The hotel is situated in the wide beach with gently sloping entrance to the sea, well-developed infrastructure for sport and recreation, active and international animation. Wonderful Rhodes, great hotel and helpful people. You'll feel right at home. The hotel's location is excellent. The beach is beautiful and the water is clear - Blue Flag. Special big thanks to Vasilia (hotel manager) and Michalis (f&b manager) for their daily support with gluten-free meals for our daughter. They are always helpful and ready to prepare something special. Panos, the pub manager, a great Greek singer and positive person, thank you for the delicious Negroni:) Greg - the entertainment manager. The right person for the right job. Honestly, the Irene Palce hotel is worth recommending. See you soon!

Stayed at family of 4. We had room yet to be renovated. Not the best room but the rest of the facilities are top notch. Food was beautiful and lots of choice. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without doubt

I just returned from my two-week vacation at this hotel, and it was my fifth visit — which probably says it all! Every time I come back, it feels like coming home. The staff are genuinely warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The garden is beautifully maintained, a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options every day. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is so friendly and relaxed, and the beach is just a short stroll away. This place truly has my heart, and I can’t wait to return again.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. Although it’s advertised as renovated, the reality was far from it. The room was dirty, with cracked walls, dust everywhere, and an overall neglected feel. We booked a superior room supposedly with a sea view, but got a view of a field instead. The bathroom had a clogged drain, and we had to wait an entire day for it to be fixed. The air conditioning unit was poorly placed directly above the bed meant for a child, and it didn’t function properly. Despite being labeled “superior,” the room felt substandard in every way. The corridors were dirty, filled with dust, hair clumps flying around, stained carpets, and even a persistent urine smell. Our daughter started experiencing an allergic reaction, most likely due to the dust and lack of cleanliness. The beach loungers were not included — €15 per day — and beach towels were also only available for an extra fee. In the bathroom, there were only two tiny bottles of shower gel and shampoo for three people, and no refills were provided during our stay. One of the room lamps was broken and stayed on 24/7 — we couldn’t turn it off. The food was very average and repetitive. Sausages were served boiled for breakfast, fried for lunch, and stewed for dinner. By the second day, we were all experiencing vomiting and diarrhea, which we suspect was caused by the food. Even cold coffee at the bar was charged extra, which felt unreasonable for an all-inclusive setting. Overall, we were very disappointed. It’s truly a shame that our holiday turned out this way.

The hotel was of a high standard, all inclusive, the staff was really nice, good people, we had to extend our stay due to the situation in Israel and the hotel staff was really attentive and helpful, highly recommend, the receptionist, Nina, was really cute, helped us a lot.

Upon arriving late at night we were greeted by a friendly elderly gentleman on reception who could not have helped us any more than he did. We then went to the bar where we were greeted by Panos, again an incredible credit to your company. He made our stay amazing. The girls on reception understood all our queries and were first class in their genuine care for our well being. The restaurant staff were also second to none, they were genuinely helpful and kept the restaurant area extremely clean. The staff on the pool bar could not have been any more friendly, at the end of just our first week they knew our drinks order and were pouring it as we approached the bar! We cannot thank all the staff enough for making our stay an extremely enjoyable one 😃 xxxx

This hotel is great! I was there with my school for twelve days and the days was amazing!! They have mini aquapark there and pool which is great! They have a lot of food and very good dessert. This resort is for everyone who like chilling and vibing.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Rooms good. Pool clean. Friendly staff. Beach close and accessible. Food varied and tasty. Nikos, the restaurant manager tasty too! Happy to return to this resort. Local shops and supermarkets within easy reach
