Elena Beach Hotel for me and my wife ,having a summer holiday vacation, was the perfect hotel to stay!
It was our first time in Crete.
It’s pleasant, has good staff, hospitable, very clean hotel (reception, rooms, amenities, beach, etc.) and is close to harbor (for day tours for example).
Definitely will return to them in another summer when missing Crete.

Cute little hotel on the west coast of Crete
We are a young couple (23 years) and felt very young there because of all the older guests 🤣
But the staff is nice and friendly, always checking on us if everything is fine
Food is good - classical Greek
The way down to the sea is short :)

I haven't been staying at the hotel, so my review is for the seaside service for sunbeds and umbrellas. The service is great, polite staff, always smiling and in good mood! The part of the beach in front of Elena beach is a bit calmer comparing to the rest of the coast, even on bit windy days. Bonus: no charge for the umbrella, you pay only for the drinks and food.

Nice beachfront hotel in Kissamos.
Staff is very friendly
Rooms are well equipped and service is very good
Staff really helped us during our stay.
Breakfast is awesome.
Beach access is great and beach is also sandy.
Lots of activities to do.
Jet ski and boat hire is also available at the beach.
Overall a great hotel with all the facilities you need while in Crete.
Close to Balos cruise (4 minutes drive)
Lots of mini markets. One is in fact almost in the car park as you enter, very convenient.

The hotel is in a very nice location in front of the sea and near to other beautiful beaches.
The room was good size and clean.
On their beach you can find a café where they sell ice-creams and drinks.
All good, but I don't recommend the food unless you like fatty and greasy.
There is good parking space.

An INCREDIBLE hotel! Greece doesn't get much better than this. I cannot wait to go back and visit this hotel again.

We stayed for a week by end of August. Everyone were really nice and welcome , breakfast and dinner were great.
