Best accommodation experience in Crete. Amazing view from the pool and the terrasse. The breakfast was also amazing and delicious. How not to mention Dimitra and the owner who take care of everything and make your life easier! Do not waste your time in Kissamos. The city itself has no interest except to visit Balos island. This is a miraculous place in a small village, up on the hill, so very quite. There are at least 6 small chapels in walking distance, you can take nice excursions. Dimitra is the kindest lady we met in Crete. Highly recommended place for those who want to have a calm rest in a beautiful, clean environment.

We stayed here with 3 children in August and overall had an a great experience. The room was lovely and spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had an upper floor two bed suite which had some great views. My adult daughter and I stayed at the beginning of June for a week in a sea view junior suite. The room was huge with a sitting area, table and chairs and ample room for storage. A solid 4 star hotel by virtue of their friendly and hardworking staff. I stayed in a suite at this resort hotel over 10 days. The hotel has most of the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bed not too comfortable and the shower is quite weak and their old water tank still gives hot and cold water cycles. So your shower will constantly turn hot and cold which is pretty annoying...

Juste un petit point plus négatif : il faut des fois faire très attention pour traverser la rue qui sépare le bâtiment annexe du restaurant de l'hôtel. Un petit passage pour piétons ne serait pas un luxe.

Absolutely Fabulous Holiday Here. Stunning Hotel, beautiful clean, fresh aesthetic throughout. Had a junior suite room in the building on the beach, WOW! It was super clean, comfortable and within 30 second walk to beachfront. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Food is good, maybe not exactly to everyones taste but we always managed to find something. But we planned eating out a few times anyway...

To this day, Vergina Beach Hotel is one of the most beautiful places I've stayed! Right on the beach, beautiful pool, private jacuzzi, sauna and unbelievably delicious breakfast! Our stay was absolutely amazing, even during rainy days. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the views from the room were just amazing. We stayed here for a few days in October half term. We were lucky with the weather so could relax on the hotel’s sun loungers right on the beach. Breakfast was amazing every day with fresh orange juice and cake as well as a great choice of cooked food (eggs, bacon, sausage). The staff were so friendly and helpful.
