Third consecutive year here... For anyone worrying about their upcoming holiday because of the odd negative review and change in owners, we arrived last week it's still.oir favorite destination for both us and the children. If I hadn't read the reviews I wouldn't have even know of the change in owners. The restaurant was the same high quality as always, if anything it seemed better and had more salad options. The same mix of greek and western food and still has the themed nights like in the past e.g. Mexican, Greek, American, mixed grill. Definitely something for everyone to eat and of high quality also. It's an all inclusive so of course they're going to use the same ingredients to ensure less waste, but the variety and quality is as good as it's always been, if not better. The sports facilities seem to have been upgraded with new pitches and improved outdoor facilities. The staff are extremely friendly... Especially the lady in the shop who is SO kind to our boys even though they accidentally broke something 😵 If you have any requests or problems with anything the staff are very quick to respond and resolve. The hotel is relatively small compared to some of the bigger hotels mentioned in other reviews, so you can't expect a huge variety of food and entertainment. But if you are looking for a calm, family friendly hotel which feels safe, with enough to entertain the kids that isn't too loud and rowdy and in your face, then this is your place 🙏🏻 This year we visited the on site restaurants which we haven't done before, we had our best meal on the island yet (we have eaten out many times as Kos town, Tigaki and Zia). You get a token for both the Greek and Mediterranean one. The Mediterranean one has the most wonderful views. It is close to Kos town which we venture out to a few times a week for a change of scenery, although this isn't necessary as the kids (and us) love the onsite entertainment. We also wonder down to the beach as there is always a fantastic breeze. Although this means the sea is quite choppy the kids still love to look for shells and sea glass and play in the waves (with sea shoes on as it is pebbly where the sea meets the sand) As previously mentioned, this is our third consecutive year and every year we look at other options but always come back. We are a week in to our 2 week holiday and are already thinking of booking for next year. Thanks Pelagos, We'll probably see you next year 💖

Amazing hotel, 5 star service all staff are so friendly. Beds are so comfortable. Bus stop right outside hotel is very handy and beach is beautiful. Breakfast was yummy and lots of option only let down was the lunch so we did not dine in all inclusive restaurant very much. Lots of drink options. Italian restaurant is beautiful so definitely book this when you go. Had the best stay, thank you!

The animation was great. The Girls are very friendly and maken you feel welcome. The resort is really nice looking and all the rest of the staff is also really friendly and ready too help you with everything. The food is very variated, so everyone can eat what he likes.

You research a holiday resort and it's not very often your more impressed once you've been there, the photos don't do the place justice. Arrived check in was quick then we were driven to our room via a buggy (511). The room was large clean and central to everything. Reports of the buffet restaurant were more or less spot on, yes the food was like warm not hot ( didn't bother me as that's how I prefer it, but could see how others would find it unsatisfactory) generally there was always something for everyone's taste in our group, the cakes were incredible never ate so many. Visited both Al a carte restaurant's, the Italian was far superior to the Greek surprisingly but think this was more down to the staff in each. Daytime we spent in the Adult pool which was very relaxing which suited our needs, the Animation team were always chatty and gave a 100% in everything they did whether it was around the pool or on an evening. For me what made our holiday special was the staff, the attention they gave was above and beyond. George from the buffet and Italian restaurant Mike from the pool bar were brilliant, apologies I can't remember the young lady's name in the adult pool bar the all work with a massive smile on their faces. Will I be back... definitely.

My wife and I stayed at Pelagos Suites Hotel & Spa in a junior suite with a shared pool between 11–21 June 2025. This was a special trip to celebrate my 40th birthday, and overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and our suite offered a superb sea view which really added to the holiday atmosphere. The staff were genuinely lovely and very helpful throughout our stay – a real highlight of the experience. The selection of food included in the all-inclusive package was good, varied, and well-prepared. Drinks were decent as well, and service in the bars and restaurants was always friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, a couple of issues did detract from the overall experience. One disappointment was when we borrowed an iron and ironing board. The iron provided was old and dirty, and as a result, it caused damage to several of my clothes, including shirts and shorts. Although the guest relations team offered laundry service as a form of support, the materials had already been damaged beyond repair, and no cleaning could fix that. Another significant letdown happened on our final day. We had arranged and paid €220 to extend our check-out to 9pm due to a late flight, hoping to relax and enjoy our final hours in peace. Sadly, this was disrupted by guests from room 107 who invited another couple from a different room to the shared pool area. The noise and lack of privacy made it impossible to enjoy the space we had specifically paid extra for. While we did report this issue to reception and mentioned it again during check-out, it was disappointing that no compensation or follow-up was offered. We’ve stayed in many 4- and 5-star hotels before, and this type of situation – especially when paying a premium – is something we’ve never encountered. In the end, we left feeling a bit exhausted and let down, especially as this was meant to be a memorable birthday celebration. It’s unfortunate that the holiday ended on this note, as the rest of the experience had been very positive. We would still recommend Pelagos Suites Hotel & Spa for its overall quality, kind staff, and good facilities. However, we do hope the hotel reviews its policies around shared amenities and handling of guest feedback, particularly in cases where guests pay extra for enhanced services or time.

We’ve just returned from a 10-day all-inclusive holiday at the Pelagos Suites Hotel & Spa in Kos, where we stayed in a junior suite with a shared pool. Overall, we had a lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, very well maintained, and blends perfectly with the surrounding area in both color and architecture. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We truly felt well looked after throughout our stay, and the hospitality stood out as a major highlight. However, there are a couple of points worth mentioning that affected our overall experience. First, on a few occasions, we needed to borrow an iron to prepare clothes for dinner. Unfortunately, the iron provided was old and dirty, which caused visible stains and even burnt damage to my shirt and shorts. While customer relations kindly offered a cleaning service, the damage to the material was beyond repair. I appreciated the gesture of support, but it was disappointing nonetheless—especially at a hotel of this standard. Another issue occurred on the day of our departure, June 21st. Our standard checkout was at 11 a.m., but we chose to extend our room until 9 p.m. due to a late-night flight. We hoped to enjoy a relaxing final day using the pool and hotel facilities before the overnight travel. Unfortunately, that peace was disrupted when guests from the first room (Room 107) invited friends over, who used the shared pool and took up sun loungers. They were also very loud, making it difficult for my wife and me to unwind. I reported this to reception immediately, but no staff member appeared to intervene. I also mentioned this during checkout, as I wanted to provide honest feedback—especially since we paid a premium for the junior suite and a significant fee for the extended stay. This was a special trip for us—celebrating my 40th birthday—and we had hoped to end it on a relaxing note. Unfortunately, those last few hours were quite stressful, and no compensation or acknowledgment was offered, which I would have expected to some degree from a 4+ star property. In summary, we had a very enjoyable stay overall, and the hotel certainly has a lot to offer in terms of beauty, cleanliness, and friendly service. With some attention to detail—particularly around guest comfort, room equipment, and enforcing pool etiquette—the experience could be truly exceptional. Thank you again for a memorable holiday.

We visited as a family of four at the end of may and it was beautiful. The entertainment team are absolutely amazing my little boy talks about Gabby everyday. The cocktails are lovely and even provided mocktails for the children the bar man Austin is a credit to the hotel and his special cocktails were greatly received. We had a 10 year anniversary and Sophia and her team made sure our day was very special. The al-cart restaurants are lovely I wished you could use them all the time but ur limited to 1 visit in both. The food in the main restaurant is okay but in my opinion could do with some themed nights just to mix things up. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other. The pools were beautiful and the water slides were a huge hit with my children. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We came for a four-day all-inclusive stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The website states there are additional restaurants — Italian and Greek. It turns out they are only included if you book a minimum of one week. This is not mentioned on the website! The "pool restaurant" listed on the site is actually just a food stand with poor, inedible food. The food in the dining room was below any acceptable standard — Simply not tasty, Made with low-quality ingredients, To the point that we didn’t even feel like going to eat. Very disappointing. The staff is friendly, but not particularly so. We will not return.

This is a grade A hotel. We went all inclusive and the hotel did not disappoint in any way. The drinks selection was very good, the food was excellent. The grounds are well maintained and were being maintained as well. There are three pools. A family pool, an adults pool and a side pool. The room that we had was comfortable ( including, unusually, the pillows ) and well kept. I have nought but praise for the staff who were all friendly but also professional. My wife has difficulty walking but this presented no problem with the hotel. I can only have one, very minor, gripe and that the bath was a bit slippery when wet, easily solved with a few stick on non slip patches. I heartily recommend the Pelagos Suites and Hotel, a lovely, lovely experience.
