Ikos Aria

Everything has been outstanding. Staff are extremely friendly & accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The word NO doesn't exist in their vocabulary. The live shows are very entertaining. Would like to say a special thank you to Anthony the reception manager, Thomas in guest relations, Georgia who arranged our late check out and Florin the waiter in the adult pool area. They are the epitome of professionalism and customer service.

A truly 5* experience. The resort and everything about it is superb. World-class dining, with world-class service to match, it oozes sophistication. Our first Ikos visit, but it won't be the last, simply superb.

First time holidaying at an Ikos hotel and it did not disappoint. At all. The place is flawless, amazing food and wine. Sports centre for the kids. The restaurants are quite close together. The beach is pristine with amazing views and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will def be coming back. The all inclusive just tops it off for me compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Little perks included were a Tesla for the day ! Nice ! Evening cruise which was nice. they also have a courtesy bus which goes into Kos town if you wish.

Fantastic place. Relaxed, friendly and fun. Great food, staff are friendly helpful and very accommodating. Rooms all have a decent view.

Many areas have child free zones not that children are any trouble, the staff love them and are trained in child care… as long as parents help in ‘difficult moments’.

Lots of daily activities for kids and adults if you like that stuff including borrowing a Tesla for the day (free).

Food is great many restaurants to choose from - booking dinner recommended for some restaurants.

Highly recommended.

3rd visit to Ikos in 3 years and probably the best so far.

Dassia was very good, Odisia was disappointing but Aria is excellent.

Stand out service and great grounds/facilities.

If I had to moan about anything, I’d say that every the buffet gets less and less impressive. Not a massive issue for me as the a la cartes are great but still if they economise much more it’s going to be way bellow what people expect from Ikos.

Anyway that aside, the place is fantastic and worth every penny.

Really nice resort. Athena in seasons restaurant is really helpful and charming as are all the other staff. Plentiful drinks and food options. Comfortable place to spend a week in the sun

Ikos Aria offers a flawless experience. Ikos Resorts are the best 5-star hotel chain we've ever encountered. We've visited Ikos Olivia multiple times, and unlike other 5-star resorts, Ikos never disappoints. Other resorts could learn a lot from the owners of Ikos. From the moment you arrive, you're well taken care of. The staff is incredible, always smiling, and eager to assist. The hotel is impeccably clean and clearly well maintained. The food is high-quality, prepared by skilled chefs, making you feel truly pampered. This is a 10/10 experience, and we will definitely return. We've used almost all the facilities at this hotel, which is just a 20-minute drive from the airport. Thank you for making our holiday magical. 😊

They cater to gluten-free dietary requirements and tailor dishes accordingly. Inform the hotel and concierge service upon arrival, and they will personally address your specific dietary needs, ensuring all resort restaurants are aware. You don't need to select food from the buffet. I spoke with the kitchen manager to avoid cross-contamination since guests may mix utensils. By far, this is the best hotel for catering to dietary requirements.

We've just had an amazing week at Ikos Aria. Stunning location, very clean, comfortable, capacious rooms and nice bedlinen, good food and FANTASTIC service from all the staff. We were super happy with the kids club and the heroes crèche. Guest relations was great and concierge service runs really smoothly. The General Manager himself is omnipresent, he just pops up all the time everywhere and helped us locate a lost jacket. This is the second time we have done an IKOS resort and once again it was a wonderful experience.

We have had yet another fantastic Ikos experience. I would highly recommend you book deluxe for this one. We were so glad that we did as the deluxe pool was fantastic. John and Anistasia were amazing, and we managed to order B52's thanks to Anistasia. Shout out to Fabian at the deluxe pool as well. Food was fantastic everywhere 😋 I would recommend if you go to the island with the church, take sensible footware. Sliders were difficult to climb in but managed. I would also say the sunset cruise is a must, captain is fantastic, and you also get a lot of ouzo. Great holiday, thank you, Ikos team again. Will be back.
