Ikos Aria

Always a warm welcome on arrival your cares and worries disappear, as staff are so polite making you feel special. All staff from top to bottom go that extra mile good old fashioned values. The hotel rooms are well furnished in decor and comfort , the bathrooms are well stocked with quality toiletries.Food and drinks are of a high quality. If you do have a problem share it with the staff it will soon melt away. Last a thank you to Shhid on the buggies, Dominik and Sofianna in seasons, Magda in lobby bar, Vitek in buffet and an extra thank you to Llias and Karina Kalinnik for they did to make our stay special.

Just returned from this wonderful stay (too bad it was too short!!!), impeccable structure with large internal and external spaces, everything very clean and welcoming! The grounds are so well taken care of, the hotel is kept unbelievably clean the room is constantly refreshed! We had a room in the deluxe area with a ‘’wow’’ sea view, comfortable for 2 adults and two children also considering the private garden available. Rich and excellent quality breakfast, professional and attentive staff everywhere but without being intrusive and always with a smile ready to welcome guests, you really feel at ease like at home. Excellent location for both couples and families given the many activities available for everyone, including the beautiful beach. The excellent culinary choice is varied. The pool bar staff are always on the move, very attentive and helpful. Huge shout out to Herakles at the beach bar. The entire staff made our visit remarkable! We've met many hotel managers over the years, but Mr Dimitrios was by far the most attentive. He made sure every detail was perfect; You can breathe a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere everywhere... !!!

My daughter and I have just returned from a week at Aria. We have been visiting Ikos / Sani resorts since my eldest daughter learnt to walk and cannot find any hotels that provide the same level of service, food, serenity, charm and elegance. It was our first trip to Aria and as usual the staff go out of their way to ensure your holiday is perfect. This is what differentiates Ikos hotels from others. Our favourite part of the hotel was the beach / sea view with the island of Kastri and the chapel of St Nicholas. The beach setting of Ouzo is blissful and Athena is a superstar manager. We enjoyed a BBQ lunch of fresh fish every day and cannot recommend it more. It is also a perfect spot for breakfast and dinner. We visited Provence twice and the food was outstanding. The setting is also beautiful. Anna and Konstantina were charming. We would highly recommend the wine tasting with Christoforus. Fun, informative and a big thank you to Christoforus for looking after us. The cocktail making class was fabulous. Christos was great, make sure to try his Ikos decade collection cocktails. Also thank you to David and Isik. The spa is beautiful. We both enjoyed relaxing massages and I can highly recommend the treatments. The buggies at Aria are great and you never have to wait long. The system here is the best of all the Ikos resorts we have visited. The biggest thank you goes to Ioannis, Duty Manager, who is always delightful and makes sure that the guest experience is paramount. We had a few minor hiccups which he sorted with charm and professionalism. A definite credit to the Ikos brand. My only suggestions would be: - to add a separate adult only pool and keep the current adult pool for deluxe guests as it is quite small - a bar with a sea view as the lobby bar was very busy at night - hopefully Ikos will add a teenager / adult only resort at some point in the future and some single occupancy rooms at their resorts Thank you! We are already looking forward to our next Ikos trip in September.

Amazing resort with incredible staff that goes beyond! There is no thing that is impossible! It is the real asset of the resort! Special thanks to Katarina, Anastasia, Athena, Ziusi, and to the best manager we have ever met, Mr Dimitrios Tsaklas! See you again next summer!

Beautiful hotel. Staff excellent couldn't do enough for us. Everywhere beautifully clean. The standard we've come to expect from Ikos hotels and we've experienced quite a few! Took advantage of having a Tesla for a day to explore. There is the option of a daily shuttle to Kos town. We went to Kardamena in the car which is lovely. Food good especially in Flavors the buffet restaurant. We tried all the restaurants except the dine out option - ran out of time! The evening cruise is also worth doing. The evening entertainment was good both in the bar and theatre. I think we were lucky in that the season has only just started as we were able to book things once we arrived. I'm sure it's advisable to book in advance of your holiday. Pools and beach super clean too. Ikos hotels are deservedly 5 star and take some beating

On the whole our stay at the resort met and exceeded our expectations however this wasn't consistent throughout our stay. Good Points We had an issue with noisy neighbours and the hotel offered us a new room straight away, Theodore / Diego very helpful. Staff at the beach by the Island are fantastic, couldn't ask for any better a service (Hercules & Stavroula couldn't do enough to make our time at the beech fantastic) The resort is maintained to a very high standard with extremely friendly staff who are always ready to help and go the extra mile. Now for the not so good Points The check-in whilst we appreciate they had a few technical problems took in excess of 30 minutes at gone 10pm in the evening, this was compounded by the noise from the bar, children, music and very limited seating. This should have been done at Guest Services desks / reception rather in the main foyer / bar area. We ate in the Spanish restaurant on one evening (half empty) and the general service started off slow and then got worse (I even had to walk over and get more water & wine). The starters where nice however the main course was inedible, I like my food rare however the tune was completely under cooked. My wife had the seafood paella which was nothing more than under cooked flavored rice with a few bits of seafood put on the top (lady on the next table had the chicken paella and also sent that back. This we raised with the restaurant staff and guest services, Alexandra (GS) assured us that she would share our feedback with both the culinary and service management teams. We hired 2 of the brand new Ikos bikes and the pedal fell off my wife's nearly causing her to crash (this is a simple build / maintenance error) Whilst we fully appreciated this is a family resort the main bar area resembled more a children’s play area then a bar to relax in, the adults only areas a very minimal through out the complex and I am not single adults only bar. The main bar area gets extremely busy of an evening resulting in limited available seating.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at IKOS KOS – truly one of the best family resorts we've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious and modern rooms, excellent facilities, and breathtaking views. The variety and quality of food across all restaurants were exceptional – there was something delicious for every taste, even for our little ones. What really stood out was how family-friendly everything was: from kids' activities and pools to the attentive childcare staff. It made relaxing as parents easy and enjoyable. A big thank you to the IKOS KOS team for creating such a memorable holiday. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing experience, we tried every restaurant on the resort and all are amazing. The staff are so attentive to whatever needs you have, nothing is too much to ask. We had dinner on the beach on Friday 2nd May and wow, special shout out to Biku have never had a waiter this attentive and good whatever we asked for - really made the experience 10/10 thank you Biku! 🙏🙏

The Ikos Aria is a beautiful all inclusive hotel that really does not disappoint. Upon arrival from the airport we were greeted by staff who were extremely welcoming and whisked us into reception whilst our bags went off to the room, this was followed by a welcoming glass of champagne and a full introduction to the hotel and its amenities. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but the staff at Ikos Aria genuinely love their hotel and you can tell that they want you to have the best stay ever - it really does give the place a great vibe and you just know you’re going to have a great time. The pools are heated and beautiful, so even going early in the season allows you to make full use of every aspect of the hotel. The service is amazing and nothing is too much trouble, there were eight restaurants on offer, all were fantastic, but I would have to say my favourites were Ouzo the Greek restaurant and Anaya the Asian restaurant, but you would not be disappointed in any of them. Where ever we were, whether it be the pools, the restaurants, the bars or the lobby, all of the staff made you feel special, even the general manager popped up at some point every day (very funny) to check we were having a great time. Honestly, one of our best holidays ever and we will certainly be going back to the Aria and trying other Ikos hotels - they are really setting the bar for others to follow. Well done.

I had an absolutely wonderful time during my stay — everything was perfect from start to finish! The resort offers top-quality facilities that truly make a difference. The gym was very well-equipped and clean, making it easy to stay active during my vacation. The gardens were beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere all around. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Olga from the Sports Center was incredibly helpful and friendly, always there with a smile and great energy. Florian from the Deluxe area was exceptionally professional and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Christina from the Kids Club was fantastic with the children — warm, enthusiastic, and full of positive energy. Thank you to everyone for making my holidays so memorable. I can’t wait to return!
