Ikos Aria Mini-hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel and while there are definitely positives, unfortunately, our experience was heavily impacted by ongoing issues that were never resolved. The Good: The food and service at all the restaurants were truly excellent. Every meal was delicious, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Dining was definitely the highlight of our stay. The Bad: The biggest issue was the constant noise. We had extremely loud neighbours directly above us – teenagers making a huge amount of noise late into the night, every night. We reported this to reception daily, and while Mia at the Deluxe reception was incredibly helpful and genuinely concerned, the situation was never resolved. On our final night, the noise went on until 3 a.m. I’ve never left a holiday feeling this exhausted – I now need a holiday to recover from this one. Further to this. Tbh eynstarting moving the lawns outside our room at 7 am. Very very bad. Deluxe Package – Not Worth It: We chose the Deluxe option expecting a more peaceful, exclusive experience – but unfortunately, there’s very little added value. The pools and beach areas were just as busy as the regular areas, there were no additional restaurant menu items, and while you can get a better bottle of wine, you have to specifically ask for it. The “complimentary” spa treatment included in the package was only 20 minutes long – a token gesture, considering the extra cost of the upgrade. Final Thoughts: This hotel has many strengths, especially the food and staff, but serious improvements are needed in how noise complaints are handled. Also, the Deluxe experience needs to deliver better value for money.
