All the staff are friendly and helpful, there are numerous types of rooms at numerous locations, do your homework beforehand and e mail the hotel and ask for a specific location as we did and were rewarded with a uninterrupted sea view

Loved it, cleanest resort I have been to, staff friendly without having to be and they are relaxed and happy even at the end of season. Water park on site was impressive which catered for all ages

Food has something for everyone. Fantastic selection and quality of drinks. Swim up rooms look great pools large. Would definitely recommend and would like to come back

For those booking rooms with direct access to private swimming pools, be aware that half of these pools are shaded for most of the day. While this could be refreshing in the summer, it might feel chilly at other times

The bars offer a good range of drinks, which I would categorize into groups: Extremely sweet drinks Drinks with a lot of lime juice Gin and tonic, which was the best Sparkling wine, which was good Alcoholic slushies, which were also quite good In general, I found that the best drinks were made at the bar by the infinity pool

Car rentals are available both inside and just outside the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn’t have an on-site doctor, but they can call one if needed—just be aware that it can be costly

Very nice service at the reception and in the main restaurant, I also have fond memories of the service at the pool bar, a very nice lady serving delicious drinks :) We also have very nice memories of Bartender DIOMIDIS who always knew how to make the evening pleasant :) It will be nice to remember the stay which, thanks to all of you, was so great

The stuff is friendly and talkative, beach barmen know his job and have a small talk with every guest. Food at the restaurant is well made, there are always 2-3 meat or fish options for lunch or dinner

I just returned from my two-week vacation at this hotel, and it was my fifth visit — which probably says it all! Every time I come back, it feels like coming home

Staff were kind, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. They wanted us to have the best experience ever, which we did. Massive choice for breakfast at the buffet and the staff there were glorious

We opted for B&B option and the local restaurants were great (Ouzaki was best though). Plenty of sunbeds (no playing sunbed wars in the morning!!) and there’s so much choice with 2 pools and the beach

They responded promptly and positively to a request I made in advance for an extra special treat for my daughter on arrival and they carried this out perfectly. I would highly recommend staying here

We had a lovely sea view room with a balcony. Would advise if your on your honeymoon get a taxi from the airport as the transfer has several drop offs before it gets to the port royal

This hotel is definitely 5 stars, even more if possible. The complex is immaculate and in such a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views and also plenty to do nearby

We liked that the staff were a priority for the hotel and it was no bother for us to get our drinks! We’ve read some other reviews giving service a low rating saying rooms looked cheap and rooms weren’t cleaned

We liked this place in general so much. Rooms are bit older, but the food is great! All inclusive is amazing, still remember relaxing moments at the pool with perfect cold beer.

Wonderful clean, cool rooms and a pretty wide selection of food at each meal. Loved the deep pool! Not many beds around the pool but in plenty around the grounds which is lush and green.

The staff is very smooth, from the reception staff to the pool staff, the best lifeguard we have ever met, everyone there is very caring and does not vote but give, we were pleasantly surprised, the food was also pleasantly surprised, and everyone including lots and lots of alcohol, endless food, surprises Fun, lovely kids club, every disco for kids, we were the first week of September so the hotel...

Great place for family, if you are tired, go here. Sea is 5 minutes from the hotel, prices around are not that high as i was expecting. Places around that you can see 4/5 Final score : 4/5

Great hotel, very kid friendly, the best hotel and main hotel we have been, although our suitcases did not arrive and were delayed for a day and a half, the hotel did everything to make it fun and good, began to physically hug us and tell us about such cases, give gifts to children, improve the room

Now called Leonardo Resort. Staff are the ones that made me give 5 stars, cannot fault their hospitality from the manageress to the restaurant and bar staff.All made a big effort to make you feel welcome at this hotel.

The children really enjoyed it. We will definitely return to this hotel. We said goodbye to them in warm embraces. The best hotel we have been in Greece

Pools and pool areas are cleaned every morning and our room has been cleaned with fresh towels every day. The food is amazing with so much to choose from. The pool snack bar has also included more variation this year

However I do have some negatives about this hotel but you will find disadvantages anywhere you go! The wifi is hit and miss in most areas of the resort, the location is quite remote so buses and taxi's are needed to get about for days out

This is our second stay at this hotel. We stayed last year and the experience has been even better this time around

It is very apparent that the management have taken on board the negative reviews around cleanliness and have really upped their game

They really knew how to create a lively atmosphere, and it was clear that they were passionate about their work. It wasn't anything extraordinary, but it was always fresh and there were plenty of options to choose from

Excellent staff throughout the hotel especially dmitri the bar manager great service always has time to say hello no matter how busy he is always has a smile on his face also the reception staff always ready to help will most definitely be coming back in the near future

The pool is nice and clean and there were always sun loungers available. There’s a shop on site which is good for anything you might have forgotten. The room was nice, bed was comfy. But the TV was very temperamental

Looks lovely when you walk in reception. 4* rating, but it should have been 3*. Rooms were basic, and food was more or less the same every day. Pools were nice, and they had slides aswell

Weather was great and enjoyed the sunbeds round the pool. Not very comfortable sunbeds, tho. Bit out in the sticks, bus ride to places. Gyros in snack bar most of the day to eat

Was nice to get away, and grandchildren enjoyed themselves. Hotel raring needs to be reviewed, especially as it was €7 a night for hotel tax. Had good views from my balcony

Entertainment, tennis courts, etc. Several pools, a bar right next to the pool. Nearby, a beautiful view of the bay. An ideal place for a trip around the island. Large free parking lot at the hotel

Came with two kids which enjoyed swiming pool and waterslide. Overall price-vise we were satisfied with the hotel. Service is tired but stil friendly

The Anavadia is a small, quiet, friendly and relaxing hotel which is great value for money. We found it to be very clean. There are two pools and plenty of sunbeds

We opted for the front pool which was quieter and a short walk to the bar. Staff Without exception the staff were wonderful and made sure my elderly mum and I were happy

Front pool nice especially for those wanting a bit more piece and quite, back pool busy. Kolymbia has a nice beach, but would recommend getting a car or there is a bus service to other beaches to break it up

Me and my girlfriend spent 4 days in Anavadia Hotel. Unlikely with the reviews I have read both pools were clean and daily we saw in the morning staff to clean them

This included making sure our room was accessible and that we had everything we needed. Many thanks to the wonderful Voula on reception and George who always made us feel so special

I had high expectations for this stay and safe to say the experience surpassed them. We had a wonderful 4-night stay and felt so relaxed afterwards. Being able to jump in the pool straight from your own room was amazing

If you must - the pebble beach is only a short 15 min stroll away. We’ve been there two years in a row. Some renovations needed soon - rooms are wearing a bit. Hope to be back next year again

The impression upon our arrival was already something special, and the direct pool access from our room with a view of the mountains was simply breathtaking

At times I had 1:1 sessions and sunrise yoga on the beach was a real treat with the waves lapping in. Being able to use Blue Bay for breakfast gives you tranquility at the start of the day and the Sky Bar at the end

Visited July 25 stayed in private pool 828 in the residence,overlooking the roof of the hotel , the room was clean no issues with room, the private pool was very small compared to 827 next door , considering there was no price difference also we had no sun on our deck from 1pm only in the far side of the pool compared to 827 that had full sun all day long , this unfortunately put a damper...

Amazing hotel and amazing vue over the sea. Great food and nice staff. Only bad thing was the bed - too hard for us, so we did not get the best sleep.

We returned to this hotel after six years because we remembered its great location on the beach in a quiet part of Kolymbia

I had a great 5 nights away in this beautiful hotel with warming guests and workers Everyone is lovely especially the bar man nikos very polite and nice always put a smile on my face and light up my day I would definitely recommend coming here with family or solo etc Thank you

The room was modern and so comfortable with a large balcony. The hotel is close to 3 beaches which was great to explore and swim in the sea. As I said there was nothing to complain about at all

Still here at the moment, Having a great time. Sakis at the pool bar is great and remembers all the drinks. The animation team romain and andrea and alan are fantastic! Would recommend. Would come again in a heartbeat

They upgraded us to a pool view room and there was a bottle of wine in the room with a fruit basket and as the kitchen was shut they knocked the door with sandwiches

Drinks 9/10 Rooms 9/10 Clean 12/10 Beach area needs a good clean don't need loads spent on it just needs a good clean up and better signs. The other beach is better right direction from back of hotel

The towels were changed twice a day and contrary to other comments the tea and water was topped up continuously. We were welcomed by Anne Marie who is a credit to the hotel

Everything I can rate by 5 star, the hotel is big enough for all your needs but small enough to be friendly and personal. It is a hotel full of bright happy smiles

There are two swimming pools and children's paddling pools. The cleaning is top notch and the staff is addressed on a first name basis. Especially the head receptionist, Maria, is a real mood bomb and lovable

A middle class hotel (***) located in Kolymbia close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, bus stops and not least the beautiful Kolymbia bay from which there are boat trips

Great location in Kolymbia, right next to the little town with plenty to do such as boat trips and buses to Rhodes town and Lindos and a beach a short walk away with another beach a little further walk away but not far

Nice staff, who you get to know on a first name basis, and then Maria, our receptionist, who is a mood bomb! The food is really good and varied, the cleaning is top notch. Two pools and two paddling pools for children

Very pleasant experience, for the money was a great hotel, nice big room with a sea view, food was nice every day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) luxury of 2 pools is great, neither were busy meaning plenty of sun beds and room in the pool

the people that work here are so nice and welcoming, I don't eat much but the food is good! (as a picky eater) :D but I didn't really go to the beach often since the water is pretty cold

They are the most hardworking, kind and welcoming people ever and they will always make time to get to know guests and to make sure that everyone is happy and having a good time whilst also ensuring to keep everyone entertained whether it is the pool activities during the day, the entertainment for kids or the evening entertainment such as the movie quiz (I was very competitive)

They also arranged nights out with the guests to Faliraki or Rhodos and these were the best nights out I have ever been on! It's definitely a good way to get to know people and to just have a great time with these amazing people! They were that amazing that we have already booked to go back before the season ends in October just so we can see these girls again! The food is definitely something that...

Do not be put off by the reviews as you will never go hungry here!! Big shoutout to the barman Leo who was also very lovely and welcoming to all guests and always had a fantastic story to tell, we even went out for drinks with him one night and it was so nice to chat and get to know him! He also made us special cocktails that you can't normally get from the menu on our last day and they were so good...

The staff as usal were lovely, GM Christos (who manned the bar on his own most nights!), Nicolaus (bar boy and recently promoted reception staff), the lovely Maria who works in the dining room always saying good morning and asking how we are, the main man Leo who always has the best and funniest stories to tell and always has a laugh and a joke with guests and the sweetest Mary who works alongside...

We had stayed here for a week last year and it is amazing to see how much the place has changed in a year! All I can say is trust your gut and do not rely on reviews as I found a lot of them to be a lot different to my own personal experience here! The best addition to this hotel I would say is the animation team

This was our 2nd time visiting this hotel (it was under rennovation when we visited last year) and wow has it had such a transformation! Firstly the food: the all inclusive has improved drastically with new options every day and it was always cooked to perfection

Stayed in the fabulous hotel with a couple of our friends for 1 week we stayed in a premium sea view room with balcony. Outstanding views and very clean and comfy room could not find any faults at all

Serene atmosphere, clean room, delicious buffets and welcoming staff. We were able to pick up towels from the spa area to use at the pool and swap for fresh ones every 2 days

The hotel is within walking distance to Kolympia beach, and Kolympia rock (which is worth a climb)

I did email the hotel before we went to ask if our friends who were in the same type of room as us could be next to us as we booked separately. They replied straight away and we were next door to them

We were all inclusive and we didn’t bother with the a la carte restaurant as the food and service in the buffet restaurant was fantastic loads of choice and hot

Plenty of sunbeds, pool was great, aqua gym was a huge laugh and we did this most days with Evelina running it most of the time

Location great, not too far from the beach, local shops and a few bars if you wanted a change of scenery. Reception really helpful and nothing was too much trouble

The cleaners worked really hard and our room was always clean with fresh towels. Pizza bar and gyros was amazing as well and really good that you can just go up and grab something to eat and not be restricted on times

Rooms - solid 4, power supply is normal, if you are on a diet. There are rooms with private pool. If you want to enjoy a great air of Rhodes then you don't in this hotel and not adjoining

Cozy hotel, OK room, good location. Great beach nearby. Buses outside to Rhodos. 1 km walk to Kolymbia "main street" but many restaurants and shops closer to hotel too.

Spacious rooms and pretty nice staff. Very cool lifeguard at the pool. Localization is close to sea, so that's also bonus points. I was staying here and had no problems. I recommend everyone staying here
