Best accommodation experience in Crete. Amazing view from the pool and the terrasse. The breakfast was also amazing and delicious. How not to mention Dimitra and the owner who take care of everything and make your life easier! Do not waste your time in Kissamos. The city itself has no interest except to visit Balos island. This is a miraculous place in a small village, up on the hill, so very quite. There are at least 6 small chapels in walking distance, you can take nice excursions. Dimitra is the kindest lady we met in Crete. Highly recommended place for those who want to have a calm rest in a beautiful, clean environment.

My adult daughter and I stayed at the beginning of June for a week in a sea view junior suite. The room was huge with a sitting area, table and chairs and ample room for storage. There was a mini fridge, safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Our cruise ship was detoured here due to high winds and dangerous surf. We emailed the resort and asked for a day pass, which they offered to us. We rented a lovely day bed and towels and enjoyed the sun, bar, and restaurant service. The staff was all polite and professional. Our lunch of pork gyros was delicious. This was a great way to spend a windy day.

To this day, Vergina Beach Hotel is one of the most beautiful places I've stayed! Right on the beach, beautiful pool, private jacuzzi, sauna and unbelievably delicious breakfast! Our stay was absolutely amazing, even during rainy days. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the views from the room were just amazing. We had a great few days stay here and would definitely come back again!

We stayed here for a few days in October half term. We were lucky with the weather so could relax on the hotel’s sun loungers right on the beach. Breakfast was amazing every day with fresh orange juice and cake as well as a great choice of cooked food (eggs, bacon, sausage). The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our accommodation was spacious and clean with robes, slippers and plenty of towels....

Staff and management are absolutely excellent top notch service and always willing to go over and above, helpful with food recommendations and a kind word we had the owner take time out of his busy day to drive my mother in law to dinner she is 81 and first vacation in years and she had an amazing time and all the management including Theonisis and Anna are absolutely fabulous and thoughtful 10/10...

A lovely family run high end hotel directly at probably the best sandy beach in the Chania area. The management and the very service minded staff pays high attention to all guests. Live streaming every evening at the lobby bar of the most popular sport events which attracts many sports fans. Rooms are very clean and well organised and the beds are very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Pool area were clean and nice. Rooms were ok. Rooms, restaurants etc were clean. Could defenetely go back! Area was nice and guiet at nights. There was a lot children families. We liked kambos village 😊

So I have given this hotel 5 stars based on value for money. Does better places exists? Yes Does more exclusive places exists? Kambos Willage je velmi pěkně umístěný resort se třemi bazény obklopenými dvoupodlažními řadami apartmánů s prostorným balkonem s výhledem na bazén i moře. Klidné okolí bazénů s krásnou vodou, barem a dostatkem lehátek. Bohatá snídaně u bazénu byl velmi příjemný začátek každého dne. V okolí i u moře je spousta restaurací s příjemnou obsluhou.

The best hotel in agia marina on the best strip of beach - we walked most of it and it's the best section of beach and sea by far. The staff are all ridiculously friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was terrific and the view from our room was lovely. (We had room 6 which is supposedly the best one) Hope to visit again in the future
