Best accommodation experience in Crete. Amazing view from the pool and the terrasse. The breakfast was also amazing and delicious. How not to mention Dimitra and the owner who take care of everything and make your life easier! Do not waste your time in Kissamos. The city itself has no interest except to visit Balos island. This is a miraculous place in a small village, up on the hill, so very quite. There are at least 6 small chapels in walking distance, you can take nice excursions. Dimitra is the kindest lady we met in Crete. Highly recommended place for those who want to have a calm rest in a beautiful, clean environment.

Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend staying here. Only negatives were the AC in our room wasn’t the best and the small number of sun loungers along the pool next to the swim up bar. Plenty of sun loungers on the beach though so you can always get beds.

We stayed in room 54 ( sea view) for 10 nights. The room was clean, renovated and beautifully decorated. The wifi (free of charge) is quick everywhere in the hotel. The food is ok, but a little bit boring, since the menu is repeatitive. I have been traveling all my life, but I must say that I found one of the nicest places so far. The hotel is just perfect. Very welcoming owner and hotel at all. It’s situated in the centre of Agia Marina. In 5 minutes bakery with ice cream and coffee, beach, shops, bars, bus station to Chania There is also amazing bar in the hotel and relax zone. Highly recommend to stay in this place.

We have been in Oscar Suites for a week. The location is super nice and the apartments are also very good. It's nice they have two pools and a fitness. The employees are very very nice and helpful. I really recommend Oscar Suites to everyone.

Fantastic staff. Very child friendly and caring. They give you personal service and remember your issues and requests. We spent four days in the hotel at the end of the season. Accomodations ware great, food is good and the stuff gave us a home like fealing. We rented the big room with jacuzzi and it was great. (A little too big for a couple)

A solid 4 star hotel by virtue of their friendly and hardworking staff. I stayed in a suite at this resort hotel over 10 days. The hotel has most of the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bed not too comfortable and the shower is quite weak and their old water tank still gives hot and cold water cycles. So your shower will constantly turn hot and cold which is pretty annoying...

We stayed there for our honeymoon for 7 days, and it was INCREDIBLE! Beautiful resort with everything you need, friendly staff, delicious delicious food! We booked the Executive Suite, it is two stories with a hot tub and a big balcony overlooking the pool and sea. I have to highlight how polite and nice the staff were. Highly recommended!

The staff in this hotel were so lovely and friendly - after moving to this hotel after a bad experience at our previous hotel, they did an amazing job at making sure we had a special stay. The Junior Suite room is very big and cosy and the restaurant offered lots of great options for food. The pool bar is also a nice place to hang out in the evenings.

Everething is good, just a few small cons: weird shower (water goes to the room), every day almost the same meals. The beach is 50m away, but it's not the best, it's better to go around 1km to the east to find beach with normal sand. If you have all inclusive option, you will get only the cheapest drinks in the bar.

Very nice hotel, pretty much everything in it is brand new. The food is tasty, a good mix of local and continental cuisine. What's most important though is the service - a group of the most kind people on the planet. Especially the bartenders! I will have some of the most beautiful memories to keep from this place.
