Just fabulous. Friendly and peaceful, with easy access to the Kissamos beaches (10 mins by car). Tasty breakfasts and snacks, drinks, available by the excellent pool. Made special by lovely, hard-working staff. Three or four good tavernas within a few minutes' drive. Do not hesitate.

The breakfast was also amazing and delicious.
How not to mention Dimitra and the owner who take care of everything and make your life easier!
Do not waste your time in Kissamos. The city itself has no interest except to visit Balos island.

This place is absolutely amazing, away from the chaos and fuss of the city. Rooms are clean and the staff is extremely friendly (a special mention to Dimitria who welcomed us from the very first moment we arrived and made us feel at home). I would also suggest having breakfast at the structure as it is worth the 10€. The swimming is definitely a perk and a place where you can simply relax.
One small consideration (which did NOT affect our stay) is the WiFi, which not always worked smoothly.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. It was absolutely stunning - both the location and the villa itself. Everywhere’s was impeccably clean with many beautiful features. There was everything you could possibly need and the owners kindly provided us with home cooked treats when we arrived. The pool was stunning with an amazing backdrop over the mountains. The kids absolutely adored staying at the villa and loved the outside area and pool. The location is perfect - a great base for the surrounding beaches such as Balos, Elafonisi and Falasarna which is just a 10 minute drive away. The local village had a great supermarket and a amazing artisan bakery. We are very much looking forward to visiting again on our next trip to Crete!

This is a miraculous place in a small village, up on the hill, so very quite. There are at least 6 small chapels in walking distance, you can take nice excursions. Dimitra is the kindest lady we met in Crete. Highly recommended place for those who want to have a calm rest in a beautiful, clean environment.

We stayed here for one week and greatly enjoyed it. Upon arrival we were stunned by the beautiful view of the mountains, the blue pool and our spacious and clean house. In the mornings we had breakfast by the pool. It was the best breakfast we have ever gotten at a Hotel. We were served fluffy homemade bread, fresh fruit, salad, cake, eggs and even more! We also give special thanks to Dimitra who hosted us. She was very kind and welcoming. If we needed help with anything she was there for us. All in all we can only recommend this great location 🇬🇷

Falasarna Village - luxury Villas in Falasarna We normally stay in nice hotels but our daughter recommended that we try a different holiday, a private Villa with its own pool in a beautiful location. We had the most wonderful time. It was everything we were expecting and more. The host was so accommodating and helpful. It truly was a 5 Star experience and can strongly recommend. We will definitely be coming back again.

Really enjoyed the stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even moreso than is standard in Greece. Apartments are very clean and the little extra touches - like when they put water in the freezer for us to have ice cubes - make the difference. Great value. Good breakfast. It's nice to be up in the mountains. Don't stay here without a car

Perfect location, small, quiet and comfortable, and with beautiful sorroundings. Great service, nice pool area. The only downside to this stay was the bed - not comfortable, such a shame. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!
