...

The resort is beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the small town right next to the resort is nice. The food at the resort is amazing, especially their Greek buffets on Saturdays. The owner of the place is extremely thoughtful and will bend over backwards for any of his customers, which he did for us multiple times throughout our stay. I can't wait to go back.

Rooms generally all have the same layout, shower area generally pours out to the toilet and so generally will have issues trying to keep a dry floor. We booked through Amex however arrived and were informed that our booking was not on their system. Thankfully there was a spare room available and thus we were allocated a standard room.staff were very apologetic and promised to bump us up to an apartment...

Awesome experience!! It seems to be ran by a large Greek family who are all very friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed they helped. Excellent location - just off the main road by shops and bus stop into Chania and Agia Marina. Good pool, not too busy. The pool bar plays very loud dance music all day (9:30am - the evening). If you want to relax by the pool, this is not the place for you. Breakfast was not worth the additional cost. There was not a large selection of food. Everything was perfect Staff is very kind and attentive, pool is great (there is even a diving board). Room, pool and others spaces are very clean. The hotel is close to the beach but far enough of the main road, it is why it is calm.

We had a room with garden view and we enjoyed a lot the evenings in the balcony. The hotel is on a hill and the evenings are really enjoyable since it feels a bit chilly. Hotel was really nice, owner very helpful and nice, cleaning ladies also. Rooms neat, clean, wonderful view of the sea. I believe the only downside is the pool bar as it closes at 7pm daily and the food in it could be of better quality. This is why 4 stars, but still good place to stay there for holidays! "Kristal suites Kato stallos". It is a rare find self catering Hotel in Kato Stalos district sea side. The recently revamped interior is absolutely "exquisite" all around and the lovely fine sanded beach right in the front of the hotel. It has a warm homely atmosphere as it is run by a hospitable family, mother and daughter.

I would give 6* if I could. Pristine conditions both indoors and outdoors. Delicious and rich breakfast in the morning with the sea view is something you won't ever forget. Definitely go for those. Highlight was the loveable staff though. They always wear smile and make you feel like at home. If you ever visit Crete, book your stay here. You will not regret it.

Top Hotel makes the best of its name! It has a fabulous sea view. I really enjoyed watching the sunset while eating the delightful "galaktoboureko". I could eat this everyday and drink a cup of Greek coffee towards the view. And the location? So good! I could easily arrive at beach or the city center of Chania. Fair for its price, but standard is pretty low. Wifi wasn't working, bathroom was unpleasant, beds uncomfortable and so on. At least apartment itself was pretty bit with two balconies.

Nice hotell, nice helpful staff. Refrigerator and cooking plate in the room. Wifi only available in the reception area, not in the rooms. There is a swimming pool and one small swimming pool for children. Supermarket is just across the street. Bus to Chania takes 10-15 minutes, price pr. June 2018 is 1.90 €.

Good organization, rooms cleaned every day and kindly staff. Close to the Sea, it's the only with a bar in the beach. Maybe to much expensive the bar at the swimming pool
